一种波浪边切边装置,包括框架结构的机架(1),机架(1)内设有切边轮轴(2),切边轮轴(2)外周面上设有沿径向外延的波浪形切刀(3);切边轮轴(2)下方设有和机架(1)连接的安装轮轴(4),安装轮轴(4)轴向上设有两个限位机构(5);切边轮轴(2)下方设有机架(1)连接的卷料轮轴(6),切边轮轴(2)和卷料轮轴(6)之间还设有连接于机架(1)的随动轮轴(7),机架(1)上还设有连接卷料轮轴(6)的电机(8)。经本发明加工的地垫和现有技术的地垫存在显著差异,并因此具有可以提高厂家利润和避免部分用户审美疲劳的优点。

一种波浪边切边装置
技术领域
本发明涉及对用于家用地垫的橡塑发泡板进行切边的一种波浪边切边装置。
背景技术
在很多家庭中都有小孩存在,为了防止小孩在房间里玩耍的时候脚底受凉,现在有很多家庭都会在地板上放置由绝热材料制成的地垫,此类地垫一般是由多块板正方形的发泡板通过卡扣拼接而成的,拼接线均是横平竖直,由于市场上此类地垫之间大同小异,缺乏差异化竞争,从而导致了厂家利润薄弱,而且由于横平竖直拼接方式的地垫的大量使用,对于部分用户而言会产生审美疲劳。
因此,现有地垫具有由于缺乏差异竞争而导致的厂家利润薄弱和对部分用户会产生审美疲劳的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种波浪边切边装置。经本发明加工的地垫和现有技术的地垫存在显著差异,并因此具有可以提高厂家利润和避免部分用户审美疲劳的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种波浪边切边装置,包括框架结构的机架,机架内设有切边轮轴,切边轮轴外周面上设有沿径向外延的波浪形切刀;切边轮轴下方设有和机架连接的安装轮轴,安装轮轴轴向上设有两个限位机构;切边轮轴下方设有和机架连接的卷料轮轴,切边轮轴和卷料轮轴之间还设有连接于机架的随动轮轴,机架上还设有连接卷料轮轴的电机。
前述的波浪边切边装置中,所述限位机构包括设置在安装轮轴轴向上的凹槽,凹槽内设有和凹槽侧壁铰接的限位杆,限位杆通过弹簧连接凹槽底面,凹槽内还设有限位块。
前述的波浪边切边装置中,所述切边轮轴上设有与波浪形切刀等高的燕尾形切刀,燕尾形切刀设置于波浪形切刀的波峰或波谷处,波浪形切刀和燕尾形切刀组成一个连接在切边轮轴外周面上的闭环。
前述的波浪边切边装置中,所述安装轮轴一端铰接于机架,机架上设有对安装轮轴限位的挡块。
与现有技术相比,本发明以购买的成卷发泡板为原材料进行切边,所切的边是波浪形的,因此拼接好的地垫具有波浪形的拼接线,对小孩而言这种曲线比直线更加具有吸引性,而且更有层次感,对比现有技术的地垫有较大差异性,通过燕尾形切刀可以在地垫上获得两侧分别获得插槽和插扣,使两块地垫相连不会脱开。
因此,经本发明加工的地垫和现有技术的地垫存在显著差异,并因此具有可以提高厂家利润和避免审美疲劳的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种波浪边切边装置,如图1所示,包括框架结构的机架1,机架1内设有切边轮轴2,切边轮轴2外周面上设有沿径向外延的波浪形切刀3;切边轮轴2下方设有和机架1连接的安装轮轴4,安装轮轴4轴向上设有两个限位机构5;切边轮轴2下方设有和机架1连接的卷料轮轴6,切边轮轴2和卷料轮轴6之间还设有连接于机架1的随动轮轴7,机架1上还设有连接卷料轮轴6的电机8。
如图2所示,所述限位机构5包括设置在安装轮轴4轴向上的凹槽9,凹槽9内设有限位杆10,限位杆10的一端被固定于凹槽9两侧壁间的销轴14穿过,限位杆10可以绕销轴14旋转,销轴14上还套有一个扭簧形式的弹簧11,弹簧11一端焊接在限位杆10,另一端抵接在凹槽9底面,凹槽9内还设有对限位杆10旋转角度进行限位的限位块13;
如图3所示所述安装轮轴4的两端设有带座轴承15,其中一个带座轴承15的下端设有转轴16,并在机架1的相应位置开有轴孔17,机架1上设有对安装轮轴4水平转动时进行限位的挡块12。
如图4所示,所述切边轮轴2上设有与波浪形切刀3等高的燕尾形切刀11,燕尾形切刀11设置于波浪形切刀3的波峰或波谷处,波浪形切刀3和燕尾形切刀11组成一个连接在切边轮轴2外周面上的闭环,切边轮轴2的两端通过轴承18连接机架1;随动轮轴7与机架1的连接方式相同于切边轮轴2与机架1的连接方式。
如图5所示,随动轮轴6通过轴承21连接在机架1上,随动轮轴6的一端伸出轴承21并通过联轴器19连接电机8,电机8通过转接板20和螺丝22连接机架1。
工作原理:本发明以成卷购买的橡塑发泡保温板为原材料进行切边,所切的边是波浪形的,因此拼接好的地垫具有波浪形的拼接线,对小孩而言这种曲线比直线更加具有吸引性,对比现有技术的地垫有较大差异性,通过燕尾形切刀可以在地垫上获得两侧分别获得插槽和插扣,使两块地垫相连不会脱开。
发明的加工是这样实现的:先去掉一个带座轴承15,按压下限位杆10,然后将成卷的发泡板套在安装轮轴4上,安装到位后限位杆10复位,夹持住发泡板卷使其不会轴向移动,再将带座轴承15装回,发泡板卷一端缠绕经过切边轮轴2和随动轮轴7后,用胶布固定在卷料轮轴6,电机8带动卷料轮轴6转动,使动发泡板卷被波浪形切刀3和燕尾形切刀11切开,随动轮轴7增加了发泡板在切边轮轴2上的包角,切割效果更好。
因此,经本发明加工的地垫和现有技术的地垫存在显著差异,并因此具有可以提高厂家利润和避免审美疲劳的优点。

1.一种波浪边切边装置,其特征在于:包括框架结构的机架(1),机架(1)内设有切边轮轴(2),切边轮轴(2)外周面上设有沿径向外延的波浪形切刀(3);切边轮轴(2)下方设有和机架(1)连接的安装轮轴(4),安装轮轴(4)轴向上设有两个限位机构(5);切边轮轴(2)下方设有和机架(1)连接的卷料轮轴(6),切边轮轴(2)和卷料轮轴(6)之间还设有连接于机架(1)的随动轮轴(7),机架(1)上还设有连接卷料轮轴(6)的电机(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波浪边切边装置,其特征在于:所述限位机构(5)包括设置在安装轮轴(4)轴向上的凹槽(9),凹槽(9)内设有和凹槽(9)侧壁铰接的限位杆(10),限位杆(10)通过弹簧(11)连接凹槽(9)底面,凹槽(9)内还设有限位块(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的波浪边切边装置,其特征在于:所述切边轮轴(2)上设有与波浪形切刀(3)等高的燕尾形切刀(11),燕尾形切刀(11)设置于波浪形切刀(3)的波峰或波谷处,波浪形切刀(3)和燕尾形切刀(11)组成一个连接在切边轮轴(2)外周面上的闭环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的波浪边切边装置,其特征在于:所述安装轮轴(4)一端铰接于机架(1),机架(1)上设有对安装轮轴(4)限位的挡块(12)。
