Background
At present, plastic axial flow fan blades are generally processed by adopting an injection molding process. Due to the material characteristics of the plastic, the fan blade after injection molding is easy to slightly deform due to thermal deformation or other external stress in the process. It is known that parameters such as blade inclination angle and blade curvature on fan blades have important significance on flow fields, so that in order to ensure that the parameters of the injection molded fan blades meet product design requirements, the existing method is to manually shape the injection molded fan blades, and an operator places the injection molded fan blades on a simple shaping table for shaping. The manual shaping has the defects of low efficiency and poor shaping precision in different degrees due to the difference of the skills of workers. Especially in the season of driving, the defect is obvious and needs improvement.

The central axis of the bracket 1 is provided with a motor 11, the lower part of the bracket 1 is designed into a triangle, the upper part is in a disc shape, and the motor 11 is arranged on the lower surface of the disc shape; the output end of the motor 11 passes through the center hole of the disc and is in power connection with the circular turntable 2.
The support disks 20 are fixedly provided on the circular turntable 2 in three in number and are arranged on the same circumferential line on the circular turntable 2 at 120-degree angular intervals. The supporting plate 20 is provided with three sections of inserting holes which are arranged into a spiral involute track, as shown in the specification drawing, small supporting columns 20b are assembled in the inserting holes, and the small supporting columns 20 are used for supporting and positioning the tip ends of the fan blades 9.
The large supporting columns 21 are arranged at the center of the supporting plates 20, are consistent with the supporting plates 20 in number and are used for supporting and positioning the lower ends of fan blade cylinder shafts; when the fan is in operation, the large support column 21 is matched with the press-fit column 7, and forces are respectively applied from the lower end and the upper end of the fan blade cylinder shaft to fix the fan blade.
Shaping mechanism, key mechanism of the device; the shaping mechanism comprises key components such as a connecting arm 3, an air cylinder 6, a press-fit column 7, a shaping column mounting disc 70, a shaping column 8 and the like, wherein one end of the connecting arm 3 is fixed on the bracket 1, the other end is connected with the upper and lower adjusting mechanism 4, and the structure of the upper and lower adjusting mechanism 4 is detailed later; the upper and lower adjusting mechanism 4 is connected with the connecting disc 5 again, the center of the upper surface of the connecting disc 5 is provided with an air cylinder 6, and a piston rod of the air cylinder 6 passes through the center of the connecting disc 5 to be fixedly connected with a press-fit column 7; the press-fit column 7 is in a cylindrical shape, a shaping column mounting plate 70 is fixedly connected to the position near the upper end face of the press-fit column 7, and three shaping columns 8 are hung at the lower end of the shaping column mounting plate 70. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the three shaping columns are axial flow blades having a structure of three blades, and if four or five blades are provided, the shaping columns 8 may be adjusted to four or five blades accordingly.
The up-down adjusting mechanism 4 includes a dovetail seat 40 provided at the end of the connecting arm 3, a dovetail slider 41 sliding in the dovetail seat 40, and a locking hand wheel 42 mounted on the dovetail seat 40 for locking the position of the dovetail slider 41. The lower end of the adjusting dovetail slide 41 is connected to the coupling disk 5. After the dovetail slide 41 is adjusted to a proper position, the locking hand wheel 42 is locked. From this, the cylinder 6 and the shaping post 8 can move with the movement of the dovetail slider 41. Thus realizing macroscopic rough adjustment.
To ensure the accuracy of the upward and downward movement of the truing column, a guide column fixing plate 70a is provided at the upper end of the truing column mounting plate 70, three guide columns 70b are provided on the guide column fixing plate 70a, and the guide columns 70b pass through the coupling plate 5 to be fitted with a guide sliding sleeve 50 provided on the upper surface of the coupling plate 5.
In order to realize accurate fine tuning, the shaping column 8 is connected with the shaping column mounting plate 70 through a gate-shaped frame, the upper end of the gate-shaped frame is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the shaping column mounting plate 70, the lower end of the gate-shaped frame is provided with a fine tooth screw hole, and the shaping column 8 is connected with the screw hole in a threaded manner.
When the fan blade 9 works, the fan blade 9 is integrally supported on the large supporting column 21, the lower part of the blade tip of the fan blade is borne on the small supporting column 20b, during shaping, the air cylinder 6 moves downwards to drive the shaping column mounting plate 70 to move downwards, so that the shaping column 8 moves downwards, the shaping column 8 is propped against the root of the fan blade, and the fan blade is shaped through the small supporting column 20b and the shaping column 8. After shaping is completed, the air cylinder 6 is lifted, the motor 11 works, the shaped fan blade stations are moved out, the shaping stations are moved in, and so on.
Therefore, the invention can quickly and accurately reshape the fan blade, and greatly improves the reshaping efficiency of the existing fan blade.
