背景技术
痿病是由邪热伤津，或气阴不足而致经脉失养，以肢体软弱无力，经脉弛缓，甚则肌肉萎缩或瘫痪为主要表现的肢体病症。多见于周围神经病变，脊髓病变，肌萎缩侧束硬化，周期性麻痹等。痿病因证不同，临床表现各异。有急性起病，进行性加重者；有缓慢发病者；也有时轻时重，周期性发作者；有疲劳后发病者，有睡卧后发作者。一般以下肢发病多见，也有见于上肢、肩背者，有影响窍隧，难于张口、睁目者，甚至瘫痪于床者。有以肢体近端肌肉弱于远端者，或以肢体远端肌肉弱于近端者。初则仅为肌肉软弱无力，久则肌肉萎缩不用。目前，治疗痿病的药物虽有一定的疗效，但存在治标不治本及一定副作用的不足。

本发明的目的是根据中医对痿病一症的认识机理，提供一种配伍科学、组方简便、成本低、疗效显著、无副作用的治疗痿病的中药组合物。

祖国医学认为痿病是由外感六淫，内伤七情，房劳过度，饮食不节等因素，导致热伤肺津，津液不布；湿热浸淫经络，气血不运；脾胃受损，气血精微生化不足；肝肾亏损，肌肉筋脉失养所致。故治疗时应以温补肝肾、健脾益胃、清热利湿、行气活血、舒筋通络、养阴生津为主。本发明中药组合物中：鹿角胶温补肝肾、益精养血，蕨麻健脾益胃、生津止渴、益气补血，隔山撬补肝肾、强筋骨、健脾胃、解毒，手掌参止咳平喘、益肾健脾、理气和血、止痛，此四味药合用共奏温补肝肾、健脾益胃之功，共为君药；小蓑衣藤行气活血、祛风湿、止痛，木瓜破血行气、通经止痛，肉桂补火助阳、散寒止痛、活血通经，生地黄清热凉血、养阴生津、止痛调经，蜢臂兰滋阴清热、生津止渴，石菖蒲化痰开窍、化湿行气、祛风利痹、消肿止痛，此六味药合用具有行气活血、养阴生津的功效，共为臣药；扶芳藤舒筋活络、益肾壮腰、止血消瘀，风毛菊祛风活络、散瘀止痛，虎杖活血散瘀、祛风通络、清热利湿、解毒、止咳化痰，蛇葡萄清热利湿、散瘀止血、解毒，珍珠菜清热利湿、活血散瘀、解毒消痈，海桐皮祛风湿、舒筋通络，苍术燥湿健脾、祛风散寒，透骨草祛风除湿、舒筋活络、活血止痛、解毒化疹，此八味药合用具有清热利湿、舒筋通络的功效，共为佐药；甘草补脾益气、调和诸药，为使药。此方诸药合用，君臣协力，臣使共辅，具有温补肝肾、健脾益胃、清热利湿、行气活血、舒筋通络、养阴生津的功效，对痿病的治疗达到标本兼治。
本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料，其配制简便、药源广、成本低。本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则，各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证和中药品不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，其疗效显著，安全可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，有效率达97.5%，治愈率82.5%。

为了更好的考察本发明的中药组合物的临床疗效和安全性,用本发明所述的中药组合物进行临床实验。
一、临床病例选择：挑选80例痿病患者，年龄20～65岁，患病时间一到三年。
二、诊断依据：
1、肢体经脉弛缓，软弱无力，活动不利，甚则肌肉萎缩，弛纵瘫痪；
2、可伴有肢体麻木、疼痛，或拘急痉挛。严重者可见排尿障碍，呼吸困难，吞咽无力等；
3、常有久居湿地、涉水淋雨史。或有药物史，家族史；
4、可结合西医相关疾病做相应理化检查，如有条件应做 CT、磁共振等；
5、应注意与痹证、风痱、震颤等鉴别。
三、实验方法：将80例患者随机分为二组,每组40例,对照组男性22例,女18例；治疗组男性16例, 女24例。其中，实验治疗组采用实施例1所给出的中药组合物，将中药组合物按传统的水煎法煎煮两遍，取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。五天为一疗程。服药5-10个疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。对照治疗组服用三磷酸腺苷二钠片，一天分早晚两次,每次2片,治疗时间为1-3个月。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：肢体活动正常，肌肉丰满，神经系统及实验室检查正常；
2、有效：肢体痿弱好转，症状改善，神经系统及实验室检查基本正常；
3、无效：肢体痿软无改善。
五、实验结果： 具体数据如表一所示。

章某，女，37岁。1个月前出现下肢萎软无力，腰脊酸软，不能久立，并伴有头晕目眩，咽干耳鸣，月经不调。诊见：舌红少苔，脉细数。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，头晕目眩，咽干耳鸣等症消失，腰脊酸软得到缓解；继续服用3个疗程，萎软及其他症状消失，肢体活动正常，治愈。
病例2：
蒋某，男，48岁。患者1年前痿病，近半年来，肌肉萎缩，下肢酸软无力，久立欲倒，伴有眩晕耳鸣，神疲乏力，面色无华等证。诊见：舌红少苔，脉沉细无力。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，患者感觉四肢有力，眩晕耳鸣等症消失；继续服用4个疗程，肌肉丰满，肢体活动正常，治愈。
