背景技术
鱼的繁殖、饲养和放养。鱼类养殖,也称作水产养殖、养鱼(aquaculture,fishfarming)和养鱼业(pisciculture),在维持食物的供应、垂钓以及扩大捕鱼区这些方面是重要的。通过鱼类养殖,许多种类被成功地引进新的区域。有一种鱼类养殖是将饲养金鱼和热带鱼作为职业和业余爱好。其他的则包括饲养鲤科小鱼当作诱饵以及在私人水域饲养其他鱼类。世界上很多地方都养殖着大量的鱼类且大多用于商业销售。然而,只有很少的种类可以成功地用于这一用途,包括鲶鱼、鲱、鲤鱼和鲑鱼。
蛋白质是鱼虾生存的重要营养物质,是构成机体细胞、组织、器官的重要组成物质。鱼类正常生长需要饲料中有数量足够、容易消化吸 收、各种氨基酸配比适宜的蛋白质。鱼类摄取蛋白质不足时,生长缓慢、机体免疫力下降、各种氨基酸配比适宜的蛋白质。鱼类摄取蛋白质不足时,生长缓慢、机体免疫力下降、组织更新缓慢、创伤愈合力差、易患病。摄取的蛋白质过多,消化利用不了的蛋白质就会以氮元素的形式排出体外,既降低了机体对蛋白质的利用效率,又加重了水质管理的压力,同时也易引起肠道疾病的发生。在相对适宜的蛋白质水平条件下,氨基酸平衡不仅会使鱼虾获得较快的生长速度,而且其免疫力也会有所增强。
鱼饲料对鱼类的高效、高质养殖起着至关重要的作用,因此研发营养价值高,能提高鱼类养殖效率的饲料迫在眉睫。

米糠 19-24、荞麦麸 23-26、橘皮粉末 36-38、红枣皮 2-3、丝瓜叶粉 20-22、河蚌粉18-22、豌豆蛋白粉 50-54、银耳超微细粉 4-5、纤维素酶0.12-0.14、甘草8-9、N- 氨甲酰谷氨酸螯合锌0.9-1.1、蛋氨酸锰 0.2-0.4、槲皮素0.2-0.4、胡萝卜粉10-12、蜂巢40-43、粘性魔芋粉13-15、透明质酸0.8-1、磷脂酰胆碱0.21-0.23、维生素B1溶液0.17-0.19、啤酒酵母3.4-3.6、枯草芽孢杆菌2.3-2.5、鱿鱼膏 4-5、糊化淀粉交联海藻泥38-40、适量浓度为0.8%的盐水、清热提香粉30-40、适量的水;
所述清热提香粉采用以下重量份原料制成:车前草2-3、山茶花4-5、艾叶6-7、乙醇10-12、绿豆3-4、桃仁5-6、松籽粕3-5、肉桂3-7、纤维素酶1.3-1.5、醋酸菌2.3-2.5、酵母菌1-2、赖氨酸制剂0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸制剂0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸制剂0.01-0.021;制备方法为:将车前草、山茶花、艾叶与乙醇以及适量水混合后浸泡24小时,再微波处理40分钟,再添加绿豆、桃仁、松籽粕、肉桂混合均匀放入到蒸锅内加热蒸20-25分钟倒出,取出捣碎成浆液;2、再进行经超临界二氧化碳脱脂处理,加入纤维素酶处理2-3小时,再加入醋酸菌、酵母菌混合发酵20-24小时;3、取出添加赖氨酸制剂、DL-蛋氨酸制剂、L-苏氨酸制剂混合后放入均质机中处理15-20分钟,取出放入烤箱内烘烤8-9分钟,取出磨成粉即得。

(1)将蜂巢清理干净,再放入总重量2倍的盐水中冲洗干净,取出晾干,得蜂巢填料模,将胡萝卜粉、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸以及重量0.7-0.9的水混合搅拌均匀得混合料,将混合料填充到蜂巢的空隙内,将填充好的蜂巢自然风干,待间隙中的物料固化,再敲打出蜂巢中的固化颗粒得维生素固化颗粒,再采用粘性魔芋粉进行包膜处理,得包膜维生素固化颗粒;
(2)将米糠、荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉混合粉碎备用,之后将甘草加10倍水熬汤,将前述两者混合添加啤酒酵母搅拌均匀,放入密封发酵罐中,在20-24度温度下发酵30-32天,取出添加N- 氨甲酰谷氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸锰、槲皮素且混合均匀,将步骤(1)所得包膜维生素固化颗粒放入发酵料中浸渍,待包膜维生素固化颗粒表面裹满发酵料后,再捞出进行风干固化成颗粒备用;
(3)将河蚌粉、豌豆蛋白粉、银耳超微细粉加0.5-0.6倍水搅拌,加入纤维素酶混合均匀静置8-9小时,后添加枯草芽孢杆菌在26-28℃密封环境下发酵11-13天,取出与鱿鱼膏混合大火炒香,再输入膨化调质腔中,在蒸汽压力为0.30- 0 .4Mpa、湿度为25-30%、温度为131-135℃条件下调质200-220秒,得均质料,再将步骤(2)中所得风干固化颗粒放入混合,再捞出裹满均质料的颗粒风干固化备用;
(4)采用在步骤(3)所得颗粒表面喷涂糊化淀粉交联海藻泥进行包膜,再干燥处理20-24分钟后与清热提香粉混合即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用胡萝卜粉、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸填充蜂巢制备维生素颗粒,在维生素颗粒外壁设有包膜层,有效保护营养颗粒活性,且有效提高鱼体的消化功能,促进营养物质的吸收,再在维生素颗粒的外壁包裹由米糠、荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉发酵而成且添加N- 氨甲酰谷氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸锰、槲皮素等多种营养物质的营养外包层,再在外包层外包裹有一层由河蚌粉、豌豆蛋白粉、银耳超微细粉等均质而成富含蛋白质的营养层,为鱼的生长提高了优质的且易于吸收的蛋白质等营养。

(1)将蜂巢清理干净,再放入总重量2倍的盐水中冲洗干净,取出晾干,得蜂巢填料模,将胡萝卜粉、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸以及重量0.7-0.9的水混合搅拌均匀得混合料,将混合料填充到蜂巢的空隙内,将填充好的蜂巢自然风干,待间隙中的物料固化,再敲打出蜂巢中的固化颗粒得维生素固化颗粒,再采用粘性魔芋粉进行包膜处理,得包膜维生素固化颗粒;
(2)将米糠、荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉混合粉碎备用,之后将甘草加10倍水熬汤,将前述两者混合添加啤酒酵母搅拌均匀,放入密封发酵罐中,在20-24度温度下发酵30-32天,取出添加N- 氨甲酰谷氨酸螯合锌、蛋氨酸锰、槲皮素且混合均匀,将步骤(1)所得包膜维生素固化颗粒放入发酵料中浸渍,待包膜维生素固化颗粒表面裹满发酵料后,再捞出进行风干固化成颗粒备用;
(3)将河蚌粉、豌豆蛋白粉、银耳超微细粉加0.5-0.6倍水搅拌,加入纤维素酶混合均匀静置8-9小时,后添加枯草芽孢杆菌在26-28℃密封环境下发酵11-13天,取出与鱿鱼膏混合大火炒香,再输入膨化调质腔中,在蒸汽压力为0.30- 0 .4Mpa、湿度为25-30%、温度为131-135℃条件下调质200-220秒,得均质料,再将步骤(2)中所得风干固化颗粒放入混合,再捞出裹满均质料的颗粒风干固化备用;
(4)采用在步骤(3)所得颗粒表面喷涂糊化淀粉交联海藻泥进行包膜,再干燥处理20-24分钟后与清热提香粉混合即得。
