Abstract
本发明公开了一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其组分为:精氨酸0.6‑0.8%、谷氨酸0.3‑0.5%、蛋氨酸0.2‑0.5%、黄芩苷硒2.0‑3.0%、黄芩苷锌 0.6‑1.5%、黄芩苷铜:0.5‑1.0%、黄芩苷1.5‑2.0%、葡萄籽原花青素0.6‑1.3%、朝鲜蓟提取物1.2‑1.6%、维生素A 0.4‑1.0%、维生素C 0.6‑1.0%、维生素E 1.7‑3.0%、酵母多糖2.8‑4.0%、黄芪多糖4.5‑5.0%、紫锥菊多糖2.5‑3.3%、乳酸杆菌0.2‑0.5%、枯草芽孢杆菌2.7‑4.0%、屎肠球菌0.2‑0.5%、沸石粉65.5‑76%。本发明对呕吐毒素诱导的断奶仔猪肠道的氧化损伤、免疫力降低、肠道菌群紊乱及生长抑制具有较好的缓解作用。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方添加剂。
背景技术
呕吐毒素,又名脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON),能对人和动物产生广泛的损伤,严重影响人和牲畜健康,其主要产毒菌为禾谷镰孢菌,广泛存在于温热地区的饲料中(PayrosD,et al.Toxicology of deoxynivalenol and its acetylated and modifiedforms.Archives of toxicology[J].2016,90,2931-2957)。虽然DON的毒性比其它霉菌毒素小,但分布范围广,对谷物的污染率与污染水平居霉菌毒素之首(Pestka JJ,Deoxynivalenol:mechanisms of action,human exposure,and toxicologicalrelevance.Archives of toxicology[J].2010,84,663-679.)。2008年采集于我国15个省份饲料中DON的检出率高达95.2%,超标率达17.7%(甄阳光等,我国主要饲料原料及产品中呕吐毒素污染分布规律研究.中国畜牧杂志.2009,4,21-24.)。肠道是呕吐毒素攻击的第一靶标,它能通过氧化应激途径,引起动物体内许多炎性细胞因子释放,降低动物机体免疫力,导致动物厌食、生长性能下降、免疫力降低与肠道功能氧化损伤等综合中毒症状而实现其毒性作用机制(Pestka JJ,Deoxynivalenol:mechanisms of action,human exposure,and toxicological relevance.Archives of toxicology[J].2010,84,663-679)。目前,饲料原料及产品因DON的广泛污染对畜禽造成的毒害作用一直是养殖业关注的主要问题。
近年来,利用物理吸附、化学处理、生物发酵等去除饲料或原料中的DON虽具有一定效果,但都有其优缺点,导致最终去除DON的效果不令人满意,无法大规模推广应用(Kabak B,Dobson AD,Var I.Strategies to prevent mycotoxin contamination offood and animal feed:a review.Critical reviews in food science and nutrition[J].2006 46,593-619.)。物理吸附是市场上应用最多的一种去除DON的方法,但是市场上吸附类产品质量参差不齐,加上吸附剂本身广谱性差,导致其对饲料中一种或两种霉菌毒素有良好的吸附效果,同时也会吸附饲料中的某些微量营养成份。其次,化学处理去除DON的方法操作过程繁琐、效果不稳定、营养成分损伤大,以及影响饲料适口性等缺点,导致难以实现大规模推广应用。此外,酶解和微生物发酵去除饲料中DON的方法具有效率高,特异性指向强和环境污染少等优点备受研究者关注,但是这两种方法都具有环境与设备要求高、去除成本不易控制,以及酶解或发酵产物的生物安全问题有待研究等缺点,限制了其大规模推广应用。最重要的是,对于呕吐毒素进入动物体内引起中毒的情况下,以上呕吐毒素脱毒等方法是无法缓解中毒综合症状的。因此,目前急需开发一种从呕吐毒素毒性机制着手的安全、有效的复合添加剂。
余冰等人用12.6-17%丁酸钠、3-4%谷氨酰胺、3-4%黄芪多糖、0.1-0.4%乳酸杆菌、9.17-10%枯草芽孢杆菌和58.6-63%的载体统糠,用来缓解霉菌毒素中毒后的肠道营养剂,表明该产品能通过营养调控手段针对多种霉菌毒素中毒症状具有较好的改善效果(专利申请公开号:CN 104957433A)。余冰等人用1-2%维生素A、3.23-4%维生素C、5.11-6%维生素E、3-4%酵母硒、2-3%葡萄籽原花青素、9.17-10%枯草芽孢杆菌和58.6-63%的载体统糠用来缓解霉菌毒素中毒后的抗氧化功能复合饲料添加剂,表明该产品能缓解多种霉菌毒素中毒症状(专利申请公开号:CN 104970258 A)。总的来说,上述产品确实对多种霉菌毒素的中毒症状起到了一定的缓解作用,但是功能性缓解产品的成分过于单一、缺乏特异性针对呕吐毒素的功能性复合饲料添加剂。因呕吐毒素能导致动物机体产生一系列的综合中毒症状(如厌食、生长性能下降、免疫力降低与肠道氧化损伤等),因此必须综合使用多种营养成分为原料进行合理组合来缓解其中毒症状。更有甚者,组合使用精氨酸、谷氨酸、蛋氨酸、黄芩苷硒络合物、黄芩苷锌络合物、黄芩苷铜络合物、黄芩苷、朝鲜蓟提取物、紫锥菊多糖与屎肠球菌来缓解呕吐毒素也未见报道。因此,功能性营养成分的多重组合是缓解呕吐毒素中毒的一项营养、安全与简捷的有效措施。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对现有的技术不足,从呕吐毒素的毒性机制出发,提供一种缓解呕吐毒素中毒症状、提高免疫力、抗氧化能力与调控肠道菌群、促进断奶仔猪生长的功能性复方饲料添加剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:

优选的,上述的缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其组分与质量百分比含量为:精氨酸0.7%,谷氨酸0.5%,蛋氨酸0.5%,黄芩苷硒3.0%、黄芩苷锌1.5%、黄芩苷铜1.0%,黄芩苷2.0%、葡萄籽原花青素1.2%、朝鲜蓟提取物1.3%,维生素A1.0%,维生素C 1.0%,维生素E 3.0%,酵母多糖4.0%,黄芪多糖5.0%,紫锥菊多糖3.3%,乳酸杆菌0.5%,枯草芽孢杆菌4.0%,屎肠球菌0.5%,沸石粉66%。
上述功能性复方饲料添加剂在缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的应用方法:其在饲料中的添加量为3.2-3.7千克/吨。从实施例1至实施例3应用试验的结果来看,与4mg/kg呕吐毒素对照组相比,本发明所述的添加剂对呕吐毒素诱导的肠道氧化损伤、免疫力降低与生长性能抑制具有很好的缓解作用。
下述各营养素对提高断奶仔猪肠道的抗氧化能力、提高免疫力与调控肠道菌群、促进断奶仔猪生长具有重要的作用,具体如下:
功能性氨基酸类。精氨酸:是新生仔猪的必需氨基酸,促进仔猪小肠细胞增殖与分化、促进蛋白质合成,有效缓解呕吐毒素引起的蛋白质合成降低与免疫力抑制。谷氨酸:可刺激蛋白质合成与增强免疫力、提高生产性能,有效缓解呕吐毒素引起的蛋白质合成降低。蛋氨酸:是新生仔猪必须氨基酸,能为机体提供活性甲基,参与蛋白质代谢与合成机体蛋白,提高免疫力,有效缓解呕吐毒素引起的免疫力抑制。
功能性微量元素类。黄芩苷-金属络合物具有清除自由基,抗氧化的生理作用,能够有效缓解呕吐毒素引起的氧化应激损伤与细胞凋亡。
中药提取物。黄芩苷:作为一种具有活性的黄酮类天然物质,可通过直接清除自由基与氧自由基来抑制氧化酶活性,最终提高机体抗氧化能力;还能够提高机体免疫力。葡萄籽原花青素:是一种具有活性的酚羟基结构的天然物质,可通过酚羟基直接结合自由基,缓解氧化应激。朝鲜蓟提取物:是一种具有活性的酚类天然物质,可通过清除自由基来抑制氧化应激;还具有改善胃肠道功能。
维生素类。维生素A:参与糖蛋白的合成,维持上皮的正常形成与发育,促进细胞增殖与生长,能有效缓解呕吐毒素氧化应激损伤情况下的肠道上皮细胞修复损伤;促进免疫球蛋白的合成,提高机体免疫力,能有效缓解呕吐毒素诱导的免疫抑制。维生素E:是一种脂溶性维生素,在细胞内能与自由基结合保护亚细胞器免受攻击,与维生素C具有协同作用。维生素C:是一种传统的天然抗氧化剂,有很强的还原作用,将维生素E自由基还原成还原型维生素E,清除体内自由基,可有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的机体氧化应激对动物机体的损伤。
功能性多糖类。酵母多糖:是酵母细胞壁的重要组成部分,可显著提高机体的抗病和抗应激能力,能够有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的免疫抑制,还能给肠道中的乳酸杆菌提供能量,促进乳酸杆菌数量明显增加。黄芪多糖:是中药黄芪的主要活性成分,能改善动物小肠的形态结构,提高小肠消化能力与提高小肠消化功能,有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的肠道营养吸收不良,还能改善动物机体免疫力,有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的免疫抑制,还能促进肠道中乳酸杆菌、芽孢杆菌的数量增加。紫锥菊多糖:是从紫锥菊中提取出的一种活性物质,能刺激机体免疫系统而提高机体免疫力,有效缓解呕吐毒素导致免疫抑制。
益生菌类。乳酸杆菌:是普遍存在于动物肠道内的一类益生菌,能通过抑菌活性来增强动物的免疫功能,有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的免疫抑制。枯草芽孢杆菌:是一种可形成芽孢的好氧革兰氏阳性菌,提高机体免疫,能有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的免疫抑制。屎肠球菌:是肠道中的一种益生菌,能在肠道中迅速形成优势菌群与增强机体免疫力,促进动物生长性能,有效缓解呕吐毒素导致的免疫抑制与生长性能降低。
所述的沸石粉作为起填充作用的载体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点及有益效果:
本发明从呕吐毒素的毒性机理出发,选用能够提高断奶仔猪抗氧化能力与免疫力的原料,采用合理的组分配比并结合相应的猪场应用试验。从实施例1至实施例3的应用结果来看,与4mg/kg呕吐毒素对照组相比,添加本实施例的3.5千克/吨复方组合添加剂后,断奶仔猪的平均日增重提高了6.49-8.41%,平均日采食量提高了1.88-3.53%,料肉比提高了3.64-4.50%,血清免疫球蛋白A含量提高了36.49-84.3%,血清免疫球蛋白G含量提高了21.43-39.42%,血清免疫球蛋白M含量提高了31.37-40.91%,血清丙二醛含量提高了23.44-25.76%,血清总抗氧化能力提高了30.51-41.27%,血清超氧化物歧化酶含量提高了44.86-49.43%,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量提高了24.93-30.38%,结肠内容物中的大肠杆菌数量下降了10.64-14.46%,结肠内容物中乳酸杆菌数量提高了11.68-16.24%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员1SLC7A1基因表达量提高了37.50-47.74%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员7SLC7A7基因表达量提高了54.39-67.92%,空肠的钠葡萄糖共转运载体SGLT1基因表达量提高了54.22-72.22%。可见,本发明对呕吐毒素诱导的肠道氧化损伤,免疫力降低与生长性能抑制具有很好的缓解作用。同时,本发明的抗氧化与提高免疫力的饲料添加剂对于生产实际中的呕吐毒素具有较好的缓解效果。本发明中所述的饲料添加剂成分同时具备安全与营养的特点,不会吸附饲料中其它微量营养物质,能提高养殖效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其组分和质量百分比含量如下:功能性氨基酸类(精氨酸:0.6%、谷氨酸:0.3%、蛋氨酸:0.2%)、功能性微量元素(黄芩苷硒:2.0%、黄芩苷锌:0.6%、黄芩苷铜:0.5%)、中药提取物(黄芩苷:1.5%、葡萄籽原花青素:1.3%、朝鲜蓟提取物:1.2%)、维生素类(维生素A:0.4%、维生素C:0.6%、维生素E:1.7%)、功能性多糖(酵母多糖:2.8%、黄芪多糖:4.5%、紫锥菊多糖:2.5%)、益生菌类(乳酸杆菌:0.2%、枯草芽孢杆菌:2.7%、屎肠球菌:0.4%)、沸石粉:76%。制备方法:按比例称取上述各原料,搅拌混合均匀。
所述的功能性微量元素可参考“黄芩苷金属配合物及其制备方法和应用”(专利申请公开号:CN 102516341 A),稍做修改后合成;所述的益生菌类产品购自芯来旺生物科技(南京)有限公司,其中乳酸杆菌菌粉活性菌总数≥2×1011CFU/g(2000亿/克),枯草芽孢杆菌活性菌总数≥1×1011CFU/g(1000亿/克),屎肠球菌的活性菌总数≥6×1011CFU/g(6000亿/克);所述的中药提取物黄芩苷等均购买自西安奥晶科技发展有限公司,所述的功能性氨基酸类产品由广州天科生物科技发展有限公司提供;所述的功能性多糖,其中酵母多糖购自安琪酵母股份有限公司,黄芪多糖和紫锥菊多糖购自河南中冠健业生物科技有限公司。
为了验证上述添加剂的应用效果,在湖南猪场进行如下应用试验:
1.1试验材料
试验选用156头体况良好、体重一致(6.70kg)的28日龄杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪(公母各半),随机分为2个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复13头猪,试验为期14天。
1.2试验方法
呕吐毒素组为断奶仔猪日粮(长沙新起点生物科技有限公司,101A+B教槽料)中添加4mg/kg的呕吐毒素(Xiao H,et al.Effects of composite antimicrobial peptidesin weanling piglets challenged with deoxynivalenol:I.Growth performance,immune function,and antioxidation capacity[J].Journal of animal science,2013,91(10):4772-4780);添加剂组(0.35%添加剂+4mg/kg DON)为断奶仔猪日粮添加质量百分比0.35%实施例1所述的添加剂。
在试验开始前与结束后对断奶仔猪进行空腹称重,同时前腔静脉采血用于后续血清免疫指标与抗氧化指标检测,记录各组加料量,每天称整个组余料量和损失料量,用于测定断奶仔猪生长性能,包括平均日增重、平均日采食量和料肉比。血清免疫指标与抗氧化指标检测方法参照发表的文献进行检测(Xiao H,et al.Effects of compositeantimicrobial peptides in weanling piglets challenged with deoxynivalenol:I.Growth performance,immune function,and antioxidation capacity[J].Journal ofanimal science,2013,91(10):4772-4780)。饲养试验结束后屠宰所有试验的断奶仔猪,采集结肠后迅速于无菌操作台采集内容物用于肠道微生物培养的检测,采集空肠中肠断1厘米后迅速液氮速冻后用于空肠营养素转运载体的荧光定量PCR检测。结肠内容物微生物培养计数方法参照文献进行(于文雅.日粮碳水化合物/油脂比对断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响[D].吉林农业大学,2015),其中大肠杆菌培养采用伊红美兰琼脂培养基于37℃培养48小时后进行菌落计数,乳酸菌则采用LBS培养基于37℃培养48小时后进行菌落计数。空肠营养素转运载体的荧光定量PCR检测方法参照已发表文献进行(Wu L,et al.Dietary L-arginine supplementation protects weanling pigs from deoxynivalenol-inducedtoxicity[J].Toxins(Basel),2015,7:1341-1354)。
试验结果(见表1)表明,与4mg/kg呕吐毒素对照组相比,添加本实施例的0.35%复方组合添加剂后,断奶仔猪的平均日增重提高了6.49%,平均日采食量提高了2.62%,料肉比提高了3.64%,血清免疫球蛋白A含量提高了36.49%,血清免疫球蛋白G含量提高了21.43%,血清免疫球蛋白M含量提高了35.90%,血清丙二醛含量提高了23.70%,血清总抗氧化能力提高了30.51%,血清超氧化物歧化酶含量提高了49.43%,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量提高了24.93%,结肠内容物中的大肠杆菌数量下降了10.64%,结肠内容物中乳酸杆菌数量提高了11.68%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员1SLC7A1基因表达量提高了37.50%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员7SLC7A7基因表达量提高了54.39%,空肠的钠葡萄糖共转运载体SGLT1基因表达量提高了72.22%。因此,实施例1的试验结果表明,添加本实施例的添加剂后,断奶仔猪的生长性能、空肠的免疫能力、空肠的抗氧化能力、结肠中微生物含量与空肠营养素转运载体(氨基酸转运载体和葡萄糖转运载体)等肠道健康指标均比4mg/kg的呕吐毒素组好。

实施例2
一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其组分和质量百分比含量如下:功能性氨基酸类(精氨酸:0.8%、谷氨酸:0.4%、蛋氨酸:0.3%)、功能性微量元素(黄芩苷硒:2.5%、黄芩苷锌:0.7%、黄芩苷铜:0.8%)、中药提取物(黄芩苷:1.7%、葡萄籽原花青素:0.6%、朝鲜蓟提取物:1.6%)、维生素类(维生素A:0.7%、维生素C:0.8%、维生素E:2.4%)、功能性多糖(酵母多糖:3.3%、黄芪多糖:4.6%、紫锥菊多糖:3.1%)、益生菌类(乳酸杆菌:0.3%、枯草芽孢杆菌:3.2%、屎肠球菌:0.2%)、沸石粉:72%。
该饲料添加剂的制备方法、应用试验方法及试验指标的检测同实施例1,试验结果见表2。与4mg/kg呕吐毒素对照组相比,添加本实施例的0.35%复方组合添加剂后,断奶仔猪的平均日增重提高了6.66%,平均日采食量提高了1.88%,料肉比提高了4.48%,血清免疫球蛋白A含量提高了42.11%,血清免疫球蛋白G含量提高了39.42%,血清免疫球蛋白M含量提高了40.91%,血清丙二醛含量提高了23.44%,血清总抗氧化能力提高了41.27%,血清超氧化物歧化酶含量提高了44.86%,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量提高了28.67%,结肠内容物中的大肠杆菌数量下降了14.46%,结肠内容物中乳酸杆菌数量提高了12.55%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员1SLC7A1基因表达量提高了40.18%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员7SLC7A7基因表达量提高了67.92%,空肠的钠葡萄糖共转运载体SGLT1基因表达量提高了65.06%。因此,实施例2的试验结果表明,添加本实施例的添加剂后,断奶仔猪的生长性能、空肠的免疫能力、空肠的抗氧化能力、结肠中微生物含量与空肠营养素转运载体(氨基酸转运载体和葡萄糖转运载体)等肠道健康指标均比4mg/kg的呕吐毒素组好。

实施例3
一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其组分和质量百分比含量如下:功能性氨基酸类(精氨酸:0.7%、谷氨酸:0.5%、蛋氨酸:0.5%)、功能性微量元素(黄芩苷硒:3.0%、黄芩苷锌:1.5%、黄芩苷铜:1.0%)、中药提取物(黄芩苷:2.0%、葡萄籽原花青素:1.2%、朝鲜蓟提取物:1.3%)、维生素类(维生素A:1.0%、维生素C:1.0%、维生素E:3.0%)、功能性多糖(酵母多糖:4.0%、黄芪多糖:5.0%、紫锥菊多糖:3.3%)、益生菌类(乳酸杆菌:0.5%、枯草芽孢杆菌:4.0%、屎肠球菌:0.5%)、沸石粉:66%。

该饲料添加剂的制备方法、应用试验方法及试验指标的检测同实施例1,试验结果见表3。与4mg/kg呕吐毒素对照组相比,添加本实施例的0.35%复方组合添加剂后,断奶仔猪的平均日增重提高了8.41%,平均日采食量提高了3.53%,料肉比提高了4.50%,血清免疫球蛋白A含量提高了84.34%,血清免疫球蛋白G含量提高了31.29%,血清免疫球蛋白M含量提高了31.37%,血清丙二醛含量提高了25.76%,血清总抗氧化能力提高了40.30%,血清超氧化物歧化酶含量提高了47.46%,血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量提高了30.38%,结肠内容物中的大肠杆菌数量下降了11.68%,结肠内容物中乳酸杆菌数量提高了16.24%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员1SLC7A1基因表达量提高了47.71%,空肠的溶质转运载体家族7成员7SLC7A7基因表达量提高了62.83%,空肠的钠葡萄糖共转运载体SGLT1基因表达量提高了54.22%。因此,实施例3的试验结果表明,添加本实施例的添加剂后,断奶仔猪的生长性能、空肠的免疫能力、空肠的抗氧化能力、结肠中微生物含量与空肠营养素转运载体(氨基酸转运载体和葡萄糖转运载体)等肠道健康指标均比4mg/kg的呕吐毒素组好。
本发明所述的功能性复方饲料添加剂在仔猪饲料的添加量为3.2-3.7千克/吨,优选量为3.5千克/吨。从实施例1至实施例3的结果综合来看,本发明涉及的复方添加剂成份中,功能性氨基酸、功能性微量元素、维生素类与中药提取物均能提高断奶仔猪的抗氧化能力与免疫能力,而功能性多糖与益生菌能提高调节肠道有益菌群的含量,缓解呕吐毒素导致的肠道菌群紊乱,尤其以实施例3的效果最佳。从呕吐毒素的毒性机理作用过程来说:呕吐毒素随着饲料进入断奶仔猪的肠道后,能导致断奶仔猪肠道与肠黏膜结构的氧化损伤与免疫机能降低,而日粮中添加本发明的添加剂后其中的功能性氨基酸类、功能性微量元素、中药提取物、维生素类能促进断奶仔猪肠道上皮细胞产生三磷酸腺苷来阻遏呕吐毒素导致的氧化损伤与免疫机能下降,而功能性多糖与益生菌能帮助断奶仔猪肠道内有益菌数量增加而调节呕吐毒素导致的肠道菌群紊乱与肠道黏膜的免疫机能,以此调控肠道细胞内氧化应激、免疫机能与营养物质吸收转运等信号通路的变化,促使断奶仔猪肠道上皮细胞加速能量代谢、免疫机能恢复与营养物质吸收合成来缓解呕吐毒素诱导的氧化损伤、免疫机能降低与肠道菌群紊乱,以此实现本发明添加剂对断奶肠道与肠黏膜结构与功能缓解作用,最终促进断奶仔猪生长性能的增加。

1.一种缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其组分与质量百分比含量为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中毒的功能性复方饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其组分与质量百分比含量为:精氨酸0.7%,谷氨酸0.5%,蛋氨酸0.5%,黄芩苷硒3.0%、黄芩苷锌1.5%、黄芩苷铜1.0%,黄芩苷2.0%、葡萄籽原花青素1.2%、朝鲜蓟提取物1.3%,维生素A 1.0%,维生素C 1.0%,维生素E 3.0%,酵母多糖4.0%,黄芪多糖5.0%,紫锥菊多糖3.3%,乳酸杆菌0.5%,枯草芽孢杆菌4.0%,屎肠球菌0.5%,沸石粉66%。
3.权利要求1或2所述的功能性复方饲料添加剂在缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中的应用,其特征在于:其在饲料中的添加量为3.2-3.7千克/吨。
4.根据权利要求3所述的功能性复方饲料添加剂在缓解断奶仔猪呕吐毒素中的应用,其特征在于:其在饲料中的添加量为3.5千克/吨。
