Abstract
The invention discloses a method for testing the waterproof effect of a waterproof coating, which is realized by the steps of preparation of a test base material, pretreatment of the test base material, preparation of the test waterproof coating, curing and drying, pressurization test and the like. By adopting the method, the operation process is relatively simple, the used test materials are relatively less, and the test result is relatively accurate and more visual.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof materials, in particular to a method for testing the waterproof effect of a waterproof coating.
Background
The related properties of the waterproof coating, such as water impermeability, are one of the most interesting properties for customers, and refer to the property that the waterproof coating does not leak under a certain water pressure (hydrostatic pressure or moving water pressure) and for a certain time. In the prior art, the waterproof effect of the waterproof coating is generally detected by two types: one is under the condition that the condition is met, the coating is prepared according to the proportion, the coating is coated on a glass plate for multiple times (the glass plate is waxed in advance) and is 1.5mm in thickness, the glass plate is placed statically for 7 days, then the glass plate is placed in an oven to be dried for 24 hours at the temperature of 50 +/-2 ℃, the glass plate is taken out and placed for 3 hours, a water impermeability experiment is carried out, the water impermeability property and the taste are 0.3MPa, and the glass plate is qualified after being kept for 30 minutes without leakage; the other type is that under the condition of no condition, the coating is coated on the non-woven fabric for 4 to 6 times, the thickness of the formed film after drying completely (about 24 hours) is 1.2 to 1.5mm, the formed film is made into a shape of a slow box and is suspended without dead angles, and then 1 percent of alkaline water is added into the box, so that the non-woven fabric is qualified after 24 hours without leakage. The first type of the method is complex in operation method, requires a lot of experimental tools and is disordered, and the second type of the method is not very accurate in experimental result and is not strong in intuition for customers.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a test method for the waterproof effect of the waterproof coating, which has more reasonable structural design.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a test method for waterproof effect of waterproof paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of test substrates: selecting a container with a plurality of meshes as a coating base material for testing, wherein the top of the container is open, a sealing cover is detachably connected to the opening of the container, the contact part of the sealing cover on the container is sealed by a sealing ring, an air pipe joint is processed at the center of the sealing cover and is communicated with a cavity in the container, the air pipe joint is fixedly connected with a pressure pipe, the pressure pipe is connected with a pressure pump, and a pressure gauge and a valve are fixed on the pressure pipe;
(2) pretreatment of test substrates: blowing impurities adhered to the inner surface of the container completely by adopting a high-pressure gas blowing mode, and then completely wrapping the outer surface of the container by using a film;
(3) preparation of test waterproof coating: the waterproof coating to be tested is prepared in proportion, and then the waterproof coating is coated on the inner surface of the container except for the sealing ring for multiple times according to the corresponding construction process, so that the integrity of the coating film is ensured, and the coating thickness is controlled to be 1.4-1.7 mm;
(4) curing and drying thoroughly: placing the test substrate coated with the test waterproof coating into a hot air box, controlling the temperature of hot air in the hot air box to be 30-40 ℃, starting a moisture exhaust fan of the hot air box, periodically dehumidifying the hot air box until the coating is completely dried, and tearing off a film outside the container;
(5) and (3) pressure test: the sealing cover is covered at the opening at the top of the container and is fixed on the container in a buckling mode, meanwhile, pressure is applied to the sealing cover, the sealing cover is prevented from being flushed away due to increase of air pressure, then pressurized air is filled into the container through the pressure pump, when the pressure gauge displays testing pressure, pressurization is stopped, pressure is maintained in the container for 30min, and then whether water leakage exists outside the container or not is checked.
Further, the mesh size of the container is 0.2-0.5 cm.
Further, the test waterproof coating is preferably a composite waterproof coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by adopting the method, the operation process is relatively simple, the used test materials are relatively less, and the test result is relatively accurate and more visual.

Example one
The test method for the waterproof effect of the waterproof coating is specifically realized by the following steps:
(1) preparation of test substrates: selecting a container with a plurality of meshes as a coating base material for testing, wherein the size of the meshes of the container is 0.2-0.5cm, the top of the container is open, a sealing cover is detachably connected to the opening of the container, the contact part of the sealing cover on the container is sealed by a sealing ring, an air pipe joint is processed at the center of the sealing cover and is communicated with a cavity in the container, a pressure pipe is fixedly connected with the air pipe joint and is connected with a pressure pump, and a pressure gauge and a valve are fixed on the pressure pipe;
(2) pretreatment of test substrates: blowing impurities adhered to the inner surface of the container completely by adopting a high-pressure gas blowing mode, and then completely wrapping the outer surface of the container by using a film;
(3) preparation of test waterproof coating: the waterproof coating to be tested is prepared in proportion, and then the waterproof coating is coated on the inner surface of the container except for the sealing ring for multiple times according to the corresponding construction process, so that the integrity of the coating film is ensured, and the coating thickness is controlled to be 1.4-1.7 mm;
(4) curing and drying thoroughly: placing the test substrate coated with the test waterproof coating into a hot air box, controlling the temperature of hot air in the hot air box to be 30-40 ℃, starting a moisture exhaust fan of the hot air box, periodically dehumidifying the hot air box until the coating is completely dried, and tearing off a film outside the container;
(5) and (3) pressure test: the sealing cover is covered at the opening at the top of the container and is fixed on the container in a buckling mode, meanwhile, pressure is applied to the sealing cover, the sealing cover is prevented from being flushed due to the fact that air pressure is increased, then pressurized air is filled into the container through a pressurizing pump, when a pressure gauge shows testing pressure, pressurization is stopped, the pressure in the container is kept for 30min, then whether water leakage exists on the outer surface of the container or not is checked, and if water leakage does not exist, the container is qualified.
The test waterproof coating is preferably a composite waterproof coating or a resin waterproof coating.
The method of the invention has simple test operation and more visual effect, and for customers, the base material with meshes is adopted as the coating base material, and if the base material is watertight, the waterproof effect of the waterproof coating is definitely good, but the waterproof effect of the base material is not questioned.
Claims (3)
1. A test method for waterproof effect of waterproof paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of test substrates: selecting a container with a plurality of meshes as a coating base material for testing, wherein the top of the container is open, a sealing cover is detachably connected to the opening of the container, the contact part of the sealing cover on the container is sealed by a sealing ring, an air pipe joint is processed at the center of the sealing cover and is communicated with a cavity in the container, the air pipe joint is fixedly connected with a pressure pipe, the pressure pipe is connected with a pressure pump, and a pressure gauge and a valve are fixed on the pressure pipe;
(2) pretreatment of test substrates: blowing impurities adhered to the inner surface of the container completely by adopting a high-pressure gas blowing mode, and then completely wrapping the outer surface of the container by using a film;

3. The method for testing the water-repellent effect of a water-repellent paint according to claim 1, wherein said test water-repellent paint is a composite water-repellent paint.
