Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
At present, most of mobile terminals such as widely used mobile phones and the like operate in a Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) mode, and after a service prohibition using state is released, the mobile terminals such as the mobile phones and the like can only recover functions such as conversation and short messages, but mobile data services still cannot be used. This is because after the Service is prohibited, the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone issues a DETACH (DETACH) message or an ATTACH REJECT (ATTACH REJECT) message, where the DETACH message or the ATTACH REJECT message carries a signaling of "General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) Service disallowance" (in 2G/3G network, the cause value is defined as #7 by 3 GPP) or "Evolved Packet System (EPS) Service disallowance" (4G network, the cause value is defined as #7 by 3 GPP).
Since the 3GPP protocol specifications (3GPP TS 24.008 and 3GPP TS 24.301) have the following specifications, the SIM card should be considered as invalid for PS services (GPRS services and EPS services) when the mobile terminal receives the message with cause value # 7. Therefore, the mobile terminal such as the mobile phone will set the SIM card status as PS invalid (PS INVALID), thereby causing the mobile terminal such as the mobile phone to lose the PS service capability. The mobile data service can not be used normally because the mobile terminal such as the mobile phone and the like can not automatically recover the PS service capability after the service forbidden use state is removed.
It should be noted that, at present, it may be determined that the mobile terminals such as the mobile phone using the high-pass chip all have the above problems, and if the mobile terminals using other configuration chips do not have the above problems, it is considered that the mobile terminals set the SIM card state to PS INVALID and then perform special processing, and this embodiment does not describe this.
At the present stage, the mobile data service of the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone can be restored only by switching on and off the flight mode, restarting the mobile phone or plugging and unplugging the SIM card, and the like, which needs to be completed by manual operation of the user, but most users are not clear of the original commission and consider that the mobile phone has a problem, so that trouble is brought to the user, and the user experience is reduced.
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for self-recovering a mobile data service, and a mobile terminal, so that after a service prohibition using state of the mobile terminal is released, the mobile data service can be automatically recovered in a short time without user participation, thereby improving user experience. The technical means shown in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
It should be noted that the following specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for self-recovery of a mobile data service according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method for self-recovery of mobile data service provided in this embodiment includes the following steps.
Step 11: and when the mobile terminal is determined not to have the packet switching service capability, sending a balance information query instruction to an operator charging system, and acquiring balance indication information.
The balance indicating information is used for indicating that the mobile terminal is in a service use prohibition state or a service use permission state.
In this embodiment, when the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is already in the service prohibition state, the mobile terminal configures the mobile data service of the mobile terminal into the prohibition state according to the notification message issued by the server. At this time, the monitoring module in the mobile terminal monitors that the packet switched service capability of the mobile terminal changes, and when it is determined that the mobile terminal loses the packet switched service capability, it indicates that the account corresponding to the mobile terminal may be in a service prohibition use state. In this embodiment, in order to further confirm the actual state of the mobile terminal, that is, to determine whether the mobile terminal is in the service prohibition use state or the service permission use state, a balance information query instruction is sent to the operator billing system, and balance indication information for indicating the state of the mobile terminal is acquired.
Optionally, the service is prohibited from being used, that is, the arrearage shutdown state is that the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is less than the lowest allowable limit, and the service permitted use state is that the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is greater than the lowest allowable limit.
Optionally, there may be multiple implementation manners for sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system, for example, sending the balance information query instruction through different sending manners such as a wireless network or a communication service, and correspondingly, the manner for determining the state of the mobile terminal according to the obtained balance indication information is also different, which specifically refers to the embodiments shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4 described below, and details are not described here again.
Step 12: and when the balance indication information indicates that the mobile terminal is in a service use permission state, configuring the state of the subscriber identity card to be effective in packet switching.
Wherein packet switching is active for indicating that the mobile terminal has packet switched service capabilities.
Optionally, when the balance indication information indicates that the mobile terminal is in the service permitted use state, it indicates that the account corresponding to the mobile terminal has been recharged and paid after the service is prohibited from being used, and at this time, in order not to affect the use of the user, the mobile data service of the mobile terminal should be recovered, so that the state of the subscriber identity card installed in the mobile terminal is reconfigured to be valid for packet switching, so that the mobile terminal recovers the capability of the packet switching service, thereby providing conditions for the mobile terminal to recover the mobile data service.
Step 13: a packet switched domain registration request is sent to the server.
In this embodiment, after the mobile terminal has the capability of the packet switched service again, in order to enable the mobile terminal to recover the mobile data service, the mobile terminal is triggered to execute a packet switched domain registration procedure, that is, a packet switched domain registration request is sent to the server, where the packet switched domain registration request includes an identifier of the user identification card, so that after receiving the packet switched domain registration request, the server performs packet switched domain registration on the user identification card, and feeds back a packet switched domain registration response after the registration is completed.
Step 14: and receiving the packet switched domain registration response fed back by the server, and recovering the mobile data service of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, if the mobile terminal receives the packet switched domain registration response fed back by the server and indicates that the account corresponding to the mobile terminal has been successfully registered in the packet switched domain, the mobile data service of the mobile terminal is set to the available state, and the mobile data service of the mobile terminal is recovered.
The method for self-recovery of a mobile data service provided in this embodiment, when it is determined that a mobile terminal does not have a packet switched service capability, sends a balance information query instruction to an operator billing system, and obtains balance indication information used for indicating that the mobile terminal is in a service prohibited use state or a service permitted use state, and when the balance indication information indicates that the mobile terminal is in the service permitted use state, configures a state of a subscriber identity module card as packet switched valid, sends a packet switched domain registration request to a server, and receives a packet switched domain registration response fed back by the server, thereby recovering the mobile data service of the mobile terminal. According to the technical scheme, the mobile terminal does not need to participate in operation after the service forbidden use state is removed, the mobile data service can be automatically recovered, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the mobile data service self-recovery method provided in this embodiment further includes a step of setting the subscriber identity card as invalid for packet switching when the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is in the service disabled state, that is, before it is determined in step 11 that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switching service capability, as shown in fig. 2 in detail in the embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a mobile data service self-recovery method provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided in this embodiment further includes the following steps before determining that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability.
Step 21: and when the detaching information sent by the server is received, the state of the user identification card is configured to be invalid for packet switching.
Wherein the detach information is used to indicate that the mobile data service of the mobile terminal is disabled, and the packet switching is disabled to indicate that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switching service capability.
In practical application, in order to maintain the legal benefit of an operator, when an account corresponding to a mobile terminal is in a defaulting shutdown state, a server sets mobile data service, call and short message functions of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal to be in a forbidden state. For the mobile data service, the server sends the detach information to the mobile terminal to change the change condition of the mobile terminal packet switching service capability, so as to change the access state (the access forbidden state or the access allowed state) of the mobile data service.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the monitoring module in the mobile terminal may monitor a change condition of the packet switched service capability of the mobile terminal in real time or periodically. When the mobile terminal receives the detach information which is sent by the server and used for indicating that the mobile data service of the mobile terminal is forbidden, the mobile terminal sets the state of the user identification card installed in the mobile terminal as invalid for packet switching according to the detach information (namely the state of the user identification card is changed from the valid packet switching to the invalid packet switching), so that the mobile terminal loses the capability of the packet switching service and the user is limited to use the mobile data service.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, in the self-recovery method for the mobile data service provided in this embodiment, when step 13 (sending a packet switched domain registration request to the server) is executed, if it is detected that the mobile terminal is in a call state, the following step 22 is executed first before step 13 is executed.
Step 22: and if the mobile terminal is detected to be in the call state, waiting for the call of the mobile terminal to be ended.
As an example, when the mobile terminal is newly provided with the packet switched service capability, a packet switched domain registration request needs to be sent to the server to enable the mobile terminal to recover the mobile data service, and in order not to affect the normal use or call quality of the user call service, the step of sending the packet switched domain registration request to the server needs to be performed when the mobile terminal is in an idle state. Therefore, when the packet switched domain registration request is sent to the server, if it is detected that the mobile terminal is in a call state, the mobile terminal waits for the call to be ended, and the step 13 is executed after the call of the mobile terminal is ended.
The mobile data service self-recovery method provided by the embodiment of the application configures the state of the user identification card as invalid for packet switching when the detach information sent by the server is received before the mobile terminal is determined not to have the packet switching service capability, so that the mobile terminal can be determined to lose the packet switching service capability, and a foundation is laid for realizing the mobile data service scheme of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, as an example, the step 11 (sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system and acquiring the balance indication information when it is determined that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability) may be implemented by an implementation manner of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and specifically, refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a method for self-recovery of a mobile data service according to the present application. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the step 11 (sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system and acquiring the balance indication information when it is determined that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability) includes the following steps.
Step 31: and sending a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system through the wireless network so that the operator charging system queries the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal and feeds back balance indication information.
In this embodiment, when there is an available wireless access point in the environment where the mobile terminal is located and connects to the available wireless access point, a balance information query instruction may be sent to the operator billing system through the wireless network at this time.
Specifically, the mobile terminal may establish a connection with the operator charging system in a wireless manner (e.g., wifi), and at this time, the query module in the mobile terminal may send a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system through the wireless network, so that the operator charging system queries balance information of an account corresponding to the mobile terminal, and feeds the balance information back to the mobile terminal in the form of balance indication information.
Step 32: and receiving balance indication information fed back by the operator charging system.
Optionally, the balance indication information is balance information of an account corresponding to the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, after the operator charging system queries the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal, the balance information is fed back to the mobile terminal through the wireless network in the form of balance indication information, so that the mobile terminal receives the balance indication information, and the determining module in the mobile terminal determines the actual state of the mobile terminal according to the value of the balance indication information corresponding to the balance information.
Step 33: and when the balance information corresponding to the balance indication information is determined to be less than the lowest allowable limit, determining that the mobile terminal is in a service use prohibition state.
In this embodiment, if the determining module of the mobile terminal determines that the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is less than the allowable minimum limit, it indicates that the user does not perform the charging and paying, or the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is still less than the allowable minimum limit after the charging and paying, and at this time, it may be determined that the mobile terminal is in the service prohibition state.
Optionally, the allowable minimum is given a different value for the user's credit rating. For example, the allowable minimum limit may be different values such as 0-10, -20, etc.
Step 34: and when the balance information corresponding to the balance indication information is determined to be greater than the lowest allowable limit, determining that the mobile terminal is in a service allowable use state.
In this embodiment, if the determining module of the mobile terminal determines that the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is greater than the allowable minimum limit, it may be determined that the user has completed recharging and paying, that is, it is determined that the mobile terminal is in a service allowable use state, and then the mobile data service of the mobile terminal should be recovered, so that the user can normally use the mobile data service of the mobile terminal.
In the self-recovery method for the mobile data service provided in this embodiment, a balance information query instruction is sent to the operator charging system through the wireless network, so that the operator charging system can query the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal and feed back the balance indication information, and the state of the mobile terminal can be determined by receiving the balance indication information fed back by the operator charging system and according to the balance indication information. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the environment of the mobile terminal has the wireless network, the balance information query instruction is sent through the wireless network, the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal can be accurately obtained, and a foundation is laid for subsequently recovering the mobile data service of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, as another example, the step 11 (sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system and obtaining the balance indication information when it is determined that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability) may also be implemented by an implementation manner of the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and specifically, refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth embodiment of a method for self-recovery of a mobile data service according to the present application. As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the step 11 (sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system and acquiring the balance indication information when it is determined that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability) includes the following steps.
Step 41: and sending a balance information query instruction to an operator charging system through the communication service, and acquiring balance indication information.
Wherein, the balance indicating information includes: the balance information inquiry instruction fails to be sent, and the operator charging system feeds back account balance information, wherein the communication service comprises the following steps: short message service and call service.
Optionally, when there is no available wireless access point in the environment where the mobile terminal is located, the communication service of the mobile terminal sends a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system, and obtains balance indication information used for indicating a result of sending the balance information query instruction.
Optionally, the communication service may include a short message service or a call service, that is, the query module of the mobile terminal may send a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system in a short message service manner or a call service manner, so as to obtain the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal. Correspondingly, the mobile terminal respectively obtains the balance indication information representing the sending result when the communication service is available or disabled. Specifically, the communication service may use the balance indication information corresponding to the account balance information fed back by the operator charging system, and the communication service disables the balance indication information corresponding to the balance information inquiry instruction that fails to be sent.
Step 42: and when balance indicating information which fails to be sent by the balance information inquiry instruction is obtained, determining that the mobile terminal is in a service use prohibition state.
Specifically, as is well known, when the mobile terminal is in the service prohibition use state, sending the balance information query instruction to the operator charging system through the short message service is not successful, and querying the balance information of the mobile terminal through the call service is also not feasible, and a balance indication message indicating that the sending of the balance information query instruction fails is generated.
Step 43: and when balance indicating information corresponding to the account balance information fed back by the operator charging system is acquired, determining that the mobile terminal is in a service allowable use state.
Similarly, when the mobile terminal is in the service use permission state, sending a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system through the short message service or querying the balance information of the mobile terminal through the telephone service can be realized, so that when the operator charging system receives the balance information query instruction, the balance information of the account corresponding to the mobile terminal is fed back, correspondingly, when the mobile terminal obtains the balance indication information corresponding to the account balance information, the mobile terminal can be determined to be in the service use permission state, and the account balance information can be used as the basis for the mobile terminal to be in the service use permission state.
The method for self-recovery of a mobile data service provided in this embodiment sends a balance information query instruction to an operator charging system through a communication service and obtains balance indication information, determines that a mobile terminal is in a service use prohibition state when obtaining balance indication information that the balance information query instruction fails to send, and determines that the mobile terminal is in a service use permission state when obtaining balance indication information corresponding to account balance information fed back by the operator charging system. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the balance information inquiry instruction is sent through the communication service, the state of the mobile terminal can be determined according to the sending result, and conditions are provided for guiding subsequent operations.
It should be noted that in any of the above embodiments, the sending of the balance information inquiry command to the operator billing system may be performed in two inquiry phases. Specifically, when it is determined that the mobile terminal does not have the packet switched service capability, the mobile terminal first performs a first query stage, that is, queries whether the mobile terminal is in a service prohibition state through a balance information query instruction. When the mobile terminal is in the service use forbidden state, executing a second inquiry stage, and inquiring whether the mobile terminal is in the service use allowed state or not through a balance information inquiry instruction.
Optionally, in step 11, the sending a balance information query instruction to the operator charging system includes:
and when the mobile terminal is determined to be in the service forbidden use state, periodically sending a balance information inquiry instruction to the operator charging system.
Specifically, in practical application, the difference between the second query stage and the first query stage is that the query of the service permission use state needs to be performed periodically, because the mobile terminal needs to grasp the charging and payment condition of the user in time. Theoretically, the mobile terminal can send a balance information inquiry instruction to the operator charging system in real time to accurately and timely master the charging and paying conditions of the user, but the mobile terminal can be in an awakening state all the time, so that the power consumption is too fast, and the mobile terminal is not practical. Therefore, a period for sending the balance information inquiry instruction needs to be strictly set, if the period is too long, the recharging and payment condition can be delayed, so that the mobile data service cannot be recovered as soon as possible after the service is allowed to be used by the mobile terminal, and if the period is too short, the problem that the mobile terminal is in an awakening state for a long time and the power consumption is too fast can also occur.
The following briefly describes the complete flow of the mobile data service self-recovery method provided by the present application, with reference to the descriptions in the above embodiments.
