背景技术
养猪业是我国农业中的重要产业,对保障肉食品安全供应有重要作用,目前我国养猪业正由传统养猪业向现代养猪业转变,无论是养殖模式、区域布局还是生产方式、生产能力都在发生显著变化。存在自主创新能力弱、食品安全问题突出、劳动力成本增高、原种依赖进口、疫病严重、环保压力大、饲料资源匮乏等诸多挑战。但也有自主创新条件改善、国际市场空间大、国内市场稳步增长、政府支持力度大等机遇。现在大部分的猪场还是采用人工对猪场进行管理,这种手段从养猪行业开始一直使用到现在,特别是中小型养猪场存在环境卫生差、人工成本大、养殖成本高等问题。
发明内容
针对中小型养猪场存在的问题,本发明的目的是提出一种环境改善、饲养自动化的养猪场。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种自动化养猪场,包括饲养区,所述饲养区的下面设有集粪区,所述饲养区包括活动室和取暖室,所述活动室的地面为与所述集粪区连通的栏栅,所述活动室和所述集粪区均设有通风窗,所述活动室设有食槽和饮水区;还包括自动送食装置,所述自动送食装置包括料仓、送料管和电机,所述送料管内设有若干首尾相连的驱料轮,所述驱料轮两两之间通过链条连接,所述驱料轮由驱动盘驱动,所述驱动盘的外端均布有若干U型槽,该U型槽与所述驱料轮相适应,所述驱动盘通过变向减速器与所述电机相连;所述料仓包括储料室和下料室,所述下料室内设有下料板并与所述送料管连通,该下料板上端与所述下料室的上端铰接,所述下料板下端设有楔块,所述楔块位于所述送料管的外圆处,所述楔块紧贴所述驱料轮的边缘;所述送料管连接有若干出料管,所述出料管与所述食槽相连。

较优地,所述进水管通过法兰接头与外接自来水管连接,所述出水口内部设置有过滤棉网。
进一步地,所述饲养区设有消毒装置,该消毒装置包括吊柄、盛药桶、发射口、底座、万向轮、连接杆、卡箍、喷头、电动机、保护壳、紫外线发射器以及连接轴,所述喷头设有两个以上,两个以上所述喷头对称安装在盛药桶左右两端,所述吊柄与盛药桶固定连接,所述电动机固定在盛药桶内部底端,所述电动机下端安装有连接轴,所述连接轴下端穿过盛药桶与保护壳相连接,所述保护壳四周装配有发射口,所述紫外线发射器安装在保护壳内部底端,所述卡箍设有两个,两个所述卡箍对称固定在保护壳左右两端,所述卡箍通过连接杆与底座相连接,所述底座位于保护壳下方,所述底座下端安装有万向轮。盛药桶和喷头的设置能够向猪舍内喷洒消毒液,实现为猪舍进行消毒,添加的紫外线发射器以及电动机能够自动增大紫外线照射的范围,对猪舍进行全面杀毒。
较优地,所述连接杆通过卡箍与保护壳相连接,以方便拆装。
较优地,所述盛药桶上开设进水口。
本发明的有益效果为:集粪区的设置使得饲养区无粪便,大大改善了饲养区的环境卫生,取暖室与活动室分开设置增加了饲养区功能,自动送食装置、自动饮水装置和消毒装置使得养猪场饲料的自动配送、饮水的自动供给及消毒的自动进行,基本实现了养猪的自动化。本发明造价较低,特别适于在中小养猪场推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示的自动化养猪场,包括上层的饲养区1、下层的集粪区2及自动送食装置3,根据养殖规模,饲养区1设置若干饲养单元,每个饲养单元包括活动室11和取暖室12,活动室11的地面为栏栅,与集粪区2连通,栏栅的间距d为2~4cm,取暖室12与活动室11间设有通道连通,取暖室11的墙面和地板用保温材料建成,活动室11和集粪区2均设有通风窗来使空气充分流通,活动室11设有食槽5和饮水区4。
如图4至图9所示的自动送食装置3,包括料仓31、送料管32和电机34,送料管32内设有若干首尾相连的驱料轮36,驱料轮36两两之间通过链条361连接,驱料轮36由驱动盘37驱动,驱动盘37的外端均布有若干U型槽371,该U型槽371与驱料轮36相适应,驱动盘37通过变向减速器35与电机34相连,变向减速器35为现有技术,送料管32连接有若干出料管33,出料管33与食槽5相连;料仓31包括储料室311和下料室312,下料室312内设有下料板313并与送料管32连通,该下料板313上端与下料室312的上端铰接,下料板313的下端设有楔块314,楔块314位于送料管32的外圆处,送料管32在下料室312内为半圆形,下料板313与水平方向的夹角α为65度,楔块314的倾斜角β为30度。
如图10至图12所示的自动饮水装置4包括装置本体和自动饮水机构,装置本体包括水槽41、安装板42、出水口49以及进水管43,安装板42通过螺栓固定在活动室11内,水槽41设置在安装板42上,出水口49设置在水槽41内部左端面上,出水口49右端连接进水管43;自动饮水机构设置在水槽41上,自动饮水机构包括联通盒44、停止接触开关器45、漂浮球46、金属杆47、启动接触开关器48以及电磁阀410,联通盒44设置在水槽41内部右上棱角处,联通盒44顶端面设置停止接触开关器45,联通盒44内部设置有漂浮球46,漂浮球46上端连接金属杆47,启动接触开关器48设置在出水口49上侧,电磁阀410设置在进水管43上,联通盒44侧端面开设有联通孔a,停止接触开关器45和启动接触开关器48均与电磁阀410电性连接,进水管43通过法兰接头与外接自来水管连接,出水口49内部设置有过滤棉网。
图图13至图15所示的消毒装置6,包括吊柄61、盛药桶62、发射口63、万向轮64、底座65、连接杆66、卡箍67、喷头68、进水口69、电动机610、保护壳611、紫外线发射器612以及连接轴613,喷头68设有两个以上,两个以上喷头68对称安装在盛药桶62左右两端,吊柄61与盛药桶62固定连接,电动机610固定在盛药桶62内部底端,电动机610下端安装有连接轴613,连接轴613下端穿过盛药桶62与保护壳611相连接,保护壳611四周装配有发射口63,紫外线发射器612安装在保护壳611内部底端,卡箍67设有两个,两个卡箍67对称固定在保护壳611左右两端,卡箍67通过连接杆66与底座65相连接,底座65位于保护壳611下方,盛药桶62上开设有进水口69,盛药桶62内设置有消毒液,底座65下端安装有万向轮64,连接杆66通过卡箍67与保护壳611相连接。
该自动化养猪场的工作原理及工作过程如下:
生猪一般在活动室11进行吃喝拉撒等活动,当寒冷时或睡觉时会待在取暖室12内,排出的粪便经栏栅掉入集粪区2,饲养区1的卫生状况得以改善,活动室11和集粪区2均有若干通风窗,空气流通使得养猪场内空气质量大幅提升。
自动送食装置的电机34通过变向减速器35带动驱动盘37转动,驱动盘37驱动驱料轮36在送料管32中运行,下料室312内饲料被驱料轮36带走,储料室311内的饲料流入下料室312,倾斜的下料板313的下端在饲料重力作用下向送料管32的方向移动,楔块314紧贴驱料轮36的边缘,如图9所示,驱动轮36向右运行,滑过楔块314时会将下料板313向里顶,驱料轮36通过楔块314的顶端后下料板33又向外运动,循环反复,使得下料板33来回振动,起到搅动下料室32内饲料的作用,从而防止了下料室32内饲料阻塞情况的发生,送料管32中的饲料通过出料管33送入猪的食槽中。
猪口渴时,用鼻子在自动饮水装置4的水槽41内拱,当拱到启动接触开关器48时,启动接触开关器48接通电磁阀410的电路,电磁阀410打开,自来水经过进水管43从出水口49进入水槽41,以供猪饮用,水槽41内水位渐渐升高,水经过联通孔a进入联通盒44,漂浮球46由于水的浮力上浮,漂浮球36带动金属杆37上浮至与停止接触开关器45接触时,停止接触开关器45控制电磁阀410关闭,停止供水。
消毒时,工作人员打开消毒装置6的喷头68,喷头68将盛药桶62内的消毒液喷出,对猪舍进行消毒,通过吊柄61将消毒装置6置于不同位置,实现对养猪场进行全面消毒,启动紫外线发射器312,紫外线发射器312启动发射出紫外线,电动机310工作带动连接轴314转动,连接轴314转动带动保护壳311转动,保护壳311转动带动紫外线发射器312转动,实现增大紫外线照射的范围,增强消毒效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种自动化养猪场,包括饲养区,其特征在于:所述饲养区的下面设有集粪区,所述饲养区包括活动室和取暖室,所述活动室的地面为与所述集粪区连通的栏栅,所述栏栅的间距为2~4cm,所述活动室和所述集粪区均设有通风窗,所述活动室设有食槽和饮水区;还包括自动送食装置,所述自动送食装置包括料仓、送料管和电机,所述送料管内设有若干首尾相连的驱料轮,所述驱料轮两两之间通过链条连接,所述驱料轮由驱动盘驱动,所述驱动盘的外端均布有若干U型槽,该U型槽与所述驱料轮相适应,所述驱动盘通过变向减速器与所述电机相连;所述料仓包括储料室和下料室,所述下料室内设有下料板并与所述送料管连通,该下料板上端与所述下料室的上端铰接,所述下料板下端设有楔块,所述楔块位于所述送料管的外圆处,所述楔块紧贴所述驱料轮的边缘;所述送料管连接有若干出料管,所述出料管与所述食槽相连;所述下料板与水平方向的夹角为60至70度,所述楔块的倾斜角为20至40度,所述料仓为2个且并排串连;所述饮水区设有自动饮水装置,该自动饮水装置包括装置本体以及自动饮水机构,所述装置本体包括水槽、安装板、出水口以及进水管,所述安装板通过螺栓固定在猪舍内,所述水槽设置在安装板上,所述出水口设置在水槽内部左端面上,所述出水口右端连接进水管,所述自动饮水机构设置在水槽上,所述自动饮水机构包括联通盒、停止接触开关器、漂浮球、金属杆、启动接触开关器以及电磁阀,所述联通盒设置在水槽内部右上棱角处,所述联通盒顶端面设置停止接触开关器,所述联通盒内部设置有漂浮球,所述漂浮球上端连接金属杆,所述启动接触开关器设置在出水口上侧,所述电磁阀设置在进水管上,所述联通盒侧端面开设有联通孔,所述停止接触开关器和启动接触开关器均与电磁阀电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动化养猪场,其特征在于:所述进水管通过法兰接头与外接自来水管连接,所述出水口内部设置有过滤棉网。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动化养猪场,其特征在于:所述饲养区设有消毒装置,该消毒装置包括吊柄、盛药桶、发射口、底座、万向轮、连接杆、卡箍、喷头、电动机、保护壳、紫外线发射器以及连接轴,所述喷头设有两个以上,两个以上所述喷头对称安装在盛药桶左右两端,所述吊柄与盛药桶固定连接,所述电动机固定在盛药桶内部底端,所述电动机下端安装有连接轴,所述连接轴下端穿过盛药桶与保护壳相连接,所述保护壳四周装配有发射口,所述紫外线发射器安装在保护壳内部底端,所述卡箍设有两个,两个所述卡箍对称固定在保护壳左右两端,所述卡箍通过连接杆与底座相连接,所述底座位于保护壳下方,所述底座下端安装有万向轮。
4.如权利要求3所述的自动化养猪场,其特征在于:所述连接杆通过卡箍与保护壳相连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的自动化养猪场,其特征在于:所述盛药桶上开设有进水口。
