Abstract
本发明公开了一种电动车远程控制动力系统单元,由电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块一体式连接组合构成,所述电机连接着驱动器,所述驱动器和GPS定位模块均连接着蓝牙通讯模块,所述GPS定位模块和驱动器均通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连,所述手机APP连接着后台服务器,所述驱动器分别连接着电动车的助力传感器、调速把和刹车,所述电机和驱动器均连接着电动车的电池。本发明结构设计科学合理,将电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块做成一体式结构,不但结构紧凑,安装、维护方便,外形更加美观,降低了成本,而且同时具备了GPS定位、高防盗性能、手机远程操控等多项实用的功能,从而大幅提升了电动车的使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动车领域,具体涉及一种电动车远程控制动力系统单元。
背景技术
目前市场上电动车的电机、驱动器、锁以及数据传输等都是采用的分离式的结构,不但安装和维护比较麻烦、占用的空间大、接线零乱影响美观,而且锁一般都是采用电子机械二合一的锁,这种需要配置单独的电池进行供电,一旦电池没电了则就会失去了锁的功能,锁的机械部分暴露在外面也非常容易受到人为的损害,这样使得电动车的防盗功能比较弱,存在很大的被盗隐患,另外由于现在的电动车的系统功能比较单一,人们无法直观的获取到车辆的一些具体实时信息,使得人们对于电动车的使用、保养和维护的效果不佳。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种解锁方便快捷、防盗性能好且能够通过手机APP直观的获取车辆的实时信息以及对车辆进行操控的电动车远程控制动力系统单元。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电动车远程控制动力系统单元,由电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块一体式连接组合构成,所述电机连接着驱动器,所述驱动器和GPS定位模块均连接着蓝牙通讯模块,所述GPS定位模块和驱动器均通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连,所述手机APP连接着后台服务器,所述驱动器分别连接着电动车的助力传感器、调速把和刹车,所述电机和驱动器均连接着电动车的电池。
本发明的设计原理为:通过将电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块做成一体式的结构组合形成电动车远程控制动力系统,在电动车上安装和维护比较方便、占用空间较小;手机APP通过蓝牙通讯模块和电动车远程控制动力系统进行通讯,利用手机APP扫描车辆二维码,手机APP读取车辆信息,将读取的车辆信息、手机用户的信息和解锁请求一起上传到后台服务器,后台服务器接收到信息进行处理后,将解锁,行程,计费等信息反馈到用户手机的APP上,手机APP再与电动车远程控制动力系统进行通讯,通过软件程序的设定来控制驱动器将车辆解锁;GPS定位模块具有定位功能,能够通过蓝牙通讯模块将车辆位置信息传输至手机APP上,手机APP再上传至后台服务器。
本发明控制车辆行驶的原理为:利用手机APP和后台服务器对车辆进行远程解锁后,电动车远程控制动力系统通过内部集成的驱动器来检测助力传感器和调速把的输入信号,然后根据接收到的输入信号驱动电机运作,控制车辆行驶,当驱动器检测到刹车信号输入时,驱动器控制电机,使车辆停止,当手机APP发出锁车信号时,驱动器通过蓝牙通讯模块接收到手机APP发出的锁定电机命令后,驱动器检测电机的状态,当电机处于向前或向后运动时给出反向的力使电机反转,从而锁定车辆。
本发明中电动车远程控制动力系统由电动车的电池直接进行供电,利用驱动器对电机实施锁止,实现锁车功能,无需单独配置电池,然而一旦电动车电池没电了,电动车在没有电时推行,电机处于发电状态,驱动器获得电压,这时驱动器将电机锁住,使得推行阻力很大,也实现了锁车功能,从而提升了电动车的防盗性能。
进一步地,所述手机APP通过GSM网络与后台服务器相连,通过GSM网络,方便用户与后台服务器进行数据传输,实现解锁,计费等操作。
进一步地,所述电动车的电池通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连,这样电动车的电池实时电量以及可行驶里程均能够实时显示到用户手机上。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具备如下优点:
1、电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块做成一体式的结构组合,结构紧凑、安装和维护方便、外形更加美观,同时大大节约了成本;
2、利用手机APP向电动车远程控制动力系统发送信号的方式,再通过软件控制驱动器实现锁车和解锁,采用软件锁的形式,不但可以省去机械锁的使用,提升了锁的稳定性和可靠性,而且一旦电动车电池没电了,推行电动车时车辆会有很大的阻力,也实现了锁车功能,从而解决了传统的电子机械二合一的锁,一旦电池没电则会失去开锁和解锁功能的问题,电动车的防盗性能得到了明显的提升;
3、GPS定位模块的设置能够实时掌握车辆位置,便于后台对车辆管理,进行投放和调度,而且一旦电动车被盗则能够迅速的找回;
4、后台服务器能够获取到车辆信息,从而便于对一些故障车辆进行保养和维护;
5、电动车的电池实时电量以及可行驶里程均能够实时显示到用户手机上,使得用户能够更加合理、精确的使用电动车。

实施例1:
如图1~图3所示,本发明提供一种电动车远程控制动力系统单元,由电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块一体式连接组合构成,所述电机连接着驱动器,所述驱动器和GPS定位模块均连接着蓝牙通讯模块,所述GPS定位模块和驱动器均通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连,所述手机APP连接着后台服务器,所述驱动器分别连接着电动车的助力传感器、调速把和刹车,所述电机和驱动器均连接着电动车的电池,所述手机APP通过GSM网络与后台服务器相连,所述电动车的电池通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连。
实施例2:
如图2所示,当电动车需要解锁时,首先利用手机APP扫描电动车的车辆二维码,手机APP读取车辆信息,并且将读取的车辆信息、手机用户的信息以及解锁请求一起通过GSM网络上传到后台服务器,后台服务器对信息进行处理后,将解锁、行程、计费等信息反馈到手机APP,手机APP接收到信息后通过蓝牙模块和电动车远程控制动力系统进行通讯,将解锁信息传递给电动车远程控制动力系统,系统接收到解锁信息指令后通过软件控制驱动器消除对于电机的锁定,将车辆实施解锁。
实施例3:
如图1和图2所示,电动车远程控制动力系统中的GPS定位模块通过蓝牙通讯模块将车辆位置信息传递给手机APP,人们可通过手机APP实时掌握车辆的位置信息,一旦车辆被盗,则可根据位置信息迅速的找回车辆,手机APP还通过GSM网络将车辆的位置信息传递给后台服务器,便于后台服务器对车辆进行投放、调度以及其他管理。
实施例4:
如图1和图3所示,电动车通过实施例2进行远程解锁后,电动车远程控制动力系统通过内部集成的驱动器来检测助力传感器或者调速把的输入信号,从而来驱动电机,控制车辆行驶;当有刹车信号输入时,驱动器控制电机,使得电动车减速停止。
实施例5:
如图1和图3所示,电动车的电池用于对电动车远程控制动力系统进行供电,电动车远程控制动力系统收到手机APP发出的锁车信号指令后,则利用驱动器将电机实时锁止,实现锁车功能,然而一旦电动车的电池没电了,电动车在没有电时推行,电机处于发电状态,驱动器获得电压,这时驱动器将电机锁住,使得推行阻力很大,也实现了锁车功能,从而提升了电动车的防盗性能。
手机APP通过蓝牙通讯模块能够显示电动车电池的实时电量以及可行使里程数,使得用户能够提前准确的掌握电动车的可运行情况。

1.电动车远程控制动力系统单元,其特征在于:由电机、驱动器、GPS定位模块、蓝牙通讯模块一体式连接组合构成,所述电机连接着驱动器,所述驱动器和GPS定位模块均连接着蓝牙通讯模块,所述GPS定位模块和驱动器均通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连,所述手机APP连接着后台服务器,所述驱动器分别连接着电动车的助力传感器、调速把和刹车,所述电机和驱动器均连接着电动车的电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车远程控制动力系统单元,其特征在于:所述手机APP通过GSM网络与后台服务器相连。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车远程控制动力系统单元,其特征在于:所述电动车的电池通过蓝牙通讯模块与手机APP相连。
