Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料及其制备方法,配方包含如下重量份的原料:玉米450~570份、豆粕150~180份、小麦麸150~210份、鱼粉10~20份、精炼鱼油10~15份、磷酸氢钙10~13份、食盐5~10份、石粉10~13份、蛋白胨2~5份、烘干的牛胎盘粉1~2份、鹿角托盘粉1~3份、预混料10~15份;其中,预混料由多种维生素和多种微量元素营养强化剂组成。制备方法由鹿角托盘粉的制备和成分复合组成。本发明显著提高母猪的泌乳量,提高乳汁中乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳糖含量,提高乳仔猪断奶重,减少母猪乳房炎和便秘的发生,同时大大降低母猪产后综合症的发生机率,提早母猪发情期。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种猪饲料,特别是一种提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,中国畜牧业有了空前的发展,母猪是养猪业的源头,现在市场上的母猪饲料,在应用过程中猪只容易引起如下症状:乳腺炎,泌乳量低,初乳少,乳汁的乳蛋白低,乳脂率低乳糖低,后期发情晚。从而直接导致乳仔猪成活率低、断奶重小,严重影响到养猪业的经济效益。目前急需一种能够真正提高母猪的泌乳能力和质量及有益母猪健康的饲料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料及其制备方法,显著提高母猪的泌乳量,提高乳汁中乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳糖含量,提高乳仔猪断奶重,减少母猪乳房炎和便秘的发生,同时大大降低母猪产后综合症的发生机率,提早母猪发情期。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的原料:
玉米450~570份、豆粕150~180份、小麦麸150~210份、鱼粉10~20份、精炼鱼油10~15份、磷酸氢钙10~13份、食盐5~10份、石粉10~13份、蛋白胨2~5份、烘干的牛胎盘粉1~2份、鹿角托盘粉1~3份、预混料10~15份;
其中,预混料由维生素A,维生素D3,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素E,维生素K3,烟酸,泛酸,胆碱,生物素,硫酸铜,甘氨酸铁,甘氨酸锌,甘氨酸锰,1%碘-碘化钾,Se-0.2mg/kg酵母硒和沸石组成
上述的提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料,包含如下重量份的原料:玉米570份、豆粕180份、小麦麸200份、鱼粉10份、精炼鱼油10份、磷酸氢钙10份、食盐5份、石粉10份、蛋白胨2份、烘干的牛胎盘粉1份、鹿角托盘粉1份、预混料10份。
一种如上所述的提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、将鹿角托盘研磨成粉状,然后加入烘干的牛胎盘粉和角质蛋白酶混合均匀,进行酶解和水解,水解完成后,放料进入烘干罐,烘干后经冷却、粉碎、检测,包装待用;
2)、将玉米、豆粕、小麦麸、鱼粉投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎完成后加入精炼鱼油、磷酸氢钙、食盐、石粉、蛋白胨和预混料,然后与步骤1)制得的粉状料投入混合机中,混合6~8分钟制粒即可。
上述的猪饲料的制备方法,步骤1)的酶解和水解的具体操作为:
首先,将鹿角托盘粉和牛胎盘粉的混合粉末的一半投入到水解罐中,水解罐内水含量为水解罐容积的40%,水温控制在45~55℃;
然后,称取重量为混合粉末0.3%的角质蛋白酶,使用45~55℃温水将酶粉溶解后加入水解罐中;选用焦亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,添加量为鹿角托盘粉和牛胎盘粉混合粉末的0.7%,把焦亚硫酸钠加入水中,边加边搅拌,当焦亚硫酸钠溶解后,立即倒入水解罐中,开始两个阶段的酶解反应;第一阶段酶解,酶解温度控制在45℃,酶解2h;第二阶段酶解是在第一阶段酶解结束后,充分搅拌混匀水解罐中溶液,再加入剩余的另一半鹿角托盘粉和牛胎盘粉的混合粉末,不断的进行搅拌,继续酶解2h;
接下来,进行高温水解,即将水解罐密闭,开始加温加压,当罐内压力达到0.25~0.3Mpa、罐内温度为120~125℃时,开始水解计时,45~50min后完成高温水解。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明利用了母猪的生理特点及养殖特点:由于母猪在妊娠后85天开始增加营养促进胎儿快速生长。此时母猪的乳腺正处于高速发育期, 此时高营养的供给会影响乳腺的发育,乳腺内非常容易沉积脂肪,形成乳腺增生从而对后期的泌乳量影响极大。本发明遵循中医药学原理,利用鹿角托盘的药效,鹿角托盘具有行血、活血消肿、温补肝肾、强健筋骨、催乳散瘀等功效,可治疗和预防母猪产前及产后乳房炎,乳汁不下、乳腺增生、脾胃虚寒、子宫寒冷、崩漏带下、卵巢炎等病症。其富含蛋白、钙、铁、镁、钾等营养物质,并可提高动物的免疫能力。再配以烘干的牛胎盘粉进行酶解加水解,作为营养性饲料添加剂与其它营养成份混合饲喂母猪,不仅能满足母猪哺乳过程中所需的各种营养,促进血液循环,提高了动物的免疫能力,还能极显著的提高泌乳量,乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖,提高乳仔猪断奶重,减少母猪乳房炎和便秘的发生。同时鹿角托盘等可以缩短产程,快速恢复母猪生产过程中消耗的体力,预防产后综合症的发生。
2、由于鹿角托盘质地坚硬,分子结构的肽链间含有大量的二硫键(-S-S-)连接,形成了一个结实紧密的网状结构,所以不能被动物直接的消化吸收,所以目前没有人应用。本发明应用酶解加水解的方法,使其稳定的二硫键断开,大大提高了动物的消化率。通过此工艺处理的鹿角托盘由于加工温度低,加工时最高温度不超过125°C,其营养 和行血、活血消肿、温补肝肾、强健筋骨,通经催乳的功效不会被破坏,经检测此工艺加工后产品的胃蛋白酶消化率可达到90%以上(未经加工时的吸收率仅有40%左右),且保持着原有药效和氨基酸的含量平衡。
具体实施方式
实施例1
该提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料,包含如下重量份的原料:玉米570kg、豆粕180 kg、小麦麸200 kg、鱼粉10 kg、精炼鱼油10 kg、磷酸氢钙10 kg、食盐5 kg、石粉10 kg、蛋白胨2kg、烘干的牛胎盘粉1 kg、鹿角托盘粉1 kg、预混料10 kg。
其中,预混料由维生素A,维生素D3,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素E,维生素K3,烟酸,泛酸,胆碱,生物素,硫酸铜,甘氨酸铁,甘氨酸锌,甘氨酸锰,1%碘-碘化钾,Se-0.2mg/kg酵母硒和沸石组成
制备方法,包括如下步骤:

接下来,进行高温水解,即将水解罐密闭,开始加温加压,当罐内压力达到0.25~0.3Mpa、罐内温度为120~125℃时,开始水解计时,45min后完成高温水解。
2、将玉米、豆粕、小麦麸、鱼粉投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎完成后加入精炼鱼油、磷酸氢钙、食盐、石粉、蛋白胨和预混料,然后与步骤1制得的粉状料投入混合机中,混合7分钟制粒即可。
实施例2
该提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料,包含如下重量份的原料:玉米450kg、豆粕150 kg、小麦麸160 kg、鱼粉15 kg、精炼鱼油15 kg、磷酸氢钙10 kg、食盐10 kg、石粉13 kg、蛋白胨5 kg、烘干的牛胎盘粉2 kg、鹿角托盘粉3 kg、预混料15 kg。
其中,预混料由维生素A,维生素D3,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素E,维生素K3,烟酸,泛酸,胆碱,生物素,硫酸铜,甘氨酸铁,甘氨酸锌,甘氨酸锰,1%碘-碘化钾,Se-0.2mg/kg酵母硒和沸石组成

然后,称取重量为混合粉末0.3%的角质蛋白酶,使用50℃温水将酶粉溶解后加入水解罐中;选用焦亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,添加量为鹿角托盘粉和牛胎盘粉混合粉末的0.7%,把焦亚硫酸钠加入水中,边加边搅拌,当焦亚硫酸钠溶解后,立即倒入水解罐中,开始两个阶段的酶解反应;第一阶段酶解,酶解温度控制在50℃,酶解2h;第二阶段酶解是在第一阶段酶解结束后,充分搅拌混匀水解罐中溶液,再加入剩余的另一半鹿角托盘粉和牛胎盘粉的混合粉末,不断的进行搅拌,继续酶解2h;
接下来,进行高温水解,即将水解罐密闭,开始加温加压,当罐内压力达到0.25~0.3Mpa、罐内温度为120~125℃时,开始水解计时,50min后完成高温水解。
2、将玉米、豆粕、小麦麸、鱼粉投入粉碎机粉碎,粉碎完成后加入精炼鱼油、磷酸氢钙、食盐、石粉、蛋白胨和预混料,然后与步骤1制得的粉状料投入混合机中,混合8分钟制粒即可。

该提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料,包含如下重量份的原料:玉米500kg、豆粕170kg、小麦麸210 kg、鱼粉20kg、精炼鱼油12 kg、磷酸氢钙13 kg、食盐8kg、石粉10kg、蛋白胨3kg、烘干的牛胎盘粉1 kg、鹿角托盘粉2kg、预混料13kg。
其中,预混料由维生素A,维生素D3,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,维生素B12,维生素E,维生素K3,烟酸,泛酸,胆碱,生物素,硫酸铜,甘氨酸铁,甘氨酸锌,甘氨酸锰,1%碘-碘化钾,Se-0.2mg/kg酵母硒和沸石组成

接下来,进行高温水解,即将水解罐密闭,开始加温加压,当罐内压力达到0.25~0.3Mpa、罐内温度为120~125℃时,开始水解计时,50min后完成高温水解。

饲喂试验:选取妊娠85天母猪60头,随机分为两组,每组30头,对照组饲喂普通饲料,试验组饲喂本发明饲料,每天8:00和17:00各投料一次,自由采食,充足饮水,饲养到乳猪断奶后7天。

从上表可以看出,试验期间,试验组的母猪的初乳中的脂肪、蛋白、乳糖均高于对照组,说明本发明饲料能够显著提高初乳质量。

从上表可以看出,试验期间,试验组的母猪常乳中的脂肪、蛋白、乳糖均高于对照组,说明本发明的饲料能够显著提高母猪常乳中的营养成份。

从上表可以看出,试验期间,试验组的初生仔猪初生重高于对照组,整齐度好于对照组很多。断奶重明显高于对照组,整齐均匀度显著高于对照组。说明本发明的饲料能够显著提高仔猪的出生重和断奶重。
表四:本发明饲料对母猪粪便和产后综合症的影响

从上表可以看出,试验期间,试验组的产后综合症和便秘母猪的发病头数明显低于对照组。断奶后7天在次发情头数明显高于对照组。说明本发明的饲料可有效的预防母猪产后综合症和便秘等疾病,并能提高母猪断奶后7天发情率。

一种如上所述的提高母猪泌乳能力的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
