本发明公开了一种新型脊柱固定装置,它包括脊椎关节固定装置(1)和钢板(2),脊椎关节固定装置(1)包括柱体(3)、螺纹堵头(4)和主螺钉(5),螺纹孔(6)处螺纹连接有螺纹堵头(4),螺纹堵头(4)内开设有垂向设置的进液通道(8),所述的钢板(2)顶表面上且沿其长度方向顺次设置有多个螺钉孔(9),钢板(2)上设置有多个脊椎关节固定装置(1),钢板(2)与通槽(7)滑动配合,主螺钉(5)与螺钉孔(9)螺纹连接且向下延伸于柱体(3)外部,主螺钉(5)内开设有连通主螺钉(5)上下端部的流道(10),流道(10)与进液通道(8)连通。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑、恢复期短、适用于不同年龄段患者。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脊柱固态支撑的技术领域,特别是一种新型脊柱固定装置。
背景技术
目前,当因骨折、病变等原因造成人体脊柱变形后,常用的质量方法是通过手术在脊柱变形部位安装脊柱内固定器用于对脊柱进行矫形及职称,帮助脊柱恢复功能或延缓病情恶化。脊柱是支撑人体不可缺少的部分,脊柱由多根串联的脊椎关节构成,若相邻两个脊椎关节断裂或错位时则会导致人体无法行走,因此需要将多个脊椎关节连接为一体。采用脊柱固态系统将脊椎关节连接为一体,该系统包括棒体和多个螺纹连接于棒体上的螺钉组成,使用时,在待固定的脊椎关节内均拧入一颗螺钉,从而实现了对脊柱的稳固,患者经一段时间调养后,脊椎关节断裂处即可复合。不同年龄段的患者来说脊椎关节的尺寸是各不相同(成年人较大,儿童较小),进一步的相邻两个脊椎关节之间的间距也各不相同,而现有脊柱固态系统上的螺钉之间的间距是固定不变的,导致不同年龄段的患者需要对应不同规格的脊柱固态系统,增大了制造成本费,通用性差。此外,由于脊椎关节原有结构被击打过,应力集中处增多,骨骼强度势必下降,需要花费很长时间恢复,存在恢复期长的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、恢复期短、适用于不同年龄段患者的新型脊柱固定装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种新型脊柱固定装置,它包括脊椎关节固定装置和钢板,所述脊椎关节固定装置包括柱体、螺纹堵头和主螺钉,柱体内开设有螺纹孔和贯穿柱体的通槽,螺纹孔处螺纹连接有螺纹堵头,螺纹堵头内开设有垂向设置的进液通道,所述的钢板顶表面上且沿其长度方向顺次设置有多个螺钉孔,钢板上设置有多个脊椎关节固定装置,钢板与通槽滑动配合,所述的主螺钉与螺钉孔螺纹连接且向下延伸于柱体外部,主螺钉内开设有连通主螺钉上下端部的流道,流道与进液通道连通。
所述的主螺钉的头部抵压于螺纹堵头的底部。
所述的柱体为圆柱状。
所述的主螺钉垂向设置。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、恢复期短、适用于不同年龄段患者。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~2所示,一种新型脊柱固定装置,它包括脊椎关节固定装置1和钢板2,所述脊椎关节固定装置1包括柱体3、螺纹堵头4和主螺钉5,柱体3为圆柱状,柱体3内开设有螺纹孔6和贯穿柱体3的通槽7,螺纹孔6处螺纹连接有螺纹堵头4,螺纹堵头4内开设有垂向设置的进液通道8,所述的钢板2顶表面上且沿其长度方向顺次设置有多个螺钉孔9,钢板2上设置有多个脊椎关节固定装置1,本实施例中,钢板2上设置有两个脊椎关节固定装置1,钢板2与通槽7滑动配合,所述的主螺钉5垂向设置,主螺钉5与螺钉孔9螺纹连接且向下延伸于柱体3外部,主螺钉5的头部抵压于螺纹堵头4的底部,主螺钉5内开设有连通主螺钉5上下端部的流道10,流道10与进液通道8连通。
本发明的工作过程如下:测量患者的脊椎关节长度,在钢板2上选择两个螺钉孔9,选择的两个螺钉孔9之间的间距小于断裂处两个脊椎关节11长度总和;随后将主螺钉5拧入脊椎关节11内;然后拧紧螺纹堵头4使其抵压于主螺钉5顶部,从而实现了整个装置的安装;最后向进液通道8内加入氟化钙溶液,溶液顺次经进液通道8和流道10进入于脊椎关节11内,氟化钙溶液能够增加骨骼的强度,补充骨骼钙元素,加快患者的恢复。此外,脊椎关节固定装置1之间的间距可调节,以适应不同年龄段的患者,应用范围更广。

1.一种新型脊柱固定装置,其特征在于:它包括脊椎关节固定装置(1)和钢板(2),所述脊椎关节固定装置(1)包括柱体(3)、螺纹堵头(4)和主螺钉(5),柱体(3)为圆柱状,柱体(3)内开设有螺纹孔(6)和贯穿柱体(3)的通槽(7),螺纹孔(6)处螺纹连接有螺纹堵头(4),螺纹堵头(4)内开设有垂向设置的进液通道(8),所述的钢板(2)顶表面上且沿其长度方向顺次设置有多个螺钉孔(9),钢板(2)上设置有多个脊椎关节固定装置(1),钢板(2)与通槽(7)滑动配合,所述主螺钉(5)垂向设置,主螺钉(5)与螺钉孔(9)螺纹连接且向下延伸于柱体(3)外部,主螺钉(5)内开设有连通主螺钉(5)上下端部的流道(10),流道(10)与进液通道(8)连通,主螺钉(5)的头部抵压于螺纹堵头(4)的底部。
