Description

Serial access type stereo garage, vehicle storage method and vehicle picking method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stereo garages, in particular to a serial access type stereo garage, a vehicle storing method and a vehicle picking method thereof.
Background
The electric automobile time-sharing leasing service brings convenience to the travel of people to a certain extent, but the problem of difficult parking, especially in urban areas of large cities, is particularly prominent in the modern society. The market is in urgent need of large-scale stereo garage suitable for time-sharing renting automobiles. The existing stereo garage is divided into nine major categories, specifically: lifting and transverse moving, simple lifting, vertical circulation, horizontal circulation, multilayer circulation, plane movement, tunnel stacking, vertical lifting and special lifting machine for automobiles. The 4 types of garages are the most typical garages, the most adopted in the market, the highest market share and the most suitable for large-scale development.
Some of the current chinese patent documents disclose some stereo garage concepts proposed by the inventors, such as the following publication nos.: the three-dimensional garages of CN102277995A and CN102345403A are cylindrical tower-type garages, and each layer is provided with 6-12 parking spaces distributed radially. These garages all belong to garages with rotating means. The stereo garage can solve the problem of difficult parking in downtown areas to a certain extent, effectively improves the land utilization rate, but still has some less ideal places. For a parking without a rotating device, since the automobile can be aligned to a parking space through a series of steering operations, for a general car, the minimum turning diameter is about 10-12m, so that enough space must be reserved in the garage for the automobile to turn, which can obviously greatly increase the occupied area of the garage and cause land waste. For the stereo garage with the rotating device, as the mounting device is arranged on the elevator, not only is the automobile inconvenient to drive in and drive out and is easy to collide, but also the parking spaces of each layer of the cylindrical tower type garage proposed in the published literature are distributed in a radial manner, the utilization rate of the actual space is still low, and the requirement of urban parking can not be met. And as for the stereo garage with the publication number of CN103362339B, the multi-layer tower body, the winch lifting system and the lifting conveyor which are formed by the frame structures are used for greatly improving the utilization rate of the actual space, but because one lifting conveyor needs to bear the functions of parking and picking up vehicles at the same time, the efficiency of parking and picking up vehicles is limited, and the multi-layer tower body is not suitable for the situation that the picking up vehicles in a time-sharing leasing scene is not necessarily required to be completely selected.
Therefore, the invention provides the stereo garage suitable for the automobile leasing requirement.

Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a first serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. Fig. 2 to 4 are schematic views of a process of conveying and storing vehicles by matching a lifting mechanism with a vehicle storage platform in a first serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a first serial access type stereo garage 10 of the present invention includes: a multi-layer parking platform and a lifting mechanism. Each deck includes at least one horizontally disposed conveyor track having a surface with a plurality of storage locations for a plurality of inventory vehicles 12 to be parked in succession. The conveyor belt 3 in this embodiment adopts a linear conveyor belt, and the conveying direction of the linear conveyor belt is on the same line as the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 2, but not limited thereto. The lifting mechanism is positioned at one end of the linear conveying crawler belt. The lifting mechanism passes through each layer of car storage platform along a vertical lifting channel respectively, the lifting mechanism comprises a conveying belt 2 which is horizontally arranged, the conveying belt 2 is respectively adjacent to a conveying crawler 3 of each layer of car storage platform, and the conveying direction of the conveying belt 2 points to the conveying crawler. The lifting mechanism can be used as the only carrying device for vehicles to enter and exit the stereo garage. The continuous parking of the stock vehicles 12 in the present invention means that the gap between the stock vehicles 12 on the conveyor track 3 is very small, and the gap between adjacent stock vehicles 12 is usually in the range of 5-10cm, but is not limited thereto. This close arrangement is far less than existing parking schemes.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, when the elevating mechanism is matched with the parking platform to convey the deposit vehicle, the deposit vehicle 11 is parked on the conveyor belt 2 of the elevating mechanism, and the stock vehicle 12 is parked on the conveyor track 3 of the parking platform. The conveyor belt 2 of the lifting mechanism abuts against the conveyor track 3 of the parking platform and at the same time starts a rotation at the same speed in the same direction for transporting the deposit vehicles 11 on the conveyor belt 2 onto the conveyor track 3 of the parking platform. After the conveyance, the vehicle 11 is stored and converted into the stock vehicle 12.
The serial access type stereo garage adopts the steps that the stock vehicles are continuously and tightly parked, and a continuous stock vehicle serial section B is formed on each conveying crawler belt 3. And only the stock vehicles at both ends of the stock vehicle serial section B in each deck can be carried out by the lifting mechanism when being moved to the end of the conveyor belt 3, the rest of the stock vehicles in the stock vehicle serial section B (rest of the stock vehicles between the stock vehicles at both ends in the stock vehicle serial section B) cannot be taken out at any time.
Unlike available parking spaces, the stereo garage of the present invention adopts serial parking spaces. The invention relates to a stereo garage matched with time-sharing leasing of electric vehicles, wherein stock vehicles 12, deposit vehicles 11 and the like in the stereo garage are one or two types of vehicles meeting unified standards, but the invention is not limited to the above. Therefore, when the user takes the car, the stereo garage only needs to select one of the inventory vehicles 12 meeting the requirements at one end or two ends of the inventory vehicle serial section B as the car rented to the customer. The construction requirements for the vast majority of the stock vehicles 12 need not be kept ready for removal, so the construction of the stereo garage is greatly simplified, enabling more vehicles to be parked in a limited area or space. In the stereo garage, the number of parked vehicles is about 1.5 times of that of a conventional parking lot in the same area.
Unlike the present invention, it is: in the existing parking garage, because the private cars are accessed by customers, each private car and each parking space must be kept in a state of being accessed at any time, the mechanical grippers, the carrying carrier plates and other matched machines are required to be arranged, and the distance between the cars is required to be larger than 50cm for facilitating the operation of the access machines, so that the space utilization rate is limited. Obviously, the existing parking garage serving private cars cannot adopt the structure of the serial access type stereo garage.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a first serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention for parking a vehicle. As shown in fig. 5, the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention may be a three-layer garage based on the ground, wherein a first layer which is level with the ground is used as an exit or an entrance, and the deposited vehicles 11 entering the garage are transported to the conveyor tracks 3 of any one of the first layer, the second layer or the third layer, and become the stock vehicles 12. In other variations, the serial access type stereo garage of the present invention is not necessarily completely built above the ground, but may have one or two layers of parking platforms below the ground (e.g., the underground first layer, the underground second layer, etc.), so as to reduce the height of the serial access type stereo garage, but not limited thereto. The projections of each layer of parking platform on the ground in the serial access type stereo garage are respectively overlapped, namely, the shapes and the sizes of the parking platforms on each layer are the same, so that the volume of the stereo garage is further controlled, and the stereo garage is convenient to be arranged in a crowded city.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a first modification of the first serial access stereo garage according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in a modification, the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention may also be a four-layer garage based on the ground, the first layer that is flush with the ground is used as an outlet or an inlet, the rest of the first layer is provided with common parking spaces, the distance between adjacent common parking spaces is a conventional distance, which is greater than the distance between vehicles of other layers in the present invention, and the second layer, the third layer and the fourth layer are all structures in which the conveying crawler 3 is matched with the conveyor belt 2 of the lifting mechanism. Therefore, the serial access type stereo garage can have a conventional parking space and a serial access type parking space, but is not limited to the conventional parking space. In other variations, the serial access type stereo garage of the present invention may include a plurality of parking spaces that can be accessed independently at any time and a plurality of parking spaces that can be accessed in series, but is not limited thereto.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a second modification of the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, in a modification, a limit boss 6 for limiting the inventory vehicle 12 is provided on the conveyor track 3 of the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention, the limit boss 6 may be used to limit the wheel position of the inventory vehicle 12, and the limit bosses 6 are disposed in parallel along the length direction of the inventory vehicle 12, so as to prevent the inventory vehicle 12 from sideslip and collision when the conveyor track 3 rolls.
Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic diagrams of a third modification of the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, in a modification, the lifting mechanism of the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention includes a conveyor belt 2 and a lifting bearing plate 7, where the conveyor belt 2 moves between a first position (fig. 8) and a second position (fig. 9) on the upper surface of the lifting bearing plate 7, and the second position (fig. 9) is located on one side of the lifting bearing plate 7 adjacent to the conveyor track of each layer of the parking platform. The first position (fig. 8) is located in the center of the lifting bearing plate 7, and when the conveyor belt 2 is in the first position, the edge of the conveyor belt 2 adjacent to the conveyor belt 3 keeps a certain distance D from the conveyor belt 3, so as to avoid the conveyor belt 2 touching the conveyor belt 3 in the process of lifting up and down. After the lifting mechanism finishes vertical lifting and is stopped, the conveyor belt 2 moves horizontally from the first position to the second position on the upper surface of the lifting bearing plate 7 with the storage vehicle 11. In the second position, at least part of the conveyor belt 2 is beyond the boundary of the lifting carrier plate 7, the conveyor belt 2 is adjacent to but not in contact with the conveyor belt, and the distance between the edge of the conveyor belt 2 abutting the conveyor belt 3 and the conveyor belt 3 is almost zero, so that a storage vehicle 11 on the conveyor belt 2 can be handled smoothly to the conveyor belt 3.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a fourth modification of the first serial access stereo garage of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, in a modification, the lifting mechanism of the first serial access type stereo garage of the present invention may also include a lifting mechanism and two conveyor belts 3, wherein the conveyor belt 2 of the lifting mechanism may convey vehicles to the conveyor belts 3 on both sides thereof, and the conveying directions of the conveyor belts 3 and the conveyor belts 2 are the same. On this basis, it is also within the scope of the present invention to provide a plurality of conveyor tracks 3 and a modified structure of the conveyor belt 2.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a second serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, a second serial access type stereo garage 20 of the present invention includes: a multi-layer vehicle storage platform and two lifting mechanisms. Each deck includes a horizontally disposed conveyor track 3 having a surface with a plurality of storage locations for a plurality of inventory vehicles 12 to be parked in succession. The conveyor belt 3 in this embodiment adopts a linear conveyor belt, and the conveying direction of the linear conveyor belt is on the same line as the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 2, but not limited thereto. The lifting mechanisms are respectively positioned at two ends of the linear conveying crawler belt. In one embodiment, a first lifting mechanism with a first conveyor belt 21 may be used as a handling device for vehicles entering and exiting the stereo garage, and a second lifting mechanism with a second conveyor belt 22 may also be used as a handling device for vehicles entering and exiting the stereo garage, in order to obtain a flexible layout. In another embodiment, the first lifting mechanism with the first conveyor belt 21 can be used as a carrying device for vehicles entering the stereo garage, and the second lifting mechanism with the second conveyor belt 22 can also be used as a carrying device for vehicles leaving the stereo garage, so that the safety of the stereo garage is further improved by separating the entrance and exit of the stereo garage.
Fig. 12 to 17 are schematic views showing a process of conveying a second serial access type stereo garage of the present invention from a first conveyor to a vehicle. When the deposit vehicle 11 approaches the entrance a, the first elevating mechanism with the first conveyor belt 21 descends to reach the entrance. The deposit vehicle 11 enters the first conveyor belt 21 of the lifting mechanism and the user then leaves the deposit vehicle 11. The lift mechanism brings the deposit vehicle 11 to the second deck parking platform. The conveyor belt 3 of the second deck rotates in synchronization with the first conveyor belt 21, and the deposit vehicle 11 is laterally transported from the first conveyor belt 21 to the conveyor belt 3 of the second deck. The deposit vehicle 11 becomes the stock vehicle 12 of the second deck after the deposit is completed.
Fig. 18 to 20 are schematic views showing a process of transporting and taking out vehicles from the second conveyor belt in the second serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. When the extracted vehicle 13 at the end of the stock vehicle serial section B is to leave the stereo garage, the conveyor belt 3 of the second deck is rotated in synchronization with the first conveyor belt 21, and the extracted vehicle 13 is laterally carried from the conveyor belt 3 of the second deck to the second elevating mechanism having the second conveyor belt 22. The second elevating mechanism with the second conveyor belt 22 descends to the exit C, and then the user enters the takeout vehicle 13, and the takeout vehicle 13 exits the exit C.
The serial access type stereo garage disclosed by the invention has the problem that if vehicles are not parked continuously, namely, a plurality of empty parking spaces exist between two inventory vehicles, the plurality of parking spaces cannot be accessed because the stereo garage can be accessed only in series. The subsequent resetting work is complicated, so that the serial access type stereo garage can realize the best efficiency by meeting the requirement of continuous parking in use.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle storage method of the serial access type stereo garage, which adopts the serial access type stereo garage and comprises the following steps:
step 101: the storage vehicle 11 enters the conveyor belt 2 of the lifting mechanism from the entrance,
step 102: the lifting mechanism vertically moves to a parking platform of a certain vehicle to be parked; and
step 104: the deposit vehicle 11 is transferred from the conveyor belt 2 to the conveyor track 3.
Preferably, the following steps are further included between step 101 and step 102: step 103: the conveyor track conveys successive stock vehicles in the direction of the conveyor belt such that the 3 successive stock vehicles 12 on the conveyor track are adjacent to the deposit vehicles 11 on the conveyor belt 2; such that in step 104 the deposit vehicles 11 are continuously parked in the deposit space on the adjacent side of the continuous stock vehicle 12 on the conveyor belt 3.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle taking method of the serial access type stereo garage, which adopts the serial access type stereo garage and comprises the following steps:
step 201: in a certain deck of the parking platform, one vehicle located at both ends of a plurality of vehicles that are parked in succession serves as the takeout vehicle 13.
Step 202: the take-out vehicle 13 is conveyed from the conveyor track to the conveyor belt 2 of the lifting mechanism.
Step 203: the lifting mechanism is vertically displaced to the position of the outlet C.
Step 204: the take-out vehicle 13 is driven from the conveyor belt 2 out of the exit C.
Fig. 21 to 29 are schematic flow diagrams of a parking method of a second serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 21 to 29, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a parking method of a serial access type stereo garage, in which the second serial access type stereo garage is adopted, and the first lifting mechanism with the first conveyor belt 21 and the second lifting mechanism with the second conveyor belt 22 can be used as a carrying device for a vehicle entering the stereo garage, and in this embodiment, the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism are used to store one vehicle 11 into the stereo garage in sequence, respectively, and the method includes the following steps:
step 101: the first deposit vehicle 11 enters the conveyor belt 2 of the first lifting mechanism from a first entrance communicating with the first lifting mechanism. The user (driver) then leaves the first deposit vehicle 11, for whom the deposit has ended, and the subsequent steps are completed automatically by the stereo garage.
Step 102: the lifting mechanism vertically moves to a second-layer vehicle storage platform for the vehicle to be stored. The first elevating mechanism having the first conveyor belt 21 conveys the first deposit vehicle 11 to the side of the conveyor track 3 (refer to fig. 21).
Step 103: the conveyor track conveys the continuous inventory vehicle 12 in the direction of the conveyor belt 2 such that the continuous inventory vehicle 12 on the conveyor track is adjacent to the first deposit vehicle 11 on the conveyor belt 2 (see fig. 22 and 23). By step 103, it is ensured that during subsequent handling, no empty parking space exists between the first storage vehicle 11 and the stock vehicle 12, but the first storage vehicle is continuously parked in a tightly connected manner, so that the best operation efficiency is achieved.
Step 104: the first deposit vehicle 11 is conveyed from the conveyor belt 2 to the conveyor track, and the first deposit vehicle 11 is continuously parked at a deposit space on an adjacent side of the inventory vehicle 12 that is continuous on the conveyor track (refer to fig. 24 to 26). The parked first deposit vehicle 11 is used as a new stock vehicle 12 for the beginning of the conveyor track.
Step 105: the second deposit vehicle 11 enters the conveyor belt 2 of the second lifting mechanism from a second entrance communicating with the second lifting mechanism. The user (driver) then leaves the second deposit vehicle 11, for whom the deposit has ended, and the subsequent steps are completed automatically by the stereo garage.
Step 106: the lifting mechanism vertically moves to a second-layer vehicle storage platform for the vehicle to be stored. A second lifting mechanism with a second conveyor belt 22 carries a second deposit vehicle 11 to the side of the conveyor track 3.
Step 107: the conveyor track 3 conveys the continuous stock vehicle 12 in the direction of the conveyor belt 2 such that the continuous stock vehicle 12 on the conveyor track is adjacent to the second deposit vehicle 11 on the conveyor belt 2 (see fig. 27). By means of step 107, it is ensured that during subsequent handling, no empty parking spaces exist between the second storage vehicle 11 and the stock vehicle 12, but rather, the second storage vehicle is continuously parked in a tightly connected manner, so that the best operating efficiency is achieved.
Step 108: the second deposit vehicle 11 is conveyed from the conveyor belt 2 to the conveyor track, and the second deposit vehicle 11 is continuously parked at a storage space on an adjacent side of the inventory vehicle 12 that is continuous on the conveyor track (refer to fig. 28 and 29). The parked second deposit vehicle 11 is used as a new stock vehicle 12 for the beginning of the conveyor track.
Fig. 30 is a schematic diagram of a third serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention. Fig. 31 is a top view of a parking platform in a third serial access stereo garage of the present invention. As shown in fig. 30 and 31, a third serial access type stereo garage 30 of the present invention includes: a multi-layer parking platform and a lifting mechanism. Each deck of the parking platform comprises a horizontally arranged conveyor track 4, and a plurality of parking spaces for continuously parking a plurality of stock vehicles 12 are arranged on the surface of the conveyor track 4. The conveyor belt 4 is a sector conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt is a sector conveyor belt 5; when the conveyor belt 4 and the conveyor belt are layered, the conveyor belt 2 is formed by splicing the conveyor belt 4 and the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt 4 and the conveyor belt may rotate simultaneously at the same speed in a clockwise direction or simultaneously at the same speed in a counterclockwise direction. The lifting mechanism passes through each layer of the parking platform along a vertical lifting channel respectively, the lifting mechanism comprises a conveying belt 2 which is horizontally arranged, the conveying belt 2 is respectively adjacent to a conveying crawler 43 of each layer of the parking platform, and the conveying direction of the conveying belt 2 points to the conveying crawler 4. The lifting mechanism can be used as the only carrying device for vehicles to enter and exit the stereo garage.
Fig. 32 to 34 are schematic views showing a process of parking a third serial access type stereo garage according to the present invention into a vehicle. As shown in fig. 32 to 34, although the combination of the conveyor belt 4 and the conveyor belt 5 is endless, the above-described technical means can be implemented, and the deposit vehicle 11 on the conveyor belt 5 is carried onto the conveyor belt 4 by the counterclockwise synchronous rotation of the conveyor belt 4 and the conveyor belt 5. On the basis, the technical scheme of deforming the conveyor belt and the conveyor track into other shapes also falls within the protection scope of the invention.
The serial access type stereo garage and the vehicle storing method and the vehicle taking method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
(1) The multi-layer stereo garage is suitable for storing vehicles with fewer types of vehicle types in a leasing mode and without providing users with any option, and is particularly suitable for a long and narrow place capable of providing a row of storage space.
(2) The special port for storing and taking out can be adopted, so that the space for a driver to get on or off the vehicle is not required to be provided in the storing and conveying process, the vehicle distance is greatly shortened, the space utilization rate is greatly improved, and the storage cost of a bicycle is greatly reduced.
(3) Because the special vehicle is not required to be independently called, the space is not required to be reserved for shunting in the horizontal direction, the structure is simple, and the space is saved.
(4) Compared with a tower type stereo garage, at least one lifting mechanism is saved, and the device is mainly a transverse conveying device with less energy requirements, so that energy consumption is saved.
(5) The method is not limited to a car layer and a car entering layer, is suitable for different terrains, can be constructed in a local way, and increases applicable scenes.
In summary, the serial access type stereo garage, the parking method and the vehicle taking method thereof break through the thinking situation that each parking space in the traditional stereo garage needs to store and take vehicles in real time, and match the requirement of vehicle leasing, and provide the structure of the serial access type parking space, which has simple and reliable structure and high space utilization.
The foregoing is a further detailed description of the invention in connection with the preferred embodiments, and it is not intended that the invention be limited to the specific embodiments described. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several simple deductions or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these should be considered to be within the scope of the invention.
