一种金属涂层配方及喷涂方法,包括如下两种在涂喷时独立使用的配方材料:白色涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙烯酸树酯15‑35,甲醚化氨基树酯8‑15;环氧树酯2‑15;聚酯树酯5‑15;密着剂1‑5;流平剂1‑5;钛白粉10‑40;慢干溶剂5‑15;亮光油涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙酸树酯15‑35;甲醚化氨基树酯10‑18;环氧树酯5‑15;聚酯树酯5‑20;密着剂1‑5;流平剂1‑8;稀释剂10‑30。采用上述材料多次喷涂和热固化在金属件的表面,可在涂布后的金属表面,使图像经过热升华转印后,呈现出高清图案。

一种金属涂层配方及喷涂方法
技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术,具体涉及一种金属涂层配方及喷涂方法。可在涂布后的金属平面,使图像经过热升华转印后,呈现出高清图案。
背景技术
在现有技术中,金属表面的涂层材料,由于其配方的问题,不能进行热升华转印;即使进行热转印。热转印表面的图像也不清晰,不能过长时间存放;容易出现受潮、变形、变色的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种金属涂层配方及喷涂方法,可使得金属表面具有防水/高清/抗紫外线/不退色的特性;且经过切割,可以以各种形状进行展示。
本涂层配方使金属平面可以进行热升华转印,转印后的图像具有高清(光泽度=110)/防水/抗酸碱/抗紫外线的特性。
提供一种金属涂层材料在金属表面进行喷涂的方法,包括如下步骤:
A1、对金属表面进行清洁处理;
A2、在金属表面,采用白色涂层材料进行第一次喷涂作业;
A3、喷涂后流平1分钟;
A4、采用白色涂层材料对金属构件进行第二次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1 分钟;
A5、将喷涂好第二次白色涂层金属件放进烤箱中,在100度温度的条件下进行固化;
A6、取出固化好的金属构件采用亮光油涂层材料进行第三次喷涂;流平1 分钟;
A7、采用亮光油涂层对金属构件进行第四次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1分钟;A8、将喷涂好的金属件再次放入烤箱进行固化,固化温度为200度;
还包括如下两种在涂喷时独立使用的配方材料:
1)白色涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙烯酸树酯 15-35,甲醚化氨基树酯8-15;环氧树酯2-15;聚酯树酯5-15;密着剂1-5;流平剂1-5;钛白粉10-40;慢干溶剂5-15;
2)亮光油涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙酸树酯 15-35;甲醚化氨基树酯10-18;环氧树酯5-15;聚酯树酯5-20;密着剂1-5;流平剂1-8;稀释剂10-30。
在上述金属涂层材料在金属表面进行喷涂的方法中,其中:
1)白色涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙烯酸树酯24;甲醚化氨基树酯12;环 氧树酯8;聚酯树酯10;密着剂3;流平剂3;钛白粉 30;慢干溶剂10;
2)亮光油涂层配方,由下列重量份的材料混合组成:热固型丙酸树酯28;甲醚化氨基树酯12;环氧树酯10;聚酯树酯15;密着剂3;流平剂4;稀释剂20。
本涂层配方及喷涂程序突破传统油漆厚度无法过厚的瓶颈(本配方涂层厚度可达到150um,传统油漆喷涂仅能达到40~50um),进而可将热升华油墨。进行最大程度转移至本发明的涂层上,进而更有效的将图像高清呈现。
具体实施方式
提供一种金属涂层材料在金属表面进行喷涂的方法,包括如下步骤:
A1、对金属表面进行清洁处理;
A2、在金属表面,采用白色涂层材料进行第一次喷涂作业;
A3、喷涂后流平1分钟;
A4、采用白色涂层材料对金属构件进行第二次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1 分钟;
A5、将喷涂好第二次白色涂层金属件放进烤箱中,在100度温度的条件下进行固化;
A6、取出固化好的金属构件采用亮光油涂层材料进行第三次喷涂;流平1 分钟;
A7、采用亮光油涂层对金属构件进行第四次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1分钟;A8、将喷涂好的金属件再次放入烤箱进行固化,固化温度为200度;
还包括如下两种在涂喷时独立使用的配方材料:

采用多次涂层,主要功能是可将金属原色覆盖。

1.一种金属涂层材料在金属表面进行喷涂的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A1、对金属表面进行清洁处理;
A2、在金属表面,采用白色涂层材料进行第一次喷涂作业;
A3、喷涂后流平1分钟;
A4、采用白色涂层材料对金属构件进行第二次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1分钟;
A5、将喷涂好第二次白色涂层金属件放进烤箱中,在100度温度的条件下进行固化;
A6、取出固化好的金属构件采用亮光油涂层材料进行第三次喷涂;流平1分钟;
A7、采用亮光油涂层对金属构件进行第四次喷涂作业;喷涂后流平1分钟;
A8、将喷涂好的金属件再次放入烤箱进行固化,固化温度为200度;
还包括如下两种在涂喷时独立使用的配方材料:
