本发明公开了中医理疗艾灸技术领域的一种含有中药配方的艾条及其制备方法，该艾条由艾草、天定、豨签草、蝎子草、白龙藤、松香、丁香、广木香、乳香、独活、白芷、防风、荆芥穗、还魂草、鬼见愁槐白皮、百草丹和大麦曲组成，本发明通过在艾草中添加各种重要成分，使其具备更为广泛的疗效，采用食品级的粘结剂，不会使艾条轻易发生变质，同时将几组艾条组合成一个直径较粗的艾条，延长艾条的燃烧时间，保证艾条燃烧的稳定性与连续性，本发明制备方法简单，且能够根据治疗病种改变艾条中的各种中药组分。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医理疗艾灸技术领域，具体为一种含有中药配方的艾条及其制备方法。
背景技术
艾叶燃烧时热力温和，能穿透皮肤，直达深部，经久不消，起到温通经脉、驱风散寒的作用。这就比单纯的烤灯或其他火热有优势。烤灯则直觉表皮灼热而无温煦散寒的作用。艾灸作为一种中医理疗方式，已经成了一种被普遍认同的保健治疗方法。通常，在艾灸疗法中所用的艾条都是采用天然的艾叶，制成艾绒，并压制成一定的形状，在使用时，保持在距离人体肌体或一定距离的位置燃烧艾叶，借助艾火发出的特有的气味与红外线的刺激，熏烤人体特定的穴位脉络，能够起到温通经络、调和气血、促进血液循环，在医学临床上，除了用于寒症、慢性久病、及氧气不足之人外，长期施灸还能够达到预防疾病的作用。传统的艾条只是单纯的采用艾草制作，其治疗效果比较单一，同时在艾条制作时常用水作为粘合剂，容易使得艾条变质，且传统的艾条普遍直径较小，在进行长时间的单疗程使用时往往捉禁见肘。为此，我们提出了一种含有中药配方的艾条及其制备方法投入使用，以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有中药配方的艾条及其制备方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种含有中药配方的艾条，该含有中药配方的艾条由以下质量份的原料组成：
艾草：30～50份；
天定：10～15份；
豨签草：8～12份；
蝎子草：3～7份；
白龙藤：3～7份；
松香：2～4份；
丁香：1～3份；
广木香：1～3份；
乳香：1～3份；
独活：2～4份；
白芷：2～4份；
防风：3～5份；
荆芥穗：2～4份；
还魂草：1～3份；
鬼见愁：1～3份；
槐白皮：2～3份；
百草丹：4～6份；
大麦曲：1～3份。
优选的，一种含有中药配方的艾条制备方法，该含有中药配方的艾条制备方法的具体步骤如下：
S1：将艾叶放入石臼中，反复捣舂压碎，使之细碎成棉絮状，然后筛去压碎后艾叶中的灰尘、粗梗和杂质，制备出纯艾绒；
S2：将天定、豨签草、蝎子草、白龙藤、松香、丁香、广木香、乳香、独活、白芷、防风、荆芥穗、还魂草、鬼见愁、槐白皮和百草丹放入超声粉碎机中粉碎成细粉，并过200～300目筛备用；
S3：将食品级粘合剂加入沸水中，调成浓稠度适中的胶浆；
S4：将步骤S1中的纯艾绒与步骤S2中制备的中药混合药粉充分混合，并加入步骤S3中制得的胶浆和大麦曲，搅拌均匀后发酵15～25天；
S5：将步骤S4中的发酵物放置到挤条机中，按照合适的尺寸将其挤压成条，并在挤压成型的艾条上包裹桑皮纸或纯棉纸，用于固定成型；
S6：取步骤S5中的艾条6组并相互叠压，使之抱团形成圆柱形，烘干后即得成品艾条。
优选的，所述步骤S1中，艾叶选用3～5年的艾叶，并将艾叶进行干燥处理以去除其内部水分。
优选的，所述步骤S3中，食品级粘合剂为松香水、卡拉胶、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻酸钠、刺槐豆胶和魔芋胶中的一种或多种。
优选的，所述步骤S5中，在包裹艾条的桑皮纸或纯棉纸上均匀涂抹蛋清或松香水作为粘结剂。

实施例三
一种含有中药配方的艾条及其制备方法，其具体步骤为：S1：选用3～5年的艾草40份，并将艾叶放入石臼中，反复捣舂压碎，使之细碎成棉絮状，然后筛去压碎后艾叶中的灰尘、粗梗和杂质，制备出纯艾绒；S2：将天定：10份、豨签草：10份、蝎子草：5份、白龙藤：5份、松香：3份、丁香：1份、广木香：1份、乳香：1份、独活：3份、白芷：3份、防风：3份、荆芥穗：3份、还魂草：3份、鬼见愁：1份、槐白皮：2份和百草丹：5份放入超声粉碎机中粉碎成细粉，并过200～300目筛备用；S3：将刺槐豆胶粘合剂加入沸水中，调成浓稠度适中的胶浆；S4：将纯艾绒与中药混合药粉充分混合，并加入胶浆和大麦曲1份，搅拌均匀后发酵20天；S5：将步骤S4中的发酵物放置到挤条机中，按照合适的尺寸将其挤压成条，并在挤压成型的艾条上包裹桑皮纸或纯棉纸，用于固定成型；S6：取步骤S5中的艾条6组并相互叠压，使之抱团形成圆柱形，烘干后即得成品艾条。
综合以上实施例所述，本发明的最佳实施例为实施例三，本发明在使用时，需要选用不同的间隔物，如鲜姜片、蒜片、蒜泥、药瓶等。在施灸前均应事先备齐。鲜姜、蒜洗净后切成约2-3毫米厚的薄片并在姜片、蒜片中间用毫针或细针刺成筛孔状以利灸治时导热通气。蒜泥、葱泥、蚯蚓泥等均应将其洗净后捣烂成泥，艾条上提时速度要快，避免热感中断，患者感觉太热可上、下、左、右或回旋移动艾条以连续地温热刺激穴位。为局部皮肤感觉迟钝者、小儿、老人施灸，可将左手中、食指张开放在受者穴道两旁从而感知其局部受热度随时调节。当患者有痒、发热、痛感时用手指揉、搓、按帮助缓解不适。
本发明在针对疑难病患者的艾灸时，在原有中药组方的基础上按质量份添加自然铜雄黄3～5份、生川乌2～5份、生草乌3～7份、毛毛虫1～2份、桃枝1～3份和桃皮1～2份，具有明显疗效；
本发明在针对肿瘤患者施行艾灸时，在原有中药组方的基础上按照质量份添加雄黄3～5份、巴豆1～2份、红娘5～7份、蟑螂1～3份、皂荚2～4份、猫爪草4～6份、曼陀罗0.2～0.5份、七叶一枝花2～3份、核桃枝2～3份、照山白1～3份，对肿瘤患者具有明显的疗效。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种含有中药配方的艾条，其特征在于：该含有中药配方的艾条由以下质量份的原料组成：
艾草：30～50份；
天定：10～15份；
豨签草：8～12份；
蝎子草：3～7份；
白龙藤：3～7份；
松香：2～4份；
丁香：1～3份；
广木香：1～3份；
乳香：1～3份；
独活：2～4份；
白芷：2～4份；
防风：3～5份；
荆芥穗：2～4份；
还魂草：1～3份；
鬼见愁：1～3份；
槐白皮：2～3份；
百草丹：4～6份；
大麦曲：1～3份。
2.一种含有中药配方的艾条制备方法，其特征在于：该含有中药配方的艾条制备方法的具体步骤如下：
S1：将艾叶放入石臼中，反复捣舂压碎，使之细碎成棉絮状，然后筛去压碎后艾叶中的灰尘、粗梗和杂质，制备出纯艾绒；
S2：将天定、豨签草、蝎子草、白龙藤、松香、丁香、广木香、乳香、独活、白芷、防风、荆芥穗、还魂草、鬼见愁、槐白皮和百草丹放入超声粉碎机中粉碎成细粉，并过200～300目筛备用；
S3：将食品级粘合剂加入沸水中，调成浓稠度适中的胶浆；
S4：将步骤S1中的纯艾绒与步骤S2中制备的中药混合药粉充分混合，并加入步骤S3中制得的胶浆和大麦曲，搅拌均匀后发酵15～25天；
S5：将步骤S4中的发酵物放置到挤条机中，按照合适的尺寸将其挤压成条，并在挤压成型的艾条上包裹桑皮纸或纯棉纸，用于固定成型；
S6：取步骤S5中的艾条6组并相互叠压，使之抱团形成圆柱形，烘干后即得成品艾条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有中药配方的艾条制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤S1中，艾叶选用3～5年的艾叶，并将艾叶进行干燥处理以去除其内部水分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有中药配方的艾条制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤S3中，食品级粘合剂为松香水、卡拉胶、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、琼脂、明胶、海藻酸钠、刺槐豆胶和魔芋胶中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含有中药配方的艾条制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤S5中，在包裹艾条的桑皮纸或纯棉纸上均匀涂抹蛋清或松香水作为粘结剂。
