The modified biomass material is obtained by the following method that firstly, shells are dried until the water content is below 16%, the shells are crushed into powder of 100-400 meshes, then the powder is placed in hydrochloric acid of 1mol/L at 80 ℃ and is uniformly stirred, the soaked powder is soaked for 1-3 h, the filtered powder is filtered, collected filter residues are dried in a drying oven of 110 ℃ for 24h, the dried powder is roasted in a muffle furnace of 650 ℃ for 4h to obtain shell ash, then the shell ash is subjected to surface treatment by adopting an N- β -aminoethyl-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent, the coupling agent is prepared into an ethanol solution with the mass percentage of 5%, the solution and the shell ash are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 2, the mixture is stirred for 2h at 50-60 ℃ and is discharged, ethanol is removed in a vacuum drying oven of 60 ℃, and the mixture is ground by a mortar until no caking exists, and the modified biomass material is obtained.
The elongation of the sealing connection layer in the embodiment is 438%, the tensile strength reaches 12.9MPa, the shear strength is 7.3MPa, and the tearing strength reaches 38.8N/mm.
When the sealing device is used, an article is placed in the lower sealing sleeve 2, the upper sealing sleeve 1 is buckled, the lower convex strips 32b are inserted into the clamping grooves formed between the upper convex strips 31b, then the free ends of the clamping arms 3c extend into the reinforcing clamping grooves 3e for clamping, the protective curtain 4 is put down to shield the sealing clamping piece 3, and the sealing operation is completed; when the envelope is disassembled, the protective curtain 4 is turned up, the free end of the clamping arm 3c is separated from the reinforced clamping groove 3e, then the upper clamping seat 31 is separated from the lower clamping seat 32, the upper envelope 1 is opened, the sealed materials or equipment can be taken out, and the upper envelope and the lower envelope can be stored.

Claims (9)

1. A waterproof sealing sleeve comprises an upper sleeve (1) and a lower sleeve (2), and is characterized in that: the lower edge of the upper envelope (1) and the upper edge of the lower envelope (2) are clamped through a sealing clamping piece (3) to form a spherical envelope, the upper envelope (1) and the lower envelope (2) are made of composite materials, and the composite materials are composite material layers consisting of a sealing layer (a), a heat sealing layer (b) and an antistatic layer (c);
the sealing layer (a) is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-45 parts of high-molecular polyol, 35-55 parts of polyisocyanate, 0.1-1.0 part of catalyst, 2-8 parts of plasticizer, 2-6 parts of antioxidant, 30-50 parts of modified epoxy glue and 10-30 parts of modified biomass material;
the modified epoxy adhesive is obtained by adopting the following method: adding linseed oil and phthalic anhydride into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-110 ℃, controlling the stirring speed to be 300-600 r/min, after the reaction is uniform, reducing the temperature of the system to 70-90 ℃, adding epoxy resin, stirring uniformly, reducing the temperature of the system to 30-40 ℃, dissolving trimethylolpropane tri (2-piperazinylethyl) aminocrotonate into ethyl acetate, dropwise adding into the reaction kettle while stirring, and after dropwise adding, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 15-30min to obtain the modified epoxy adhesive.

The waterproof sealing sleeve according to claim 1, wherein the modified biomass material is obtained by a method comprising the steps of drying a biomass material until the water content is below 16%, crushing the dried biomass material into 100-400 mesh powder, placing the powder in hydrochloric acid of 80 ℃ and 1mol/L, uniformly stirring, soaking for 1-3 h, filtering, drying the collected filter residue in an oven of 110 ℃ for 24h, roasting in a muffle furnace of 650 ℃ for 4h to obtain an ashed biomass material, performing surface treatment on the ashed biomass material by using an N- β - (aminoethyl) -gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent to prepare an ethanol solution with the mass percentage of 5%, uniformly mixing the solution and the ashed biomass material according to the mass ratio of 1: 2, stirring for 2h at 50-60 ℃, discharging, removing ethanol in a vacuum oven of 60 ℃, and grinding with a mortar to obtain the modified biomass material.

A waterproof sealing glove according to claim 2, characterized in that: the epoxy resin is glycidyl ether type epoxy resin or novolac type epoxy resin; the high molecular polyol is propylene oxide polyol or polyoxyethylene polyol; the biomass material is straw or husk; the polyisocyanate is hexamethylene diisocyanate or isophorone diisocyanate; the catalyst is dialkyl tin dimaleate or dithiol alkyl tin; the antioxidant is tetrakis [ methylene-3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ] methane or dilauryl-3, 3' -thiodipropionate; the plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate or diethylene glycol dibenzoate.
4. A waterproof sealing glove according to claim 1, characterized in that: the heat sealing layer is made of low-density polyethylene or hydrogenated styrene synthetic rubber.
5. A waterproof sealing glove according to claim 1, characterized in that: the antistatic layer (c) is a polyurethane antistatic agent coating.
6. A waterproof sealing glove according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that: the thickness ratio of the sealing layer (a), the heat sealing layer (b) and the antistatic layer (c) is 1: (1-3): (0.5-1.5).

A waterproof sealing glove according to claim 6, characterized in that: the sealing clamping piece (3) comprises an upper clamping seat (31) and a lower clamping seat (32) which are mutually clamped, the upper surface of the upper clamping seat (31) is fixedly connected with the lower edge of an upper sleeve (1), the lower surface of the lower clamping seat (32) is fixedly connected with the upper edge of a lower sleeve (2), the lower clamping seat (32) is connected with the outer side surface of the upper clamping seat (31) and the inner side surface of the lower clamping seat (32) respectively, the inner side surface of the upper clamping seat (31) and the outer side surface of the lower clamping seat (32) are respectively connected with a reinforcing clamping seat (3d), a reinforcing clamping groove (3e) matched with the clamping arm (3c) is formed in the reinforcing clamping seat (3d), and the free end of the clamping arm (3c) extends into the reinforcing clamping groove (3e) for clamping.
