Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The following describes a water fountain and a method for reminding the service life of an ultraviolet UV lamp thereof according to an embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for reminding the service life of an ultraviolet UV lamp in a water fountain according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s1: and recording the maximum service life of the UV lamp within a preset time and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp when the UV lamp works.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the preset time may be a purchase time of the UV lamp. I.e. the time it takes for the user to receive the UV lamp from the purchase, can be noted as t.
Wherein, in some embodiments of the invention, the service life of the UV lamp may refer to the length of time the UV lamp is operating.
Specifically, after the UV lamp is installed, the current sterilization operating time of the UV lamp is timed every time the UV lamp sterilizes, and thus the current accumulated operating time is obtained by adding the previous accumulated operating life to the current sterilization operating time. For example, the time taken by the UV lamp to sterilize for the first time is m1, the time taken by the UV lamp to sterilize for the second time is m2, the time taken by the UV lamp to sterilize for the third time is m3, after the three sterilizations, the current cumulative service life of the UV lamp is m1+ m2+ m3, and the current cumulative service life of the UV lamp can be recorded as Tsum.
According to one embodiment of the invention, acquiring the maximum service life of the UV lamp within a preset time comprises: acquiring the service lives of the UV lamps in a plurality of continuous preset times to acquire a plurality of service life values; and taking the maximum value of the service life values as the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time.
In other words, the maximum service life of the UV lamp within the preset time may be the maximum value of the service life of the UV lamp within the plurality of preset times. For example, in a first preset time T, if the working time of the UV lamp is T1, the service life of the UV lamp in the first preset time T is T1, and similarly, in a second preset time T, if the working time of the UV lamp is T2, the service life of the UV lamp in the second preset time T is T2, and so on, in an nth preset time T, if the working time of the UV lamp is Tn, the service life of the UV lamp in the nth preset time T is Tn. Therefore, after the service lives of the UV lamps in n preset time T are counted, the maximum value of the service life T1 of the UV lamp in the first preset time T, the service life T2 of the UV lamp in the second preset time T and the service life Tn of the UV lamp in the nth preset time T can be used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time, namely Tmax = max { T1, T2, \8230;, tn }.
Specifically, the storage unit of the water fountain can store the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp within the preset time, after the water fountain is powered on, the service life of the UV lamp within the preset time can be continuously acquired, the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp within the preset time is compared with the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, if the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp within the preset time is greater than the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp within the preset time is stored in the storage unit to replace the maximum service life Tmax, and the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp within the preset time is used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp within the preset time; and if the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp in the preset time is less than or equal to the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, not storing the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp in the preset time, and still taking the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time.
Wherein the storage unit can be integrated with the control unit.
By analogy, after the service lives of the UV lamps within n preset times t are counted, the maximum value of the service lives of the UV lamps within n preset times t can be used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamps within the preset times.
Further, the service life of the UV lamp in the preset time can be continuously counted in the subsequent time, and if the service life of the UV lamp in the preset time is larger than the previously stored maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time, the maximum value is replaced.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method for obtaining the service life of the UV lamp within the preset time comprises the following steps:
s201: and starting, clearing a timer for timing the preset time and starting timing.
S202: and judging whether the timing time of the timer reaches the preset time.
If yes, go to step S205; if not, step S203 is executed.
S203: and judging whether the UV lamp carries out sterilization work.
If yes, go to step S204; if not, step S203 is executed.
S204: the working time of the UV lamp for sterilization was recorded.
S205: and acquiring the total working time of the UV lamp in the preset time t, and returning to the step S201.
It should be understood that when the water fountain is in the water outlet state, the UV lamp can be controlled to be in the working state, and because the water receiving time of the user is different in the preset time, and the water outlet time of the water fountain is different, the working time of the UV lamp is different in the same preset time, namely the service life of the UV lamp is different.
Wherein the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time is less than or equal to the preset time t.
S2: a preset life limit value of the UV lamp is obtained.
It should be understood that each UV lamp has a corresponding preset service life limit value denoted as tmax, and the preset service life limit value is related to the material and manufacturing process of the UV lamp, i.e. the property of the UV lamp, and the preset service life limit values are different for different UV lamps due to different properties.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the predetermined life limit may be pre-stored in the control unit of the water dispenser.
S3: and controlling a reminding unit of the water fountain according to the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp and the preset service life limit value.
According to an embodiment of the invention, step S103 comprises: and when the difference value between the preset service life limit value and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp is less than or equal to M times of the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time, controlling the reminding unit to send out reminding information in advance. Wherein M is greater than or equal to 1.
That is to say, when the difference between the preset service life limit value Tmax of the UV lamp and the current accumulated service life Tsum is less than or equal to M times of the maximum service life Tmax in the preset time, the water fountain controls the reminding unit to send out the reminding information in advance. When Tmax-Tsum is less than or equal to 2Tmax, the reminding unit is controlled to send out reminding information, wherein the value of M is preferably 2, the reminding unit can be a buzzer, a flash lamp or a display screen, and the reminding information can be a buzzer, light flashing by the flash lamp or a warning mark displayed by the display screen.
From this, can in time remind the user to purchase and change the UV lamp, avoid the life of UV lamp the user to forget or come too late to purchase the UV lamp when reaching the life-span limit value of predetermineeing, prevent that the bactericidal ability of drinking bowl from reducing, ensure that the sustainable healthy water of drinking of user.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method for reminding the lifetime of the ultraviolet UV lamp in the drinking fountain comprises the following steps:
s301: and acquiring the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in a preset time.
S302: the current cumulative service life Tsum of the UV lamp is obtained.
S303: a preset lifetime limit tmax of the UV lamp is obtained.
S304: and judging whether the difference between the preset service life limit value Tmax of the UV lamp and the current accumulated service life Tsum of the UV lamp is less than 2 times of the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time, namely judging whether Tmax-Tsum is less than or equal to 2Tmax.
If yes, go to step S305; if not, return to step S301.
S305: and controlling the reminding unit to send out prompt information.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the reminding unit can be controlled according to the relationship among the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp and the preset service life limit value of the UV lamp, and then the reminding unit can be controlled to send out the reminding information in advance when the difference value between the preset service life limit value and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp is less than or equal to M times of the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time, so that a user can be reminded to replace the UV lamp in time, and a good sterilization effect is ensured.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method for reminding the lifetime of the UV lamp in the drinking fountain comprises the following steps:
s401: and starting to judge whether the time reaches the preset time t.
If yes, go to step S402; if not, step S403 is performed.
S402: and clearing the time count and timing again.
S403: and judging whether the UV lamp is in a working state or not.
If yes, go to step S404; if not, the process is ended.
S404: the current accumulated service life Tsum of the UV lamp increases and the service life of the UV lamp increases for the current preset time t.
S405: and judging whether the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time is greater than or equal to the service life of the UV lamp in the current preset time t.
If yes, go to step S407; if not, step S406 is performed.
S406: and taking the service life of the UV lamp in the current preset time t as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp in the preset time.
S407: and judging whether the number of the obtained service lives of the UV lamps in the preset time t is greater than or equal to the preset number, such as P.
If yes, go to step S408; if not, the process is ended.
S408: and judging whether Tmax-Tsum is less than or equal to 2Tmax.
If yes, go to step S409; if not, the process is ended.
S409: and controlling the reminding unit to send out reminding information and ending.
In summary, according to the method for reminding the service life of the ultraviolet UV lamp in the water fountain provided by the embodiment of the invention, firstly, the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp are recorded when the UV lamp works, then, the preset service life limit value of the UV lamp is obtained, and then, the reminding unit of the water fountain is controlled according to the maximum service life of the UV lamp in the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp and the preset service life limit value, so that a user can be reminded to purchase the UV lamp in advance and replace the UV lamp at the time of the service life, the good sterilization effect of the water fountain is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a block schematic diagram of a water fountain according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the water dispenser 100 includes: the device comprises an ultraviolet UV lamp 10 (hereinafter referred to as UV lamp), a driving unit 20, a reminding unit 30, a control unit 40 and a timing unit 50.
The UV lamp 10 is used for sterilizing water in the water dispenser 100, the UV lamp 10 is arranged in the water dispenser 100, and the UV lamp 10 is detachably connected with the water dispenser 100; the driving unit 20 is connected with the UV lamp 10, and the driving unit 20 is used for driving the UV lamp 10 to work; the reminding unit 30 is used for sending out reminding information; the timing unit 50 is used for recording the service life of the UV lamp 10; the control unit 40 is respectively connected with the driving unit 20, the reminding unit 30 and the timing unit 50, the control unit 40 is used for controlling the timing unit 50 to time when the driving unit 20 drives the UV lamp 10 to work so as to record the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp 10, acquiring the preset service life limit value of the UV lamp 10, and controlling the reminding unit 30 according to the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp 10 and the preset service life limit value.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the preset time is a purchase time of the UV lamp 10. I.e. the time required by the user from purchase to receipt of the UV lamp 10, can be noted as t.
Among other things, in some embodiments of the present invention, the service life of the UV lamp 10 may refer to the length of time the UV lamp 10 is operating.
Specifically, after the UV lamp 10 is installed, the timing unit 50 counts the current sterilization operation time of the UV lamp 10 every time the UV lamp 10 is sterilized, so that the current accumulated service life can be obtained by adding the current sterilization operation time to the previously accumulated service life. For example, the time taken for the UV lamp 10 to sterilize for the first time is m1, the time taken for the UV lamp 10 to sterilize for the second time is m2, the time taken for the UV lamp 10 to sterilize for the third time is m3, after the three sterilizations, the current cumulative service life of the UV lamp 10 is m1+ m2+ m3, and the current cumulative service life of the UV lamp 10 may be recorded as Tsum.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 40 is further configured to obtain the service lives of the UV lamp 10 for a plurality of consecutive preset times to obtain a plurality of service life values, and to use the maximum value of the plurality of service life values as the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 for the preset time.
In other words, the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time may be the maximum value of the service life of the UV lamp 10 in a plurality of preset times. For example, in the first preset time T, if the operation time of the UV lamp 10 is T1, the service life of the UV lamp 10 in the first preset time T is T1, and similarly, in the second preset time T, if the operation time of the UV lamp 10 is T2, the service life of the UV lamp 10 in the second preset time T is T2, and so on, in the nth preset time T, if the operation time of the UV lamp 10 is Tn, the service life of the UV lamp 10 in the nth preset time T is Tn. Therefore, after the service lives of the UV lamps 10 within n preset times T are counted, the maximum value among the service life T1 of the UV lamp 10 within the first preset time T, the service life T2 of the UV lamp 10 within the second preset time T and the service life Tn of the UV lamp 10 within the nth preset time T can be used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 within the preset time, namely Tmax = max { T1, T2, \8230;, tn }.
Specifically, the storage unit of the water fountain 100 may store a maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 within a preset time, after the water fountain 100 is powered on, the service life of the UV lamp 10 within the preset time may be continuously obtained, and the service life of the currently obtained UV lamp 10 within the preset time is compared with the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, if the service life of the currently obtained UV lamp 10 within the preset time is greater than the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, the service life of the currently obtained UV lamp 10 within the preset time is stored in the storage unit to replace the maximum service life Tmax, and the service life of the currently obtained UV lamp 10 within the preset time is taken as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 within the preset time; if the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp 10 in the preset time is less than or equal to the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit, the service life of the currently acquired UV lamp 10 in the preset time is not stored, and the maximum service life Tmax stored in the storage unit is still used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time.
Wherein the storage unit may be provided integrally with the control unit 40.
By analogy, after the service lives of the UV lamps 10 within n preset times t are counted, the maximum value of the service lives of the UV lamps 10 within the n preset times t can be used as the maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 within the preset times.
Further, the service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time may be continuously counted at a subsequent time, and the maximum value is replaced if the service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time is greater than the previously stored maximum service life Tmax of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time.
It should be understood that the UV lamp 10 can be controlled to be in the working state when the water fountain 100 is in the water outlet state, and the working time of the UV lamp 10 is different within the same preset time, that is, the service life of the UV lamp 10 is different, because the water receiving time of the user is different within the preset time and the water outlet time of the water fountain 100 is different.
Wherein the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 within the preset time is less than or equal to the preset time t.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control unit 40 is further configured to control the reminding unit to issue the reminding message in advance when a difference between the preset service life limit value and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp 10 is less than or equal to M times of the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time. Wherein M is greater than or equal to 1.
That is, when the difference between the preset service life limit Tmax of the UV lamp 10 and the current accumulated service life Tsum is less than or equal to the maximum service life Tmax M times within the preset time, the water dispenser 100 controls the reminding unit 30 to issue the reminding information in advance. When Tmax-Tsum is less than or equal to 2Tmax, the reminding unit 30 is controlled to send out reminding information, wherein the value of M is preferably 2, the reminding unit 30 can be a buzzer, a flash lamp or a display screen, and the reminding information can be a buzzer, flash lamp light or a warning mark displayed by the display screen.
Therefore, the user can be reminded to purchase and replace the UV lamp 10 in time, the user is prevented from forgetting or having no time to purchase the UV lamp 10 when the service life of the UV lamp 10 reaches the preset service life limit value, the sterilizing capability of the water fountain 100 is prevented from being reduced, and the user can be ensured to continuously drink the healthy water.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the reminding unit 30 can be controlled according to the magnitude relationship between the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp 10, and the preset service life limit value of the UV lamp 10, and then the reminding unit 30 can be controlled to send out the reminding information in advance when the difference value between the preset service life limit value and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp 10 is less than or equal to M times of the maximum service life of the UV lamp 10 in the preset time, so as to remind the user of replacing the UV lamp in time, and ensure a good sterilization effect.
In summary, according to the water dispenser provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the driving unit drives the UV lamp to work, the control unit controls the timing unit to time to record the maximum service life of the UV lamp within the preset time and the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp, and obtains the preset service life limit value of the UV lamp, and controls the reminding unit according to the maximum service life of the UV lamp within the preset time, the current accumulated service life of the UV lamp and the preset service life limit value, so that a user can be reminded to purchase the UV lamp in advance and replace the UV lamp at the time of the service life, a good sterilization effect of the water dispenser is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
