Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of folding equipment, in particular to a folding terminal with a flexible screen.
Background
The existing folding mobile phone comprises an upper cover, a lower cover and hinges respectively fixed with the upper cover and the lower cover, wherein the upper cover and the lower cover are respectively fixed with elements required by the mobile phone. Along with the opening and closing of the hinge, the mobile phone can be unfolded and folded. After the hinges are closed, the two hinges are tightly attached together, and at the moment, the upper cover and the lower cover are also tightly attached together. Namely, the folding mobile phone is in a folding state, and the opposite surfaces of the upper cover and the lower cover are clung together. The folding mobile phone with the structure can only be suitable for the condition that one or two of the opposite inner sides of the upper cover and the lower cover are respectively provided with the display screen, and can not be suitable for the condition that the opposite inner sides of the upper cover and the lower cover are provided with the flexible display screen as a whole. The reason is that: when the flexible display screen is folded, a large arc is required in the folded position as shown in fig. 1, otherwise the flexible display screen is damaged. If the inner sides of the upper cover and the lower cover of the folding mobile phone are provided with the flexible display screen as a whole, when the folding mobile phone is folded, the flexible display screen is bent into the shape as shown in fig. 2, and the flexible display screen is damaged, so that the service life of the folding mobile phone with the flexible display screen is short. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A folder type terminal having a flexible screen 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 14, includes:
a rotating shaft assembly;
a first housing 410 pivotally connected to the rotation shaft assembly through a first main rotation shaft 311;
a second housing 420 pivotally connected to the rotary shaft assembly via a second main rotary shaft 312;
a first support 510 movably connected to the first housing 410; and
a second support 520 movably connected to the second housing 420; the spindle assembly has an accommodating space for accommodating one end of the first support member 510 and one end of the second support member 520;
wherein, when the folder terminal is in the unfolded state, the first support 510 supports the flexible screen 100 on the first housing 410, and the second support 520 supports the flexible screen 100 on the second housing 420;
when the folder terminal is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first housing 410 rotates around the first main rotation axis 311 to drive the first supporting member 510 to move in the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the first supporting member 510 is accommodated in the rotation axis assembly, and the second housing 420 rotates around the second main rotation axis 312 to drive the second supporting member 520 to move in the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the second supporting member 520 is accommodated in the rotation axis assembly.
In the folding terminal having the flexible screen 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention with the above structure, when the folding terminal is in the unfolded state, the first supporting member 510 supports the flexible screen 100 on the first housing 410, and the second supporting member 520 supports the flexible screen 100 on the second housing 420; when the folder terminal is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first housing 410 rotates around the first main rotation axis 311 to drive the first supporting member 510 to move in the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the first supporting member 510 is accommodated in the rotation axis assembly, and the second housing 420 rotates around the second main rotation axis 312 to drive the second supporting member 520 to move in the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the second supporting member 520 is accommodated in the rotation axis assembly. The folding terminal with the flexible screen can be unfolded and folded, and the development trend that two parts of one flexible screen are respectively arranged on two foldable parts of the folding terminal and form a complete screen after being unfolded can be realized; and when the flexible screen is in the unfolding state, the flexible screen is supported by the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece, so that the support is provided for the flexible screen, and conditions are prepared for improving the display effect of the flexible screen.
Specifically, when the folder terminal is in the folded state, a distance between an end of the first supporter 510 accommodated in the hinge assembly and an end of the second supporter 520 accommodated in the hinge assembly is greater than a distance between an end of the first supporter 510 away from the hinge assembly and an end of the second supporter 520 away from the hinge assembly. That is, when the folder type terminal is in a folded state, the distance between the ends of the first support member 510 and the second support member 520 close to the hinge assembly is greater, and a greater accommodation space is provided for bending of the flexible screen 100 at the folded position, so that damage of the folding to the flexible screen 100 is greatly reduced, thereby improving the life span of the folder type terminal having the flexible screen 100.
Specifically, the position relationship between the first main rotating shaft 311 and the second main rotating shaft 312 may be that, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6 to fig. 14, the first main rotating shaft 311 and the second main rotating shaft 312 are parallel to each other and are arranged side by side, and the first main rotating shaft 311 and the second main rotating shaft 312 are respectively fixed to the rotating shaft assemblies. Thus, the foldable terminal can be unfolded and folded.
Specifically, the structure of the rotating shaft assembly may be as shown in fig. 6 to 9, and the rotating shaft assembly includes a first fixing seat 210, a second fixing seat 220, and a connecting seat 230 connecting the first fixing seat 210 and the second fixing seat 220; the connection holder 230 has a protrusion 231 between the first fixing holder 210 and the second fixing holder 220;
the first fixing base 210 is pivotally connected to the first housing 410 through a first main rotating shaft 311, and the second fixing base 220 is pivotally connected to the second housing 420 through a second main rotating shaft 312; one end of the first supporting member 510 is supported on the first fixing seat 210, and the other end of the first supporting member 510 is movably connected with the first housing 410; one end of the second supporting member 520 abuts against the second fixing seat 220, and the other end of the second supporting member 520 is movably connected with the second housing 420;
when the folding terminal is in the unfolding state, the first support piece, the second support piece and the bulge of the connecting seat support the flexible screen on the first shell and the second shell together. When the folding terminal is in the unfolding state, the flexible screen is supported by the first supporting piece, the second supporting piece and the protrusion of the connecting seat, namely, the flexible screen is supported by the protrusion of the connecting seat at the rotating shaft assembly, and conditions are prepared for improving the display effect of the flexible screen.
Furthermore, the opposite surface of the first fixing seat 210 and the connecting seat 230 includes a first abutting plane 211, and the opposite surface of the second fixing seat 220 and the connecting seat 230 includes a second abutting plane 221; the distance between the first abutting plane 211 and the second abutting plane 221 is gradually reduced from the connection point of the first fixing seat 210 and the second fixing seat 220 with the connection seat 230 to the direction far away from the connection point. Thus, in the process of changing the folding terminal from the unfolded state to the folded state, one end of the first support 510 always abuts against the first fixing seat 210 until abutting against the first abutting plane 211, and one end of the second support 520 always abuts against the second fixing seat 220 until abutting against the second abutting plane 221; because the distance between the first abutting plane 211 and the second abutting plane 221 gradually decreases from the connection between the first fixing seat 210 and the connection between the second fixing seat 220 and the connection seat 230 toward the direction away from the connection, when the foldable terminal is in the folded state, it can be ensured that the distance between the end of the first supporting member 510 accommodated in the rotating shaft assembly and the end of the second supporting member 520 accommodated in the rotating shaft assembly is greater than the distance between the end of the first supporting member 510 away from the rotating shaft assembly and the end of the second supporting member 520 away from the rotating shaft assembly, and thus a larger accommodating space is provided for bending the flexible screen 100 at the folding position, the damage of folding to the flexible screen 100 is greatly reduced, and the service life of the foldable terminal with the flexible screen 100 is prolonged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, when the first support 510 abuts against the first abutting plane 211, the positions of the first support 510 and the first housing 410 are the respective end positions, and when the second support 520 abuts against the second abutting plane 221, the positions of the second support 520 and the second housing 420 are the respective end positions; as shown in fig. 4, 6 to 10, when the folder terminal is in the unfolded state, the first support 510 and the first housing 410 are located at respective initial positions, and the second support 520 and the second housing 420 are located at respective initial positions;
the angle between the first housing 410 at its initial position and its final position is 90 degrees, the angle between the second housing 420 at its initial position and its final position is 90 degrees, the angle between the first support 510 at its initial position and its final position is greater than 90 degrees, and the angle between the second support 520 at its initial position and its final position is greater than 90 degrees.
With the first housing 410 and the second housing 420 having the above-described structure, the first housing 410 rotates by 90 degrees, the first support 510 simultaneously rotates by an angle greater than 90 degrees, the second housing 420 rotates by 90 degrees, and the second support 520 simultaneously rotates by an angle greater than 90 degrees, so that the first housing 410 and the second housing 420 are attached together when the first housing 410 and the second housing 420 rotate by 90 degrees; meanwhile, the first support 510 and the second support 520 rotate by an angle greater than 90 degrees, and then there is a gap between the positions where the first support 510 and the second support 520 abut against the first abutting plane 211 and the second abutting plane 221, and the positions far from the rotating shaft assembly are fitted together, so that the foldable terminal is displayed as folded in appearance.
Further, the connection holder 230 has a protrusion 231 between the first fixing holder 210 and the second fixing holder 220;
when the folder type terminal is in the unfolded state, the first support 510, the second support 520, and the protrusion 231 of the connector holder 230 support the flexible screen 100 together and the upper surfaces of the first support 510, the second support 520, and the protrusion 231 of the connector holder 230 are flat.
The presence of the protrusion 231 prevents the first support 510 and the second support 520 from interfering with each other during the folding and unfolding processes, thereby enhancing the stability of the folding terminal; meanwhile, when the folder type terminal is in the unfolded state, the upper surfaces of the first support 510, the second support 520, and the protrusion 231 of the connector holder 230 are flat.
Thus, when the folder terminal is in the unfolded state, the first support 510, the second support 520 and the protrusion 231 of the connection holder 230 support the flexible screen 100 on the first housing 410 and the second housing 420 together, which ensures that the flexible screen 100 is located on the same plane when the folder terminal is in the unfolded state, thereby ensuring the display effect of the flexible screen 100.
As for the positional relationship among the first holder 210, the second holder 220 and the protrusion 231, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, a first receiving space is provided between the first holder 210 and the protrusion 231, and a second receiving space is provided between the second holder 220 and the protrusion 231;
when the folder terminal is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first housing 410 rotates around the first main rotation axis 311 to drive the first supporting member 510 to move towards the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the first supporting member 510 is accommodated in the first accommodating space, and the second housing 420 rotates around the second main rotation axis 312 to drive the second supporting member 520 to move towards the direction of being accommodated in the rotation axis assembly until one end of the second supporting member 520 is accommodated in the second accommodating space.
The first receiving space and the second receiving space form a receiving space in which the spindle assembly receives one end of the first support member 510 and one end of the second support member 520.
In order to realize that one end of the first support 510 abuts against the first fixing seat 210 and one end of the second support 520 abuts against the second fixing seat 220, as shown in fig. 5 to 14, the foldable terminal further includes:
a first elastic element 610; and
a second elastic element 620;
the first elastic element 610 is fixed between the first housing 410 and the first supporting member 510, and the first elastic element 610 is in a stretching state so that one end of the first supporting member 510 abuts against the first fixing seat 210;
the second elastic element 620 is fixed between the second housing 420 and the second supporting member 520, and the second elastic element 620 is in a stretching state so that one end of the second supporting member 520 abuts against the second fixing seat 220.
The first elastic element 610 and the second elastic element 620 ensure that the first supporting member 510 always abuts against the first fixing base 210 and the second supporting member 520 always abuts against the second fixing base 220 during the folding process and the unfolding state of the folding terminal.
Specifically, the connection relationship between the first support 510 and the first housing 410 and between the second support 520 and the second housing 420 may be that the first support 510 is pivotally connected to the first housing 410 through the first slave rotating shaft 321, the second support 520 is pivotally connected to the second housing 420 through the second slave rotating shaft 322, the first support 510 can rotate around the first slave rotating shaft 321, and the second support 520 can rotate around the second slave rotating shaft 322.
Thus, when the first housing 410 rotates around the first main rotating shaft 311, the first supporting member 510 can be driven to move towards the direction of being accommodated in the rotating shaft assembly until one end of the first supporting member 510 is accommodated in the first accommodating space, and when the second housing 420 rotates around the second main rotating shaft 312, the second supporting member 520 can be driven to move towards the direction of being accommodated in the rotating shaft assembly until one end of the second supporting member 520 is accommodated in the second accommodating space.
As shown in fig. 5 to 14, the folder type terminal further includes:
a slider 700 positioned between the flexible screen 100 and the second support 520;
at least one elastic member 800;
one end of the second support member 520 is provided with a main sliding chute 521 corresponding to the main connecting member one by one;
one end of each elastic member 800 is fixed to a side of the second support member 520 opposite to the flexible screen 100, the other end of each elastic member 800 is fixed to one end of a main connecting member 910 corresponding to the elastic member, and the other end of the main connecting member 910 is fixed to one side of the sliding member 700 opposite to the flexible screen 100 after passing through a main sliding slot 521 corresponding to the main connecting member;
when the folder terminal is in the unfolded state, the elastic member 800 is in a stretched state; when the folder terminal is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the elastic member 800 is further stretched to drive the main link 910 to move in the corresponding main sliding slot 521, so that the sliding member 700 slides in a direction away from the rotating shaft assembly relative to the second support member 520.
With the above-described structure, since the elastic member 800 can drive the sliding member 700 to slide along the main sliding groove 521 during the unfolding and folding of the folder type terminal, the sliding distance compensates for a length space required for the folding of the flexible screen 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 14, the folder type terminal further includes:
slave links 920 corresponding one-to-one to the master links;
the other end of the second support member 520 is provided with slave sliding grooves 522 corresponding to the slave connecting members one to one;
the size of one end of the slave link 920 is larger than that of the corresponding slave sliding chute 522, and the other end of the slave link 920 passes through the corresponding slave sliding chute 522 and then is fixed on one side of the sliding member 700 opposite to the flexible screen 100;
when the foldable terminal is changed from the unfolded state to the folded state, the elastic member 800 drives the corresponding main link 910 to move in the corresponding main sliding slot 521, so that the sliding member 700 slides in a direction away from the rotating shaft assembly relative to the second support member 520, and the slave link 920 moves in the corresponding slave sliding slot 522.
With the above-described structure, during the unfolding and folding of the folder terminal, the slider 700 is acted by the forces of the main link 910 and the sub-link 920 to slide along the main sliding slot 521 and the sub-sliding slot 522, respectively, so that the stress of the slider 700 is more uniform and the sliding of the slider 700 is smoother.
In addition, the flexible screen 100 is fixed to the first supporting member 510 from the end far away from the first fixing base 210 to the direction close to the first fixing base 210, and the length of the flexible screen 100 fixed to the first supporting member 510 is smaller than the length of the flexible screen 100 from the end far away from the first fixing base 210 to the first fixing base 210;
the flexible screen 100 and the slider 700 are fixed together; the flexible screen 100 is separated from the second support member 520, and the flexible screen 100 is separated from the rotary shaft assembly.
In this way, the flexible screen 100 is not fixed to the first support 510 at a position close to the first fixing base 210, and portions of the flexible screen 100 close to the first fixing base 210 and the second fixing base 220 are not fixed, and the portions of the flexible screen 100 that are not fixed may be bent and deformed according to their own characteristics when the folder-type terminal is folded and unfolded.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, a distance between one end of the flexible screen 100 away from the first fixing seat 210 and the first fixing seat 210 is equal to a distance between one end of the first support 510 away from the first fixing seat 210 and the first fixing seat 210;
the distance between the end of the flexible screen 100 far away from the second fixed seat 220 and the second fixed seat 220 is smaller than the distance between the end of the second support 520 far away from the second fixed seat 220 and the second fixed seat 220.
In order to enhance the user's hand feeling when the folder type terminal is folded and unfolded, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, a gear transmission is provided between the first main rotation shaft 311 and the second main rotation shaft 312.
In order to realize that the folder type terminal can be fixed at any angle, the first main hinge 311 and the second main hinge 312 may have damping during the rotation.
Specifically, the folding terminal with the flexible screen 100 of the present invention may be a mobile phone, a notebook computer, or a tablet computer.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
