Abstract

本发明公开了一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,在外壳中的两组热双金属,每组热双金属分别为螺旋柱状结构,两组热双金属共中心轴,两组热双金属彼此远离的一端分别固定、彼此相对的一端自转方向相反,两组热双金属在彼此相对的一端之间固定连接有连接轴,外壳内还设有测量连接轴转动角度的角度测量装置。本发明可同时测量两个环境中的温度差值,具有测量精度高、使用方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及双金属温度计领域,具体是一种可测量温差的双金属温度计。
背景技术
双金属温度计是一种测量中低温度的现场检测仪表,其是利用双层或多层金属在温度改变时膨胀程度不同的原理工作的。现有技术的双金属温度计,其多为单点测量,对于一些场合如化工领域,若需要在某个时刻点测量不同环境的温差,如某个时刻点反应釜内外温差,则单个双金属温度计无法适用,只能在不同环境处分别用双金属温度计进行测量。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,以解决现有技术双金属温度计无法直接测量温差的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:包括外壳和设置在外壳中的两组热双金属,每组热双金属分别为螺旋柱状结构,该螺旋柱状结构使热双金属中心轴向一端固定且热双金属整体受热膨胀时,热双金属中心轴向另一端自转,两组热双金属共中心轴,两组热双金属彼此远离的一端分别固定、彼此相对的一端自转方向相反,两组热双金属在彼此相对的一端之间固定连接有连接轴,连接轴与两组热双金属共中心轴,外壳内还设有测量连接轴转动角度的角度测量装置。
所述的一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:所述角度测量装置为固定在连接轴上随连接轴转动的指针,以及配合指针的刻度。
所述的一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:所述角度测量装置为编码器,编码器的转轴上固定有齿轮一,所述连接轴上共中心轴固定有齿轮二,齿轮一与齿轮二之间传动啮合。
所述的一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:所述角度测量装置为编码器,该编码器具有双头穿出的转轴,所述连接轴中间断开,且断开处两端分别与编码器的转轴两头共中心轴连接。
所述的一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:所述外壳内设有数据采集卡、单片机,外壳侧壁上设有显示器,所述编码器信号输出端通过数据采集卡与单片机连接,所述显示器与单片机连接。
本发明中,两组热双金属分别置于不同的环境中,并分别在不同的环境中受热,使两组热双金属彼此相对的一端发生转动,若两组环境温度不同,则两组热双金属转动的角度不同,通过一个连接轴连接两组热双金属彼此相对的一端,当两组热双金属自转方向相反时,连接轴转动的角度即为两组热双金属自转角度的差值,该差值可反映两个环境中温度差值。
本发明可同时测量两个环境中的温度差值,具有测量精度高、使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,包括外壳1和设置在外壳1中的两组热双金属2、3,每组热双金属2、3分别为螺旋柱状结构,该螺旋柱状结构使热双金属2、3中心轴向一端固定且热双金属整体2、3受热膨胀时,热双金属2、3中心轴向另一端自转,两组热双金属2、3共中心轴,两组热双金属2、3彼此远离的一端分别固定、彼此相对的一端自转方向相反,两组热双金属2、3在彼此相对的一端之间固定连接有连接轴4,连接轴4与两组热双金属2、3共中心轴,外壳1内还设有测量连接轴4转动角度的角度测量装置。
如图1所示,角度测量装置为固定在连接轴4上随连接轴转动的指针5,以及配合指针5的刻度6。
如图2所示,角度测量装置为编码器7,编码器7的转轴上固定有齿轮一8,连接轴4上共中心轴固定有齿轮二9,齿轮一8与齿轮二9之间传动啮合。
如图3所示,角度测量装置为编码器7,该编码器7具有双头穿出的转轴10,连接轴4中间断开,且断开处两端分别与编码器7的转轴10两头共中心轴连接。
外壳1内设有数据采集卡、单片机11,外壳1侧壁上设有显示器12,编码器7信号输出端通过数据采集卡与单片机11连接,显示器12与单片机11连接。

1.一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:包括外壳和设置在外壳中的两组热双金属,两组热双金属分别为螺旋柱状结构,该螺旋柱状结构使热双金属中心轴向一端固定且热双金属整体受热膨胀时,热双金属中心轴向另一端自转,两组热双金属共中心轴,两组热双金属彼此远离的一端分别固定、彼此相对的一端自转方向相反,两组热双金属在彼此相对的一端之间固定连接有连接轴,连接轴与两组热双金属共中心轴,外壳内还设有测量连接轴转动角度的角度测量装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可测量温差的双金属温度计,其特征在于:所述角度测量装置为固定在连接轴上随连接轴转动的指针,以及配合指针的刻度。
