Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能循环风家电制冷装置,包括箱体,所述箱体设有制冷室和电器室,所述电器室内安装有控制器,所述控制器控制连接有制冷机构,所述制冷室内设有循环夹套,所述循环夹套内还设有循环风扇;所述循环夹套开设有与所述制冷室连通的出风口和回风口,所述出风口的两侧设有若干成组设置的调节销,每组所述调节销之间连接有出风调节挡板,所述调节销传动连接有调节马达;所述制冷室内纵向设有若干温度传感器,所述温度传感器的信号输出端连接所述控制器,所述控制器控制连接所述调节马达。本发明合理导流循环冷风,提高制冷效率,缩短制冷时间,有利于节约电能,降低使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家电制冷装置,尤其涉及一种智能循环风家电制冷装置。
背景技术
家用制冷电器如冰箱、冰柜等能够使食物或其他物品保持恒定低温冷态,以保持食物或其他物品的新鲜,延长保存时间。但是现有制冷家电循环风设置不够智能,制冷风不能够被充分利用,导致制冷时间长,制冷效率低,造成了能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明提供一种智能循环风家电制冷装置,合理导流循环冷风,提高制冷效率,缩短制冷时间,有利于节约电能,降低使用成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种智能循环风家电制冷装置,包括箱体,所述箱体设有前后间隔设置的制冷室和电器室,所述电器室内安装有控制器,所述控制器控制连接有位于所述制冷室和所述电器室之间的制冷机构,所述箱体的前部设有箱前门,所述制冷室内设有循环夹套,所述制冷机构包括安装在所述电器室内的压缩机、冷凝器、毛细管和干燥过滤器,所述制冷机构还包括安装在所述循环夹套内的蒸发器,所述循环夹套内还设有循环风扇;
所述循环夹套的上部和下部分别开设有与所述制冷室连通的出风口和回风口,所述出风口的两侧设有若干成组设置的调节销,每组所述调节销之间连接有出风调节挡板,所述调节销传动连接有调节马达;
所述制冷室内纵向设有若干温度传感器,所述温度传感器的信号输出端连接所述控制器,所述控制器控制连接所述调节马达。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述循环夹套的底部设有用于放置所述蒸发器的蒸发室,所述蒸发室下部开设有所述回风口,所述蒸发室的上方连接有向上延伸的走风室,所述走风室的上部开设有所述出风口。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述循环夹套内设有位于循环风扇上方的活性炭吸附盘。
作为对上述技术方案的更进一步改进,所述循环夹套上设有位置与所述活性炭吸附盘对应的取放门。
作为对上述技术方案的特别进一步改进,所述循环风扇的数量为并列设置的2个。
作为对上述技术方案的尤其进一步改进,所述出风调节挡板横向设置。
作为对上述技术方案的尤其进一步改进,所述温度传感器的数量至少5个。
作为对上述技术方案的尤其进一步改进,所述调节销的转动幅度为30°~150°。
由于采用了上述技术方案,若干温度传感器用来检测制冷室内的温度,并将温度信号传递到控制器,控制器控制调节马达动作,驱动带动调节销转动,实现出风调节挡板的角度调节,使制冷风吹向温度最高的区域,即温度信号最高的温度传感器的方向,实现循环冷风的最优利用。本发明合理导流循环冷风,提高制冷效率,缩短制冷时间,有利于节约电能,降低使用成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,一种智能循环风家电制冷装置,包括箱体1,箱体1设有前后间隔设置的制冷室12和电器室13,电器室13内安装有控制器4,控制器4控制连接有位于制冷室12和电器室13之间的制冷机构,箱体1的前部设有箱前门11,制冷室12内设有循环夹套2,制冷机构包括安装在电器室13内的压缩机51、冷凝器52、毛细管53和干燥过滤器54,制冷机构还包括安装在循环夹套2内的蒸发器55,循环夹套2内还设有循环风扇21;
循环夹套2的上部和下部分别开设有与制冷室12连通的出风口22和回风口23,出风口22的两侧设有若干成组设置的调节销31,每组调节销31之间连接有出风调节挡板32,调节销31传动连接有调节马达(图中未示出);
制冷室12内纵向设有若干温度传感器24,温度传感器24的信号输出端连接控制器4,控制器4控制连接调节马达。控制器4对于本领域技术人员来说为公知技术,其具体结构和工作原理在此不再赘述。
若干温度传感器24用来检测制冷室12内的温度,并将温度信号传递到控制器4,控制器4控制调节马达动作,驱动带动调节销31转动,实现出风调节挡板32的角度调节,使制冷风吹向温度最高的区域,即温度信号最高的温度传感器24的方向,实现循环冷风的最优利用。
循环夹套2的底部设有用于放置蒸发器55的蒸发室25,蒸发室25下部开设有回风口23,蒸发室25的上方连接有向上延伸的走风室26,走风室26的上部开设有出风口22,上述结构便于制冷风的循环。
循环夹套2内设有位于循环风扇21上方的活性炭吸附盘27,活性炭吸附盘27能够祛除制冷室12内的异味,而且确保吹入制冷室12内的气体全过滤。
循环夹套2上设有位置与活性炭吸附盘27对应的取放门28,上述结构方便取放活性炭吸附盘27。
循环风扇21的数量为并列设置的2个,确保循环风的效果。
出风调节挡板32横向设置,便于配合若干温度传感器24调节,实现调节出风调节挡板32朝向温度信号最高的温度传感器24的方向。
温度传感器24的数量至少5个,上述结构便于温度检测的准确。
调节销31的转动幅度为30°~150°,上述结构能够实现出风调节挡板32大角度调节。
本实施例合理导流循环冷风,提高制冷效率,缩短制冷时间,有利于节约电能,降低使用成本。

1.一种智能循环风家电制冷装置,包括箱体,所述箱体设有前后间隔设置的制冷室和电器室,所述电器室内安装有控制器,所述控制器控制连接有位于所述制冷室和所述电器室之间的制冷机构,其特征在于:所述箱体的前部设有箱前门,所述制冷室内设有循环夹套,所述制冷机构包括安装在所述电器室内的压缩机、冷凝器、毛细管和干燥过滤器,所述制冷机构还包括安装在所述循环夹套内的蒸发器,所述循环夹套内还设有循环风扇;
所述循环夹套的上部和下部分别开设有与所述制冷室连通的出风口和回风口,所述出风口的两侧设有若干成组设置的调节销,每组所述调节销之间连接有出风调节挡板,所述调节销传动连接有调节马达;
所述制冷室内纵向设有若干温度传感器,所述温度传感器的信号输出端连接所述控制器,所述控制器控制连接所述调节马达。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述循环夹套的底部设有用于放置所述蒸发器的蒸发室,所述蒸发室下部开设有所述回风口,所述蒸发室的上方连接有向上延伸的走风室,所述走风室的上部开设有所述出风口。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述循环夹套内设有位于循环风扇上方的活性炭吸附盘。
4.如权利要求3所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述循环夹套上设有位置与所述活性炭吸附盘对应的取放门。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述循环风扇的数量为并列设置的2个。
6.如权利要求1所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述出风调节挡板横向设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述温度传感器的数量至少5个。
8.如权利要求1至7任一项所述的智能循环风家电制冷装置,其特征在于:所述调节销的转动幅度为30°~150°。
