技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防紫外线复合布。
背景技术
抗菌面料具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖。然而,这些抗菌面料抑菌持久性能均不强,不具有防紫外线性能,还不能满足使用需求。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌防紫外线复合布,具有抗菌性能持久,具有防紫外线性能,满足使用需求。
技术方案:为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌防紫外线复合布,包括基布、抗菌层和防紫外线层,基布由经丝和纬丝交织而成;所述的经丝为高强涤纶线,所述的纬丝为腈纶;基布与抗菌层和防紫外线层的厚度比为2~4:1:0.5。
所述的抗菌层直接复合在基布的上表面,防紫外线层复合在基布的下表面。
所述的抗菌层为壳聚糖抗菌膜。
所述的抗菌层为具有银离子膜层。
所述的防紫外线层为由紫外线吸收剂制备的涂层。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的抗菌防紫外线复合布,径向采取高强涤纶线,纬向是腈纶,光滑、具高密性、抵抗力、抗撕、抗磨损性,抗菌层直接复合在基布的上,具备持久抗菌性能,在基布上设防紫外线层,有效防紫外线,能满足抗菌防紫外线复合布使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,抗菌防紫外线复合布,包括基布1、抗菌层2和防紫外线层3,基布1由经丝和纬丝交织而成;经丝为高强涤纶线,纬丝为腈纶,具备光滑、具高密性、抵抗力、抗撕、抗磨损性。
抗菌层2直接复合在基布1的上表面,抗菌层可以为壳聚糖抗菌膜或具有银离子膜层,具备持久抗菌性能。
现有研究表明,分子量小于5000kDa的壳聚糖可以透过细胞膜,小分子壳聚糖进入微生物细胞内,与细胞内带负电的物质结合,使细胞的正常生理功能受到影响,导致微生物死亡。大分子的壳聚糖吸附在微生物细胞表面,形成一层高分子膜,阻止了营养物质向细胞内运输,从而起到杀菌和抑菌作用。壳聚糖的正电荷与微生物细胞膜表面的负电荷之间的相互作用,改变了微生物细胞膜的通透性,引起微生物细胞死亡。
防紫外线层3直接复合在基布1的下表面,防紫外线层可以为由紫外线吸收剂制备的涂层,具备持久防紫外线能力。
紫外线吸收剂可强烈地吸收紫外线(尤其是波长为290-400nm);热稳定性好,即使在加工中也不会因热而变化,热挥发性小;化学稳定性好,不与制品中材料组分发生不利反应;混溶性好,可均匀地分散在材料中,不喷霜,不渗出;吸收剂本身的光化学稳定性好,不分解,不变色;无色、无毒、无臭;耐浸洗;价廉、易得。
基布1与抗菌层2和防紫外线层3的厚度比为2~4:1:0.5,在此比例范围内,具有很强的抗菌和防紫外线性能。
本发明的抗菌防紫外线复合布,径向采取高强涤纶线,纬向是腈纶,抗菌层和防紫外线层直接复合在基布的上,具备持久抗菌和防紫外线性能,能满足抗菌防紫外线复合布使用。

1.一种抗菌防紫外线复合布,其特征在于,包括基布(1)、抗菌层(2)和防紫外线层(3),基布(1)由经丝和纬丝交织而成;所述的经丝为高强涤纶线,所述的纬丝为腈纶;基布(1)与抗菌层(2)和防紫外线层(3)的厚度比为2~4:1:0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防紫外线复合布,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层(2)直接复合在基布(1)的上表面,防紫外线层(3)复合在基布(1)的下表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防紫外线复合布,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层(2)为壳聚糖抗菌膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防紫外线复合布,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层(2)为具有银离子膜层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防紫外线复合布,其特征在于,所述的防紫外线层(3)为由紫外线吸收剂制备的涂层。
