本发明提供一种新型高强度打包箱,具体涉及精密仪器包装技术领域,包括箱底座、放置在所述箱底座上的减震垫和放置在所述箱底座上的箱盖,所述减震垫和所述箱盖均与所述箱底座接触连接,所述减震垫位于所述箱盖内,所述箱底座包括矩形的底板、固定在所述底板上与所述底板四个边平行的限位块和固定在所述底板底部四个角上的支座,所述减震垫包括一体成型的第一方形环泡沫板和第二方形环泡沫板,所述第一方形环泡沫板放置在所述底板上,所述第二方形环泡沫板放置在所述限位块上,所述箱盖为开口状的盒体,所述箱盖的开口朝下,所述限位块位于所述箱盖内部,所述箱盖与所述限位块接触连接。本发明具有方便放置精密仪器和叉车搬运的优点。

一种新型高强度打包箱
技术领域
本发明属于精密仪器包装技术领域,具体涉及一种新型高强度打包箱。
背景技术
精密仪器在放入包装箱内时因怕撞击等原因,放入时需很小心,不便于放入箱体内。放入箱体后堆放在仓库时也不容易搬运,浪费人力,且工作效率低,现在市场上的包装箱只能对精密仪器有减震功能,没有方便搬运的包装箱。
专利精密仪器包装箱(公开号:CN204896323U)公开了一种精密仪器包装箱,所述精密仪器包装箱包括内箱体和外箱体,该内箱体为空腔截面呈三角形或方形的瓦楞纸板制备,该外箱体为空腔截面呈正六边形的瓦楞纸板制备,同时,该内箱体和该外箱体之间具有间隙,该间隙内层叠有三层海绵层,以及,位于外部的二层海绵层的弹性大于位于中间的海绵层的弹性。该实用新型的优点是:减震效果极佳,但该实用新型在放置、存放和搬运过程中不便。
因此,急需一种方便放置精密仪器,容易搬运和存放的新型高强度打包箱。
发明内容
为了解决现有装精密仪器不方便装入打包箱和不易搬运的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新型高强度打包箱,具有方便放置精密仪器和搬运的优点。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种新型高强度打包箱,包括箱底座、放置在所述箱底座上的减震垫和放置在所述箱底座上的箱盖,所述减震垫和所述箱盖均与所述箱底座接触连接,所述减震垫位于所述箱盖内,所述箱底座包括矩形的底板、固定在所述底板上与所述底板四个边平行的限位块和固定在所述底板底部四个角上的支座,所述减震垫包括一体成型的第一方形环泡沫板和第二方形环泡沫板,所述第一方形环泡沫板放置在所述底板上,所述第二方形环泡沫板放置在所述限位块上,所述箱盖为开口状的盒体,所述箱盖的开口朝下,所述限位块位于所述箱盖内部,所述箱盖与所述限位块接触连接。
所述底板下所述支座的设置是为了方便叉车搬运,所述底板上的所述限位块的设置是为了使所述箱盖放置在所述底板上不会随意移动,同时,在搬运设备时防止精密仪器从所述底板上掉落,所述减震垫的设置是为了防止精密仪器因不小心撞击等原因损坏。
优选的,所述箱底座还包括两个平行的支座板,所述支座板两端固定在两个所述支座底部。所述支座板的设置可以在本发明在上下叠放时放置更稳定,防止因一个所述支座没放好本发明会跌落下来损坏精密仪器。
优选的,所述底板上还设有限位纸板,所述限位纸板为两端开口状的盒体,所述限位纸板固定在所述底板的边缘处,所述限位纸板位于所述箱盖的外围。所述限位纸板的设置使所述箱盖的放置更稳定,所述箱盖在所述限位纸板和所述限位块之间不易移动。
优选的,所述底板上还设有沉孔,所述沉孔位于所述箱盖内的四个角处,所述沉孔内活动设置有竖轴,所述竖轴与所述箱盖相接触,所述竖轴的高度小于所述箱盖的高度。所述竖轴的设置可以进一步固定所述箱盖,防止所述箱盖的任意移动,即是防止内部的精密仪器从底板上掉落。
优选的,所述竖轴外套设有海绵层,所述海绵层与所述竖轴固定连接。所述海绵层的设置是为了防止竖轴与精密仪器接触时对其造成撞损。
优选的,所述支座的高度为60-80mm,使叉齿可以插入到底板下进行搬运。
优选的,所述减震垫的材质为可发性聚乙烯,可发性聚乙烯具有如下特性:密度小、柔韧性好、回复率高,防震性能优于聚苯乙烯塑料;具有独立的气泡结构,表面吸水率低;防渗透性能好;耐酸、耐碱、盐、油等有机溶剂腐蚀,耐老化性能优良。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、箱盖与箱底座接触连接,方便精密仪器的放置在箱底座上。
2、箱盖由于限位块的设置,放置在箱底座上时不会随意移动。
3、限位块和减震垫的设置防止精密仪器的移动,且不会损坏精密仪器。
4、支座的设置便于叉车上的叉齿插入,方便搬运。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图描述本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例1
如图1-6所示,本发明的一种新型高强度打包箱,包括箱底座1、放置在箱底座1上的减震垫3和放置在箱底座1上的箱盖2,减震垫3和箱盖2均与箱底座1接触连接,减震垫3位于箱盖2内,箱底座1包括矩形的底板11、固定在底板11上与底板11四个边平行的限位块12和固定在底板11底部四个角上的支座13,减震垫3包括一体成型的第一方形环泡沫板31和第二方形环泡沫板32,第一方形环泡沫板31放置在底板11上,第二方形环泡沫板32放置在限位块12上,箱盖2为开口状的盒体,箱盖2的开口朝下,限位块12位于箱盖2内部,箱盖2与限位块12接触连接。底板11下支座13的设置是为了方便叉车搬运,使叉齿可插入到底板下,支座13的高度为60-80mm,底板11上的限位块12的设置是为了使箱盖2放置在底板11上不会随意移动,同时,在搬运设备使防止精密仪器从底板11上掉落,减震垫3的设置是为了防止精密仪器因不小心撞击等原因损坏。减震垫3的材质为可发性聚乙烯,可发性聚乙烯具有如下特性:密度小、柔韧性好、回复率高,防震性能优于聚苯乙烯塑料;具有独立的气泡结构,表面吸水率低;防渗透性能好;耐酸、耐碱、盐、油等有机溶剂腐蚀,耐老化性能优良。
实施例2
如图7所示,实施例2在实施例1的基础上改进了箱底座1的结构,箱底座1还包括两个平行的支座板14,支座板14两端固定在两个支座13底部。支座板14的设置可以在本发明在上下叠放时放置更稳定,防止因一个支座13没放好本发明会跌落下来损坏精密仪器。
实施例3
如图8所示,实施例3在实施例2的基础上继续改进了箱底座1的结构,底板11上还设有限位纸板15,限位纸板15为两端开口状的盒体,限位纸板15固定在底板11的边缘处,限位纸板15位于箱盖2的外围。限位纸板15的设置使箱盖2的放置更稳定,箱盖2在限位纸板15和限位块12之间不易移动。
实施例4
如图9-10所示,实施例4在实施例3的基础上继续改进了箱底座1的结构,底板11上还设有沉孔111,沉孔111位于箱盖2内的四个角处,沉孔111内活动设置有竖轴16,竖轴16与箱盖2相接触,竖轴16的高度小于箱盖2的高度,竖轴16外套设有海绵层161,海绵层161与竖轴16固定连接。竖轴16的设置可以进一步固定箱盖2,防止箱盖2的任意移动,即是防止内部的精密仪器从底板11上掉落,海绵层161的设置是为了防止竖轴16与精密仪器接触时对其造成撞损。
本发明工作方法:使用时,将减震垫3放置在底板11上,精密仪器放置在减震垫3上,再将箱盖2盖在底板11上,即可用叉车进行搬运。

1.一种新型高强度打包箱,其特在在于,包括箱底座、放置在所述箱底座上的减震垫和放置在所述箱底座上的箱盖,所述减震垫和所述箱盖均与所述箱底座接触连接,所述减震垫位于所述箱盖内,所述箱底座包括矩形的底板、固定在所述底板上与所述底板四个边平行的限位块和固定在所述底板底部四个角上的支座,所述减震垫包括一体成型的第一方形环泡沫板和第二方形环泡沫板,所述第一方形环泡沫板放置在所述底板上,所述第二方形环泡沫板放置在所述限位块上,所述箱盖为开口状的盒体,所述箱盖的开口朝下,所述限位块位于所述箱盖内部,所述箱盖与所述限位块接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述箱底座还包括两个平行的支座板,所述支座板两端固定在两个所述支座底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述底板上还设有限位纸板,所述限位纸板为两端开口状的盒体,所述限位纸板固定在所述底板的边缘处,所述限位纸板位于所述箱盖的外围。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述底板上还设有沉孔,所述沉孔位于所述箱盖内的四个角处,所述沉孔内活动设置有竖轴,所述竖轴与所述箱盖相接触,所述竖轴的高度小于所述箱盖的高度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述竖轴外套设有海绵层,所述海绵层与所述竖轴固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述支座的高度为60-80mm。
7.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种新型高强度打包箱,其特征在于,所述减震垫的材质为可发性聚乙烯。
