本发明的咖啡鲜果分级去石机工作时:将采摘得到咖啡鲜果放入到进料区1中,筛网Ⅰ2的目数小于咖啡鲜果的直径,咖啡鲜果内的混杂的细沙可通过筛网Ⅰ2掉下而咖啡鲜果不会掉下筛网Ⅰ2,因进料区1和水洗区5与水平面均具有一定角度,振动发生器Ⅰ7带动筛网Ⅰ2和筛网Ⅱ6振动,在振动筛网的带动下咖啡鲜果依次通过进料区1上的筛网Ⅰ2、进水区3、水洗区5上的筛网Ⅱ6,水通过进水管4流入到进水区和水洗区中,因筛网Ⅱ6的网孔大于咖啡鲜果的直径小于树叶类的直径,所以咖啡鲜果掉入到水洗区内,而树叶、树枝被截留在筛网Ⅱ6上,并通过水的浮力经导流槽8落入到收集箱Ⅰ9内;咖啡鲜果经水洗区5流入到分级箱11中,然后在缓冲块13的作用下咖啡鲜果一部分流入一级筛分斗12内,一部分流入到二级筛分斗14内,因石头、石屑较重会沉到筛分斗的底部,通过与筛分斗底部连接的废石屑出口27流出到废石屑收集槽28内,而咖啡成熟果比青果、干果较重并石头较轻,成熟果会在重力作用下沉入筛分斗底部并由水的浮力作用下从筛分斗的延伸管的出口部流出,而青果、干果较轻不会沉入筛分斗底部则漂浮在分级箱11上部,当达到一定量的时候通过打开合页开口19流出到残次品收集槽20中,在筛网Ⅳ21的作用下最终落入到收集箱Ⅲ22内,伴随流动的水分通过筛网流入水箱23中;成熟果从一级筛分斗12和二级筛分斗14的延伸管出口部流出后落入到精选槽15内,通过筛网Ⅲ16和振动发生器Ⅱ17的作用下将成熟果再次筛分,最终成熟果流入到收集箱Ⅱ18,伴随成熟果流动的水从晒网孔中流入到水箱23中,收集箱Ⅱ18上有漏水孔可沥干成熟果上的水分。机箱24上的电源控制中心控制水泵25、振动发生器Ⅰ7、振动发生器Ⅱ17工作。水箱23内设置有过滤元件、活性炭吸附材料起到自净化作用,水泵可将水箱23上的水抽到进水管4内,起到循环利用的效果。When the fresh coffee fruit grading and de-stoner machine of the present invention is working: the picked fresh coffee fruit is put into the
