Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for establishing data connection of a 5G terminal and the 5G terminal. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a Notification message sent by a 5G core network through a non-3GPP access network, wherein the Notification message carries a PDU Session ID; judging whether the 5G terminal can successfully establish wireless connection with a 3GPP 5G access network or not; and when judging that the 5G terminal can not successfully establish wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, sending a Service Request message to the network through the wireless connection with the non-3GPP access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the non-3GPP access network, the 5G core network and the 5G terminal to establish the data bearer of the PDU Session. The invention can establish data connection under the scene that the terminal can not send Service Request message through the 3GPP 5G access network, and ensure the normal operation of data Service.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, in particular to a method and a device for establishing data connection of a 5G terminal and the 5G terminal.
Background
The terminal registers to the same operator network through a 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) 5G access network and a non-3GPP (non-3GPP) access network at the same time, and when the connection status of the non-3GPP access type is CM-CONNECTED, the connection status of the 3GPP access type is CM-IDLE. The network has Data to send to the terminal, and the Data belongs to a PDU (Protocol Data Unit) Session (Session) established through the 3GPP 5G access network, the 5G core network will send a notification message to the terminal through the non-3GPP access network, carrying a PDU Session ID, the terminal will send a Service Request message through the 3GPP 5G access network after receiving the notification message, carrying the PDU Session ID, to trigger the network and the terminal to establish the Data bearer to transmit the Data. At present, one solution to the above problem is: the 5G core network will send a notification message to the terminal through the non-3GPP access network and then start a notification timer. And after receiving the notification message, the terminal sends a Service Request message through the 3GPP 5G access network. If the notification timer is overtime and the 5G core network does not receive the Service Request message of the terminal, the 5G core network sends a paging message through the 3GPP 5G access network, or considers that the Service establishment fails.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:
the terminal must send the Service Request message through the 3GPP 5G access network, but due to the network environment, such as cell access failure, the Service Request message cannot be sent through the 3GPP 5G access network, and the Service establishment will fail.
Disclosure of Invention
The 5G terminal and the data connection establishing method and device for the same provided by the invention can establish data connection under the scene that the terminal cannot send Service Request messages through a 3GPP 5G access network, thereby ensuring normal operation of data services.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for establishing a data connection of a 5G terminal, where the method is applied to the 5G terminal, and the method includes:
receiving a Notification message sent by a 5G core network through a non-3GPP access network, wherein the Notification message carries a PDU Session ID;
judging whether the 5G terminal can successfully establish wireless connection with a 3GPP 5G access network or not;
and when judging that the 5G terminal can not successfully establish wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, sending a Service Request message to the network through the wireless connection with the non-3GPP access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the non-3GPP access network, the 5G core network and the 5G terminal to establish the data bearer of the PDU Session.
Optionally, the Allowed PDU Sessions status information element in the Service Request message includes the PDU Session ID.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and when judging that the 5G terminal can successfully establish wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, sending a Service Request message to the network through the 3GPP 5G access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the network and the 5G terminal to establish the data bearer of the PDU Session.

The data connection establishing device of the 5G terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a Notification message sent by a 5G core network through a non-3GPP access network, wherein the Notification message carries a PDU Session ID, and when the 5G terminal is judged not to be able to successfully establish a wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, the Service Request message is sent to the network through the wireless connection with the non-3GPP access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID to trigger the non-3GPP access network, the 5G core network and the 5G terminal to establish a data bearer of the PDU Session, so that the data connection can be established under the scene that the terminal is not able to send the Service Request message through the 3GPP 5G access network, and the normal operation of a data Service is ensured.

when the 5G terminal is judged to be incapable of successfully establishing wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, sending a Service Request message to a network through wireless connection with the non-3GPP access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the non-3GPP access network, the 5G core network and the 5G terminal to establish data bearer of the PDU Session;
and when judging that the 5G terminal can successfully establish wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, sending a Service Request message to the network through the 3GPP 5G access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the network and the 5G terminal to establish the data bearer of the PDU Session.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein an Allowed PDU Sessions status cell in the Service Request message includes the PDU Session ID.
3. A data connection establishing apparatus of a 5G terminal, the apparatus being located in the 5G terminal, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a Notification message sent by a 5G core network through a non-3GPP access network, where the Notification message carries a PDU Session ID;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the 5G terminal can successfully establish wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network;
a first sending unit, configured to send a Service Request message to a network through a wireless connection with a non-3GPP access network when the determining unit determines that the 5G terminal cannot successfully establish a wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, where the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID to trigger the non-3GPP access network, the 5G core network, and the 5G terminal to establish a data bearer of the PDU Session;
and the second sending unit is used for sending a Service Request message to the network through the 3GPP 5G access network when the judging unit judges that the 5G terminal can successfully establish the wireless connection with the 3GPP 5G access network, wherein the Service Request message carries the PDU Session ID so as to trigger the network and the 5G terminal to establish the data bearer of the PDU Session.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein an Allowed PDU Sessions status cell in the Service Request message includes the PDU Session ID.
5. A5G terminal, characterized in that the 5G terminal comprises data connection establishing means of the 5G terminal according to any of claims 3 to 4.
