In the embodiment, the short message center sends a short message to the SMS-GMSC; the SMS-GMSC sends a MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE MESSAGE to the IP-SM-GW; after receiving the MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE MESSAGE, the IP-SM-GW judges that the user is not a signed user; and the IP-SM-GW judges that the DELIVERY failure type is permanent failure according to a preset strategy, and then does not send a SHORT MESSAGE DELIVERY state REPORT MESSAGE MAP _ REPORT _ SM _ DELIVERY _ STATUS to the HLR/HSS any more, but directly sends a MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE _ ACK MESSAGE to the SMS-GMSC, and informs the SHORT MESSAGE center of the failure of the DELIVERY.
In this embodiment, after receiving the failure response, the internet protocol short message gateway determines the type of short message delivery failure according to a preset strategy, and for the permanent failure type of short message delivery failure, the internet protocol short message gateway does not send a short message failure delivery status report to the home subscriber server any more, and directly notifies the short message center of the current short message delivery failure, thereby avoiding unnecessary overstocked storage and continuous retransmission of short messages with delivery failure, and saving network resources.
Further, the report delivery module 200 is further configured to send a short message delivery failure report to the short message center and send a short message delivery failure status report to the home subscriber server when the temporary failure is determined outside the short message delivery failure type.
Specifically, when the short message delivery failure type is judged not to be a permanent failure according to the strategy, the short message delivery failure type is indicated to be a temporary failure, the internet protocol short message gateway sends a received short message failure delivery report to a short message center and sends a short message failure delivery state report to a home subscriber server, and the short message center can regularly retransmit the short message which is not successfully sent, or when the home subscriber server senses that the corresponding called side user equipment can be reached, the short message center is informed to retransmit the overstocked short message.
Further, referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a structural diagram of another embodiment of the short message delivery failure processing apparatus according to the invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the short message delivery failure processing apparatus further includes:
the receiving module 300 is configured to receive a short message delivery response timeout message or a short message delivery failure message, and use the timeout message or the short message delivery failure message as a short message delivery failure response message.
Specifically, when the internet protocol short message gateway receives short message delivery response timeout information or a short message delivery failure message, the timeout information or the short message delivery failure message is used as short message delivery failure response information for judging the type of short message delivery failure.
Further, referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a structural diagram of a short message delivery failure processing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, the short message delivery failure processing apparatus further includes:
the storage module 400 is configured to store a policy for determining a type of short message delivery failure.
Specifically, a strategy for judging the failure type is preset according to the node where the failure occurs, the error code, the special parameter, the operator strategy and the deployment experience, and the strategy is stored, wherein the strategy can be stored in an internet protocol short message gateway or a network element, and the internet protocol short message gateway can obtain the strategy in a direct or indirect mode, so that the technical effect of the invention can be realized.
The invention provides a short message delivery failure processing system, referring to fig. 15, in one embodiment, the system comprises a short message delivery failure processing device 150, a short message center 250 and a home subscriber server 350, when the short message delivery failure processing device 150 judges that the type of short message delivery failure is permanent failure, the short message delivery failure processing device 150 sends short message delivery failure information to the short message center 250, and finishes the delivery of the short message; when the short message delivery failure processing device 150 determines that the short message delivery failure type is a temporary failure, the short message delivery failure processing device 150 sends a short message delivery failure report to the short message center, and sends a short message delivery failure status report to the home subscriber server 350, wherein the short message delivery failure processing device 150 refers to the foregoing embodiments in the detailed structure of all the technical solutions in the embodiments shown in fig. 12 to 14, which is not described herein again.
In summary, according to the method, the device and the system for processing the short message delivery failure in the present invention, after the internet protocol short message gateway receives the failure response, the preset policy is invoked according to the node, the error code, the special parameter, the operator policy and the deployment experience where the failure occurs, and the type of the short message delivery failure is determined, and when the type of the short message delivery failure is a permanent failure, the internet protocol short message gateway does not send the short message delivery failure status report to the home subscriber server any more, and directly notifies the short message center of the short message delivery failure, thereby avoiding unnecessary overstocked storage and continuous retransmission of the failed short message, and saving network resources.

when the Internet protocol short message gateway judges that the short message delivery failure type is permanent failure according to the strategy and the delivery failure reason, the Internet protocol short message gateway sends short message failure delivery information to a short message center and finishes the delivery of the short message;
the strategy for judging the short message delivery failure type comprises at least one of the following strategies:
after receiving the MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE MESSAGE, the IP multimedia subsystem IP-SM-GW executes a domain selection function and selects to send to the IMS domain; checking the short MESSAGE service authority of the UE and the receiving capability of the terminal, constructing a MESSAGE, and sending the short MESSAGE to the UE through the S-CSCF; the IP-SM-GW starts a timer and waits for a response message; when the timer is used, the IP-SM-GW receives the short message delivery response overtime information; the IP-SM-GW judges that the DELIVERY failure type is permanent failure according to a preset strategy, and then does not send a SHORT MESSAGE DELIVERY state REPORT MESSAGE MAP _ REPORT _ SM _ DELIVERY _ STATUS to the HLR/HSS, but directly sends a MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE _ ACK MESSAGE to the SMS-GMSC, and informs the SHORT MESSAGE center of the failure of the DELIVERY;

after receiving the MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE MESSAGE, the IP-SM-GW executes a domain selection function, selects and sends the MESSAGE to an IMS domain, checks the SHORT MESSAGE service authority of the UE and the receiving capability of the terminal, constructs a MESSAGE MESSAGE, and sequentially FORWARDs the MESSAGE to the UE through a CSCF and an SBC; when the SBC fails to send the MESSAGE, a failure response MESSAGE 408 is generated and carries an error code, the failure response MESSAGE 408 sent by the SBC is acquired by the CSCF, or when the CSCF fails to send the MESSAGE, the failure response MESSAGE 408 is generated and carries the error code, the IP-SM-GW judges that the DELIVERY failure type is a permanent failure according to a preset strategy, and then the SHORT MESSAGE DELIVERY state REPORT MESSAGE MAP _ REPORT _ SM _ DELIVERY _ STATUS is not sent to the HLR/HSS, but the SHORT MESSAGE DELIVERY state REPORT MESSAGE MAP _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE _ ACK MESSAGE is directly sent to the SMS-GMSC, and the SHORT MESSAGE center is informed of the failure of the DELIVERY;
after receiving the MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE MESSAGE, the IP-SM-GW checks the SHORT MESSAGE service authority of the UE and judges that the UE does not sign the SHORT MESSAGE service; the IP-SM-GW judges that the DELIVERY failure type is permanent failure according to a preset strategy, and then does not send a SHORT MESSAGE DELIVERY state REPORT MESSAGE MAP _ REPORT _ SM _ DELIVERY _ STATUS to the HLR/HSS, but directly sends a MAP _ MT _ FORWARD _ SHORT _ MESSAGE _ ACK MESSAGE to the SMS-GMSC, and informs the SHORT MESSAGE center of the failure of the DELIVERY;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step of receiving the short message delivery failure response message by the predetermined ip short message gateway, the method further comprises:
the Internet protocol short message gateway receives short message delivery response overtime information or short message delivery failure information, and takes the overtime information or the short message delivery failure information as short message delivery failure response information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the preset policy for determining the type of the short message delivery failure, the method further comprises:
the Internet protocol short message gateway receives a strategy input by a user and used for judging the short message delivery failure type, and stores the strategy.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the preset policy for determining the type of the short message delivery failure, the method further comprises:
and when the internet protocol short message gateway judges that the short message delivery failure type is temporary failure according to the strategy and the delivery failure reason, sending a short message delivery failure report to the short message center and sending a short message delivery failure state report to the home subscriber server.
5. A short message delivery failure processing device is characterized in that the short message delivery failure processing device is applied to an IP multimedia subsystem, and the device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a management module and a management module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a preset strategy for judging the type of short message delivery failure when receiving short message delivery failure response information carrying a delivery failure reason, wherein the strategy is a preset failure type judgment strategy according to a node, an error code, a special parameter, an operator strategy and deployment experience of a user, and the failure type judgment strategy is preset by the user;
the report delivery module is used for sending short message failure delivery information to a short message center and finishing the delivery of the short message when judging that the short message delivery failure type is a permanent failure according to the strategy and the delivery failure reason;
the strategy for judging the short message delivery failure type comprises at least one of the following strategies:
