所述清热提香粉采用以下重量份原料制成:车前草2-3、山茶花4-5、艾叶6-7、乙醇10-12、绿豆3-4、桃仁5-6、松籽粕3-5、肉桂3-7、纤维素酶1.3-1.5、醋酸菌2.3-2.5、酵母菌1-2、赖氨酸制剂0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸制剂0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸制剂0.01-0.021;制备方法为:将车前草、山茶花、艾叶与乙醇以及适量水混合后浸泡24小时,再微波处理40分钟,再添加绿豆、桃仁、松籽粕、肉桂混合均匀放入到蒸锅内加热蒸20-25分钟倒出,取出捣碎成浆液;2、再进行经超临界二氧化碳脱脂处理,加入纤维素酶处理2-3小时,再加入醋酸菌、酵母菌混合发酵20-24小时;3、取出添加赖氨酸制剂、DL-蛋氨酸制剂、L-苏氨酸制剂混合后放入均质机中处理15-20分钟,取出放入烤箱内烘烤8-9分钟,取出磨成粉即得。

(1)将蜂巢清理干净,再放入总重量2倍的盐水中冲洗干净,取出晾干,得蜂巢填料模,将羊栖菜、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸以及重量0.7-0.9的水混合搅拌均匀得混合料,将混合料填充到蜂巢的空隙内,将填充好的蜂巢自然风干,待间隙中的物料固化,再敲打出蜂巢中的固化颗粒得维生素固化颗粒,再采用粘性魔芋粉进行包膜处理,得包膜维生素固化颗粒;
(2)将荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉、金银花粉混合粉碎备用,之后将姜黄加10倍水熬汤,将前述两者混合添加活性酵母菌粉搅拌均匀,放入密封发酵罐中,在20-24度温度下发酵30-32天,取出添加蛋氨酸、复合矿物质、水苏糖且混合均匀,将步骤(1)所得包膜维生素固化颗粒放入发酵料中浸渍,待包膜维生素固化颗粒表面裹满发酵料后,再捞出进行风干固化成颗粒备用;
(3)将玉米蛋白粉、麦芽粉、福寿螺肉粉加0.5-0.6倍水搅拌,加入食品级木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀静置8-9小时,后添加复合微生物菌液在26-28℃密封环境下发酵11-13天,取出与菠菜粉混合大火炒香,再输入膨化调质腔中,在蒸汽压力为0.30- 0 .4Mpa、湿度为25-30%、温度为131-135℃条件下调质200-220秒,得均质料,再将步骤(2)中所得风干固化颗粒、清热提香粉放入混合,再捞出裹满均质料的颗粒风干固化备用;
(4)采用在步骤(3)所得颗粒表面喷涂高温预交联淀粉进行包膜,再干燥处理20-24分钟即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用羊栖菜、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸填充蜂巢制备维生素颗粒,在维生素颗粒外壁设有包膜层,有效保护营养颗粒活性,且有效提高鱼体的消化功能,促进营养物质的吸收,再在维生素颗粒的外壁包裹由荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉、金银花粉发酵而成且添加蛋氨酸、复合矿物质、水苏糖等多种营养物质的营养外包层,再在外包层外包裹有一层由玉米蛋白粉、麦芽粉、福寿螺肉粉等均质而成富含蛋白质的营养层,为鱼的生长提高了优质的且易于吸收的蛋白质等营养。
具体实施方式
一种促进鱼体形态生长发育的饲料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
荞麦麸 23-26、橘皮粉末 36-38、红枣皮 2-3、丝瓜叶粉 20-22、金银花粉10-12、玉米蛋白粉 15-17、麦芽粉36-38、福寿螺肉粉37-39、姜黄5-6、食品级木瓜蛋白酶0.21-0.24、蛋氨酸2.1-2.3、复合矿物质0.2-0.4、水苏糖0.8-1、羊栖菜 5-7、蜂巢40-43、粘性魔芋粉13-15、透明质酸0.8-1、磷脂酰胆碱0.21-0.23、维生素B1溶液0.17-0.19、活性酵母菌粉3.4-3.6、复合微生物菌液3.2-3.4、菠菜粉14- 17、高温预交联淀粉 11-12、适量浓度为0.8%的盐水、清热提香粉30-40、适量的水。

Claims (2)
1.一种促进鱼体形态生长发育的饲料,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
荞麦麸 23-26、橘皮粉末 36-38、红枣皮 2-3、丝瓜叶粉 20-22、金银花粉10-12、玉米蛋白粉 15-17、麦芽粉36-38、福寿螺肉粉37-39、姜黄5-6、食品级木瓜蛋白酶0.21-0.24、蛋氨酸2.1-2.3、复合矿物质0.2-0.4、水苏糖0.8-1、羊栖菜 5-7、蜂巢40-43、粘性魔芋粉13-15、透明质酸0.8-1、磷脂酰胆碱0.21-0.23、维生素B1溶液0.17-0.19、活性酵母菌粉3.4-3.6、复合微生物菌液3.2-3.4、菠菜粉14- 17、高温预交联淀粉 11-12、适量浓度为0.8%的盐水、清热提香粉30-40、适量的水;
所述清热提香粉采用以下重量份原料制成:车前草2-3、山茶花4-5、艾叶6-7、乙醇10-12、绿豆3-4、桃仁5-6、松籽粕3-5、肉桂3-7、纤维素酶1.3-1.5、醋酸菌2.3-2.5、酵母菌1-2、赖氨酸制剂0.2-0.3、DL-蛋氨酸制剂0.15-0.18、L-苏氨酸制剂0.01-0.021;制备方法为:将车前草、山茶花、艾叶与乙醇以及适量水混合后浸泡24小时,再微波处理40分钟,再添加绿豆、桃仁、松籽粕、肉桂混合均匀放入到蒸锅内加热蒸20-25分钟倒出,取出捣碎成浆液;2、再进行经超临界二氧化碳脱脂处理,加入纤维素酶处理2-3小时,再加入醋酸菌、酵母菌混合发酵20-24小时;3、取出添加赖氨酸制剂、DL-蛋氨酸制剂、L-苏氨酸制剂混合后放入均质机中处理15-20分钟,取出放入烤箱内烘烤8-9分钟,取出磨成粉即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述促进鱼体形态生长发育的饲料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂巢清理干净,再放入总重量2倍的盐水中冲洗干净,取出晾干,得蜂巢填料模,将羊栖菜、维生素B1溶液、磷脂酰胆碱、透明质酸以及重量0.7-0.9的水混合搅拌均匀得混合料,将混合料填充到蜂巢的空隙内,将填充好的蜂巢自然风干,待间隙中的物料固化,再敲打出蜂巢中的固化颗粒得维生素固化颗粒,再采用粘性魔芋粉进行包膜处理,得包膜维生素固化颗粒;
(2)将荞麦麸、橘皮粉末、红枣皮、丝瓜叶粉、金银花粉混合粉碎备用,之后将姜黄加10倍水熬汤,将前述两者混合添加活性酵母菌粉搅拌均匀,放入密封发酵罐中,在20-24度温度下发酵30-32天,取出添加蛋氨酸、复合矿物质、水苏糖且混合均匀,将步骤(1)所得包膜维生素固化颗粒放入发酵料中浸渍,待包膜维生素固化颗粒表面裹满发酵料后,再捞出进行风干固化成颗粒备用;
(3)将玉米蛋白粉、麦芽粉、福寿螺肉粉加0.5-0.6倍水搅拌,加入食品级木瓜蛋白酶混合均匀静置8-9小时,后添加复合微生物菌液在26-28℃密封环境下发酵11-13天,取出与菠菜粉混合大火炒香,再输入膨化调质腔中,在蒸汽压力为0.30- 0 .4Mpa、湿度为25-30%、温度为131-135℃条件下调质200-220秒,得均质料,再将步骤(2)中所得风干固化颗粒、清热提香粉放入混合,再捞出裹满均质料的颗粒风干固化备用;
(4)采用在步骤(3)所得颗粒表面喷涂高温预交联淀粉进行包膜,再干燥处理20-24分钟即得。
