本发明提供塑料粒子生产水冷机构,它包括有长方形的冷却水槽,冷却水槽内注有冷却水,冷却水槽长度方向一端为入口端,入口端位于挤出机出口下方,冷却水槽长度方向另一端为出口端,冷却水槽顶部活动安装有压料架,冷却水槽长度方向两侧的顶部设有下凹的滑槽,压料架两端的底部设有滚轮,滚轮由滑槽承托限位,位于挤出机出口一侧的压料架底部设有若干条分料导柱,入口端的冷却水槽顶部设有固定销,固定销上设有张紧弹簧,张紧弹簧与压料架相连接。采用本方案后的结构合理、冷却效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料粒子技术领域,尤其是指塑料粒子生产水冷机构。
背景技术
现有的塑料条在挤出后,在塑料条自重下落入冷却水槽进行冷却,这种方式挤出机出口与冷却水槽之间会有一段较长的中空段,该中空段的塑料条无法与冷却水接触,导致冷却效果下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、冷却效果好的塑料粒子生产水冷机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:塑料粒子生产水冷机构,它包括有长方形的冷却水槽,冷却水槽内注有冷却水,冷却水槽长度方向一端为入口端,入口端位于挤出机出口下方,冷却水槽长度方向另一端为出口端,冷却水槽顶部活动安装有压料架,冷却水槽长度方向两侧的顶部设有下凹的滑槽,压料架两端的底部设有滚轮,滚轮由滑槽承托限位,位于挤出机出口一侧的压料架底部设有若干条分料导柱,入口端的冷却水槽顶部设有固定销,固定销上设有张紧弹簧,张紧弹簧与压料架相连接。
所述的张紧弹簧为两条,分别位于挤出机出口两侧下方的冷却水槽顶部。
所述的相邻分料导柱之间预留有塑料条导向通道。
所述的压料架由两条L形角钢和三条金属方管制成,金属方管连接在两条L形角钢的竖壁之间,分料导柱位于冷却水槽入口端一侧的金属方管底部,滚轮位于L形角钢的横壁底部。
本发明在采用上述方案后,未详细描述的结构及安装方式均可以采用市面常规方式安装,通过挤出机挤出的塑料条在分料导柱及压料架的作用下向下倾斜进入冷却水槽的水内进行冷却,而后由冷却水槽出口端的设备拉出,张紧弹簧用于张紧压料架,使压料架始终与挤出机出口之间形成一定距离,以便使塑料条快速向下进入冷却水内;采用本方案后的结构合理、冷却效果好。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的较佳实施例为:参见附图1,本实施例所述的塑料粒子生产水冷机构包括有长方形的冷却水槽1,冷却水槽1内注有冷却水,冷却水槽1长度方向一端为入口端,入口端位于挤出机出口下方,冷却水槽1长度方向另一端为出口端,冷却水槽1顶部活动安装有压料架3,冷却水槽1长度方向两侧的顶部设有下凹的滑槽2,压料架3两端的底部设有滚轮4,滚轮4由滑槽2承托限位,位于挤出机出口一侧的压料架3底部设有若干条分料导柱5,相邻分料导柱5之间预留有塑料条导向通道,入口端的冷却水槽1顶部设有固定销6,固定销6上设有张紧弹簧7,张紧弹簧7为两条,分别位于挤出机出口两侧下方的冷却水槽1顶部,张紧弹簧7与压料架3相连接,压料架3由两条L形角钢和三条金属方管制成,金属方管连接在两条L形角钢的竖壁之间,分料导柱5位于冷却水槽1入口端一侧的金属方管底部,滚轮4位于L形角钢的横壁底部。本实施例未详细描述的结构及安装方式均可以采用市面常规方式安装,通过挤出机挤出的塑料条在分料导柱及压料架的作用下向下倾斜进入冷却水槽的水内进行冷却,而后由冷却水槽出口端的设备拉出,张紧弹簧用于张紧压料架,使压料架始终与挤出机出口之间形成一定距离,以便使塑料条快速向下进入冷却水内;采用本实施例后的结构合理、冷却效果好。

1.塑料粒子生产水冷机构,其特征在于:它包括有长方形的冷却水槽(1),冷却水槽(1)内注有冷却水,冷却水槽(1)长度方向一端为入口端,入口端位于挤出机出口下方,冷却水槽(1)长度方向另一端为出口端,冷却水槽(1)顶部活动安装有压料架(3),冷却水槽(1)长度方向两侧的顶部设有下凹的滑槽(2),压料架(3)两端的底部设有滚轮(4),滚轮(4)由滑槽(2)承托限位,位于挤出机出口一侧的压料架(3)底部设有若干条分料导柱(5),入口端的冷却水槽(1)顶部设有固定销(6),固定销(6)上设有张紧弹簧(7),张紧弹簧(7)与压料架(3)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料粒子生产水冷机构,其特征在于:张紧弹簧(7)为两条,分别位于挤出机出口两侧下方的冷却水槽(1)顶部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料粒子生产水冷机构,其特征在于:相邻分料导柱(5)之间预留有塑料条导向通道。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料粒子生产水冷机构,其特征在于:压料架(3)由两条L形角钢和三条金属方管制成,金属方管连接在两条L形角钢的竖壁之间,分料导柱(5)位于冷却水槽(1)入口端一侧的金属方管底部,滚轮(4)位于L形角钢的横壁底部。
