本发明涉及一种用于油井特别是稠油井清除出砂的负压冲砂方法及装置。该冲砂方法通过下入井内的负压冲砂管柱来完成,此种冲砂管柱由设置在下端的冲洗接头(1)、设置在上端的压紧接头(8)、压紧环(7)、密封胶皮(6)、换向接头(5)和其间的内管(9)、外管(3)及上、下两级封隔器(4)、(2)组成。本发明提供的油井负压冲方法及装置简便实用,易于实施,工作可靠,利用该方法、装置既可顺利完成冲砂和解除堵卡作业,又不致对油层造成伤害,宜于推广应用。

Description

油井负压冲砂方法及装置
本发明涉及一种用于油井,特别是稠油井开采过程清除出砂的负压冲砂方法及装置。
出砂是油井特别是稠油井开采过程普遍存在的现象,是影响油井生产和开采效果的难题之一。目前,现场采用着多种先期或后期防砂、抗砂技术和装置,其中包括采用水力冲砂或是采用泡沫、暂堵剂等冲砂液将井内的砂子冲洗到地面。采用冲砂液排砂可以在一定程度上解决油井砂埋、砂卡、砂堵等故障,使油井恢复正常生产。但是,在冲砂过程中不可避免地会有大量冲砂液漏入油层并对油层造成严重伤害,从而给油井生产带来不良后果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种既可顺利冲砂、防止或解除油井砂卡、砂堵故障,又不致因冲砂液漏失对油层造成伤害、对油井生产带来不良后果的油井负压冲砂方法及装置。
本发明是这样实现的。此种油井负压冲砂方法乃是通过下入井内的专用负压冲砂管柱来完成,该冲砂管柱中,外管下端通过螺纹接装有冲洗接头,上端通过接箍接装有换向接头,其间装有上、下两级封隔器;外管内设有内管,内、外管之间的环形空间形成冲砂液通道,内管下端通过螺纹与冲洗接头相连接;压紧接头套装在内管外并将其下方套装在内管外的密封胶皮、压紧环压紧。实施该冲砂方法的步骤如下:先将冲洗接头连接在其上接装有下封隔器(皮碗朝下)的外管下端,将外管柱下至油井射孔段上方;然后,再接装上封隔器(皮碗朝上),并将内管下入外管内,内管长度大于外管柱总长度1-2m;在外管上端接装换向接头,在最上一根内管和换向接头上端依次套装密封胶皮、压紧环和压紧接头;提内管,并使其下端阳螺纹与冲洗接头相接触,用管钳对扣;依次上紧换向接头及其以上各部件,使胶皮密封;最后,将按上述组装好的冲砂管柱下至预计砂面位置,装好井口自封,连接好地面管线即可冲砂。在冲砂过程中,冲砂液通过油井油套环形空间从换向接头上的4个水眼进入冲砂管柱内、外管环形空间。由于上封隔器皮碗朝上,且外径比套管内径大3-5mm,在内、外管环空液柱压力作用下,胶皮紧贴在套管内壁上,因而冲砂液只能通过内、外管环空这一通道到达井底砂面而不致进入地层。冲砂液到达砂面位置后,通过冲洗接头上的4-8个水眼将井内砂子冲起,由于下封隔器的封隔作用,冲砂液及冲起的砂子沿内管返至地面。在这种情况下,在井口正常接单根冲进,即可完成整个冲砂作业。如果冲砂在射孔井段上进行,在水力冲击作用下,会使部分井段裸露,少量冲砂液和砂子有可能漏入地层,但由于两级封隔器之间的液体量是相对稳定的,因而返回地层的砂子不会再吐出来。
本发明所提供的油井负压冲砂方法及装置简便实用,易于实施,工作可靠,利用该方法、装置可以在不致伤害油层、保证油井开采效果的情况下顺利完成油井冲砂和解除堵卡作用,宜于推广应用。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施加以说明。
如图所示,本发明提供的油井负压冲砂装置由冲洗接头1、下封隔器2、外管3、上封隔器4、换向接头5、密封胶皮6、压紧环7、压紧接头8和内管9组成。其中,冲洗接头1上、下端分别设有与外管3和内管9相连接的阴螺纹,下半部沿圆周均布有4-8个轴向水眼,水眼上端为45°斜面。上封隔器4、下封隔器2均采用双皮碗式封隔器,组装时上封隔器正装,碗口朝上,下封隔器倒装,碗口朝下。外管3、内管9分别采用3″(75.9mm)和11/2″(38.3mm)平式油管。换向接头5上、下端分别设有阳螺纹,用以分别与压紧接头8和外管3相连接,接头中部沿圆周面均布有4个径向水眼。压紧环7、密封胶皮6均呈圆环状。压紧接头8下端带阴螺纹,中部内圆面设有圆台,用以将压紧环压紧。

Claims (2)

1、一种油井负压冲砂方法,其特征在于,该方法通过下入井内的专用负压冲砂管柱来完成,其实施步骤如下:将冲洗接头(1)连接在其上接装有下封隔器(2)的外管(3)下端,将外管柱下至油井射孔井段上方;接装上封隔器(4),将内管(9)下入外管内,内管长度大于外管柱总长度1-2m;在外管(3)上端接装换向接头(5),在最上一根内管和换向接头上端依次套装密封胶皮(6)、压紧环(7)和压紧接头(8);提内管(9),并使其下端阳螺纹与冲洗接头(1)相接触,用管钳对扣;依次上紧换向接头(5)及其以上各部件,使胶皮密封;将该冲砂管柱下至预计砂面位置,装好井口自封,连接好地面管线,即可进行冲砂,通过在井口接单根冲进,完成整个冲砂作业。
2、一种油井负压冲砂装置,由冲洗接头(1)、上封隔器(4)、下封隔器(2)、内管(9)、外管(3)、换向接头(5)、密封胶皮(6)、压紧环(7)和压紧头(8)组成,其特征在于,外管(3)下端通过螺纹接装有冲洗接头(1),上端通过接箍接装有换向接头(5);冲砂接头(1)上、下端分别设有阴螺纹,下半部沿圆周均布有4-8个轴向水眼,水眼上端为45°斜面,换向接头(5)上、下端分别设有阳螺纹,中部沿圆周均布有4个径向水眼;换向接头(5)与冲砂接头(1)之间装有上封隔器(4)、下封隔器(2);外管(3)内设有内管(9),内管(9)下端通过螺纹与冲洗接头(1)相连接;换向接头(5)上端以螺纹与压紧接头(8)相连接,压紧接头(8)套装在内管(9)外并将其下方套装在内管外的密封胶皮(6)、压紧环(7)压紧。
