Abstract

本发明是一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其组分按重量份数计包括如下成分:甲醛56‑72份,尿素28‑32份,间苯二酚3‑8份,羟基丙烯酸酯树脂5‑7份,三聚氰胺9‑12份,乌洛托品1‑2份,碱性催化剂1‑5份,氯化铵2‑4份,双氧水5‑10份,硅质石粉1‑3份,润湿剂0.5‑1.2份,消泡剂1‑2份,增粘剂2‑4份,去离子水15‑26份。本发明生产的胶粘剂不仅性能稳定,而且粘结强度高,固化后的胶膜不吸湿,且具有一定的柔韧性,以赋予砂布更好的使用性和适应性。胶粘剂的制备反应平稳,且易控制,树脂回收率也比较高,各项性能符合砂布用树脂胶粘剂及制造工艺的要求。

一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂以及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,具体的说是一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂以及制备方法。
背景技术
人类使用胶粘剂的历史是很悠久的几千年前,人们就已学会了把粘土、骨胶、淀粉、松脂等天然产物作胶粘剂使用;直到本世纪三十年代,为适应现代工业的需要,随着高分子材料的发展,出现了以合成胶粘剂为基材的新型胶粘剂。我国砂布用胶,长期停留在骨胶、皮胶等动物胶上,但随着生物工程的发展,动物胶的用途不断广大,价格也一涨再涨,从而导致了砂布成本的上涨。
通常制造干磨砂布用胶粘剂是沿用动物胶,这种动物胶砂布贮存中极易吸湿影响使用,随着对砂布质量和性能要求的提高,以及动物胶货源和价格的因素,采用脲醛树脂体系代替动物胶将具有广泛的应用前景,脲醛树脂的强度等性能优于动物胶甚至油漆。同时,动物胶使用时,生产上往往需加一定量的甲醛和苯酚,使生产环境恶化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种砂布用酚醛树脂的制备方法,不仅性能稳定,而且粘结强度高,固化后的胶膜不吸湿,且具有一定的柔韧性,以赋予砂布更好的使用性和适应性。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:提供一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其组分按重量份数计包括如下成分:甲醛56-72份,尿素28-32份,间苯二酚3-8份,羟基丙烯酸酯树脂5-7份,三聚氰胺9-12份,乌洛托品1-2份,碱性催化剂1-5份,氯化铵2-4份,双氧水5-10份,硅质石粉1-3份,润湿剂0.5-1.2份,消泡剂1-2份,增粘剂2-4份,去离子水15-26份。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:前述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,所述润湿剂为单油酸甘油酯,所述消泡剂为SPA-202;所述增粘剂为聚乙烯醇、改性玉米淀粉和醋酸乙烯脂乳液中的一种或几种;所述碱性催化剂是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钡、氢氧化钾、氨水、碳酸钠、硫酸钠中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,前述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在装有温度计、揽拌浆和冷凝器的反应罐中,根据配方将称取的甲醛、三聚氰胺、间苯二酚和去离子水一次投料加入反应罐中,然后用质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液将体系的PH值调至9.0-9.5,将原料尿素分成三份,其重量比按7:2:1计;搅拌反应10min后向罐内投入第一份尿素,然后升温至90-95℃搅拌反应;
搅拌反应20-25min后,使用质量分数30%的氯化铵溶液将反应罐内的体系PH值调至4.6-5.5,在弱酸性阶段进行缩合反应,10-15min后投入第二份原料尿素,保温反应20min后,向罐内添加羟基丙烯酸酯树脂、乌洛托品、润湿剂、消泡剂和增粘剂,当罐内的体系的粘度达到250-320cp时,即为反应终点;
当反应达到终点后,利用质量分数20%的氢氧化钠水溶液将体系的PH调节至7.5-8.0后补加第三份原料尿素,利用体系余温保温反应10-15min后,向罐内投入双氧水和硅质石粉,冷却至低于40℃后出料。
前述的布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,出料的脲醛胶粘剂的固含量大于75%,粘度1000-1500mpa.s。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明生产的胶粘剂不仅性能稳定,而且粘结强度高,固化后的胶膜不吸湿,且具有一定的柔韧性,以赋予砂布更好的使用性和适应性。胶粘剂的制备反应平稳,且易控制,树脂回收率也比较高,各项性能符合砂布用树脂胶粘剂及制造工艺的要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其组分按重量份数计包括如下成分:甲醛72份,尿素32份,间苯二酚8份,羟基丙烯酸酯树脂7份,三聚氰胺12份,乌洛托品2份,氢氧化钠5份,氯化铵4份,双氧水10份,硅质石粉3份,单油酸甘油酯1.2份,消泡剂SPA-202: 2份,聚乙烯醇4份,去离子水26份。
本实施例的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在装有温度计、揽拌浆和冷凝器的反应罐中,根据配方将称取的甲醛、三聚氰胺、间苯二酚和去离子水一次投料加入反应罐中,然后用质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液将体系的PH值调至9.5,将原料尿素分成三份,其重量比按7:2:1计;搅拌反应10min后向罐内投入第一份尿素,然后升温至95℃搅拌反应;
搅拌反应25min后,使用质量分数30%的氯化铵溶液将反应罐内的体系PH值调至5.5,在弱酸性阶段进行缩合反应,15min后投入第二份原料尿素,保温反应20min后,向罐内添加羟基丙烯酸酯树脂、乌洛托品、润湿剂、消泡剂和增粘剂,当罐内的体系的粘度达到320cp时,即为反应终点;
当反应达到终点后,利用质量分数20%的氢氧化钠水溶液将体系的PH调节至8.0后补加第三份原料尿素,利用体系余温保温反应15min后,向罐内投入双氧水和硅质石粉,冷却至低于40℃后出料,出料的脲醛胶粘剂的固含量大于75%,粘度1500mpa.s。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其组分按重量份数计包括如下成分:甲醛56份,尿素28份,间苯二酚3份,羟基丙烯酸酯树脂5份,三聚氰胺9份,乌洛托品1份,氢氧化钡1份,氯化铵2份,双氧水5份,硅质石粉1份,单油酸甘油酯0.5份,消泡剂SPA-202:1份,改性玉米淀粉2份,去离子水15份。
本实施例的的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在装有温度计、揽拌浆和冷凝器的反应罐中,根据配方将称取的甲醛、三聚氰胺、间苯二酚和去离子水一次投料加入反应罐中,然后用质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液将体系的PH值调至9.0-,将原料尿素分成三份,其重量比按7:2:1计;搅拌反应10min后向罐内投入第一份尿素,然后升温至90℃搅拌反应;
搅拌反应20min后,使用质量分数30%的氯化铵溶液将反应罐内的体系PH值调至4.6,在弱酸性阶段进行缩合反应,10min后投入第二份原料尿素,保温反应20min后,向罐内添加羟基丙烯酸酯树脂、乌洛托品、润湿剂、消泡剂和增粘剂,当罐内的体系的粘度达到250cp时,即为反应终点;
当反应达到终点后,利用质量分数20%的氢氧化钠水溶液将体系的PH调节至7.5后补加第三份原料尿素,利用体系余温保温反应15min后,向罐内投入双氧水和硅质石粉,冷却至低于40℃后出料,出料的脲醛胶粘剂的固含量大于75%,粘度1000mpa.s。
本实施例1-2与国内同类产品也进行了关键指标的对比,其对比结果如表1所示:

从上述结果看来,本发明的脲醛胶粘剂产品在关键指标上已经达到或超过了国外进口产品的性能,同时还能进一步提高砂布的强度,提高砂布的使用寿命。

Claims (6)

1.一种砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其特征在于:其组分按重量份数计包括如下成分:甲醛56-72份,尿素28-32份,间苯二酚3-8份,羟基丙烯酸酯树脂5-7份,三聚氰胺9-12份,乌洛托品1-2份,碱性催化剂1-5份,氯化铵2-4份,双氧水5-10份,硅质石粉1-3份,润湿剂0.5-1.2份,消泡剂1-2份,增粘剂2-4份,去离子水15-26份。
2.如权利要求1所述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为单油酸甘油酯,所述消泡剂为SPA-202。
3.如权利要求1所述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚乙烯醇、改性玉米淀粉和醋酸乙烯脂乳液中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述碱性催化剂是氢氧化钠、氢氧化钡、氢氧化钾、氨水、碳酸钠、硫酸钠中的一种或几种混合。
5.如权利要求1所述的砂布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
在装有温度计、揽拌浆和冷凝器的反应罐中,根据配方将称取的甲醛、三聚氰胺、间苯二酚和去离子水一次投料加入反应罐中,然后用质量分数为20%的氢氧化钠溶液将体系的PH值调至9.0-9.5,将原料尿素分成三份,其重量比按7:2:1计;搅拌反应10min后向罐内投入第一份尿素,然后升温至90-95℃搅拌反应;
搅拌反应20-25min后,使用质量分数30%的氯化铵溶液将反应罐内的体系PH值调至4.6-5.5,在弱酸性阶段进行缩合反应,10-15min后投入第二份原料尿素,保温反应20min后,向罐内添加羟基丙烯酸酯树脂、乌洛托品、润湿剂、消泡剂和增粘剂,当罐内的体系的粘度达到250-320cp时,即为反应终点;
当反应达到终点后,利用质量分数20%的氢氧化钠水溶液将体系的PH调节至7.5-8.0后补加第三份原料尿素,利用体系余温保温反应10-15min后,向罐内投入双氧水和硅质石粉,冷却至低于40℃后出料。
6.如权利要求5所述的布用脲醛胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:出料的脲醛胶粘剂的固含量大于75%,粘度1000-1500mpa.s。
