本发明属于涉及胶黏剂领域,提出一种双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂,包括A料和B料;所述的A料包括如下重量份组分:丁基橡胶100份;氧化锌3‑5份;聚丙烯酸树脂10‑20份;硬脂酸2‑4份;松香甘油酯20‑40份;体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂400‑500份;所述的B料包括如下重量份组分:丁基橡胶100份;炭黑70‑85份;氧化锌3‑5份;硫磺1‑3份;体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂300‑400份。采用本发明的双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂在使用过程中粘度大于1.5KN/m,可以达到1.7K.N/m‑1.9K.N/m。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂领域,特别是一种双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂及粘结方法。
背景技术
丁基橡胶胶黏剂常用于压敏胶或密封胶,其主要优点是气密性好,易于有效分散在有机溶剂中以液体的形成运输储存。
现有的丁基橡胶的粘结粒度一般低于1.5KN/m,其粘结力度低,仅表现在对于皮革粘结力度大,对于皮革和塑料以及钢材的粘结力度小。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种粘结力大的双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂及粘结方法。
其具体方案为:一种双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂,包括A料和B料;
所述的A料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
氧化锌3-5份;
聚丙烯酸树脂10-20份;
硬脂酸2-4份;
松香甘油酯20-40份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂400-500份;
所述的B料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
炭黑70-85份;
氧化锌3-5份;
硫磺1-3份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂300-400份。
在上述的双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂中,包括A料和B料;
一种双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括A料和B料;
所述的A料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
氧化锌4份;
聚丙烯酸树脂15份;
硬脂酸3份;
松香甘油酯30份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂450份;
所述的B料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
炭黑80份;

硫磺2份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂350份。
同时,本发明还公开了一种如上所述的双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂的粘结方法,具体来说,将A料和B料分别按照所述的组分分别进行混合得到A溶液和B溶液,在压力为0.1-0.2MPa的作用力下,在130-140℃的条件下固化。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂在使用过程中粘度大于1.5KN/m,可以达到1.7K.N/m-1.9K.N/m,尤其适用于皮革和塑料以及钢材之间的粘结。

实施例1
一种双组份丁基橡胶胶黏剂,包括A料和B料;
所述的A料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
氧化锌4份;
聚丙烯酸树脂15份;
硬脂酸3份;
松香甘油酯30份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂450份;
所述的B料包括如下重量份组分:
丁基橡胶100份;
炭黑80份;
氧化锌4份;
硫磺2份;
体积比为1:0.3的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶剂350份。
上述A料和B料的粘结方法,具体来说为将A料和B料分别按照所述的组分分别进行混合得到A溶液和B溶液,在压力为0.1-0.2MPa的作用力下,在130-140℃的条件下固化。

上述A料和B料的粘结方法,具体来说为将A料和B料分别按照所述的组分分别进行混合得到A溶液和B溶液,在压力为0.1-0.2MPa的作用力下,在130-140℃的条件下固化。
