Abstract
本发明提供了一种黄花鸢尾水培营养液,属于植物水培营养液配方。载体是蒸馏水,本发明的水培营养液,适用于适合黄花鸢尾生长气温的室内外培养中,满足了黄花鸢尾生长过程中所需的营养成分,并平衡了黄花鸢尾在培养过程中对所需常量营养成分和微量营养成分的需求,避免了黄花鸢尾在水培过程中出现根部腐烂、霉变以及叶片枯黄生长不良,并且水质随之恶化,进一步影响水培植物的生长及其观赏价值的发生。

技术领域
本发明属于植物水培营养液配方,特别是涉及一种专用于黄花鸢尾的水培营养液。
技术背景
黄花鸢尾(学名:Iris wilsonii C.H.Wright),多年生,沼生、湿生或浅水生草本,花黄色,直径6-7厘米;果椭圆状柱形,长3-4厘米;种子棕褐色,扁平,半圆形。花期5-6月,果期7-8月。花朵较大,花期长。黄花鸢尾的叶片翠绿挺拔,花葶高矮适中,花的色彩艳丽而大型,如飞燕群飞起舞,靓丽无比,极富情趣,全株均可供观赏,尤其是花果期更为娇艳美丽。可栽培于园林中的池畔河边、水榭旁、人工湖的浅水处或浅水区、池塘边的湿地,既可观叶,亦可观花,是观赏价值很高的水生植物。如点缀在水边的石旁岩边,更是风韵优雅,清新自然。更为重要的是可以净化改良水质。
水培是一种植物无土栽培方式,其核心是将植物根茎置于营养液内并使根系在营养液自然生长,这种营养液能代替自然土壤,并向植物体提供水分、营养物质、温度等生长因素,使植物能够正常生长并完成其整个生命周期。采用这种无土栽培技术培育出来的水培植物具有清洁卫生、格调高雅、观赏性强、环保无污染等优点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种专用黄花鸢尾的水培营养液。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种黄花鸢尾水培营养液,该黄花鸢尾水培营养液中的各组分按以下配比制成,载体是蒸馏水:
Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:260-300mg/L、KH2PO4:140-180mg/L、KNO3:130-150mg/L、NH4NO3:70-95mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:85-110mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:11-14mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.01-0.02mg/L、KI::0.55-0.80mg/L、H3BO3:0.35-0.50mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.20-0.40mg/L、ZnCl2:0.15-0.25mg/L、KMnO4:0.3-0.5mg/L。
以上所述黄花鸢尾水培营养液用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节pH值为7.5-8.5。
该黄花鸢尾水培营养液各组分的最佳优选配比:
优选配比1:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:285mg/L、KH2PO4:165mg/L、KNO3:140mg/L、NH4NO3:85mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:95mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:13mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.015mg/L、KI::0.65mg/L、H3BO3:0.45mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.3mg/L、ZnCl2:0.2mg/L、KMnO4:0.4mg/L。
优选配比2:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:260mg/L、KH2PO4:140mg/L、KNO3:130mg/L、NH4NO3:70mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:85mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:11mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.01mg/L、KI::0.55mg/L、H3BO3:0.35mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.2mg/L、ZnCl2:0.15mg/L、KMnO4:0.3mg/L。
优选配比3:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:300mg/L、KH2PO4:180mg/L、KNO3:150mg/L、NH4NO3:95mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:110mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:14mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.02mg/L、KI::0.8mg/L、H3BO3:0.5mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.4mg/L、ZnCl2:0.25mg/L、KMnO4:0.5mg/L。
本发明有益效果:
本发明的水培营养液,适用于适合黄花鸢尾生长气温的室内外培养中,满足了黄花鸢尾生长过程中所需的营养成分,并平衡了黄花鸢尾在培养过程中对所需常量营养成分和微量营养成分的需求,避免了黄花鸢尾在水培过程中出现根部腐烂、霉变以及叶片枯黄生长不良,并且水质随之恶化,进一步影响水培植物的生长及其观赏价值的发生。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
配制100L用于黄花鸢尾水培营养液:
1.称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:26g溶于3L蒸馏水中得母液a;
2.称取KH2PO4:14g、KNO3:13g、NH4NO4:7g、MgSO4·7H2O:8.5g、FeSO4·7H2O:1.1g溶于3L蒸馏水中得母液b;
3.称取CuSO4·5H2O:0.001g、KI::0.055g、H3BO3:0.035g、MnSO4·H2O:0.02g、ZnCl2:0.015g、KMnO4:0.03g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;
4.首先向水培营养液容器中加入50L的蒸馏水,将母液a加入容器中,搅拌均匀,再加入母液b、母液c,搅拌;
5.加入蒸馏水,至总量的5/6时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节pH值为7.5,定容至100L。
实施例2:
配制200L用于黄花鸢尾水培营养液:
1.称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:60g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液a;
2.称取KH2PO4:36g、KNO3:30g、NH4NO4:19g、MgSO4·7H2O:22g、FeSO4·7H2O:2.8g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液b;
3.称取CuSO4·5H2O:0.004g、KI::0.16g、H3BO3:0.1g、MnSO4·H2O:0.08g、ZnCl2:0.05g、KMnO4:0.1g溶于2L蒸馏水中得母液c;
4.首先向水培营养液容器中加入100L的蒸馏水,将母液a加入容器中,搅拌均匀,再加入母液b、母液c,搅拌;
5.加入蒸馏水,至总量的5/6时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节pH值为8.5,定容至200L。

1.一种黄花鸢尾水培营养液,该黄花鸢尾水培营养液中的各组分按以下配比制成,载体是蒸馏水:
Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:260-300mg/L、KH2PO4:140-180mg/L、KNO3:130-150mg/L、NH4NO3:70-95mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:85-110mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:11-14mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.01-0.02mg/L、KI::0.55-0.80mg/L、H3BO3:0.35-0.50mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.20-0.40mg/L、ZnCl2:0.15-0.25mg/L、KMnO4:0.3-0.5mg/L;
以上所述黄花鸢尾水培营养液用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节pH值为7.5-8.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄花鸢尾水培营养液,其特征在于:优选配比为:
Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:285mg/L、KH2PO4:165mg/L、KNO3:140mg/L、NH4NO3:85mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:95mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:13mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.015mg/L、KI::0.65mg/L、H3BO3:0.45mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.3mg/L、ZnCl2:0.2mg/L、KMnO4:0.4mg/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黄花鸢尾水培营养液,其特征在于:优选配比为:
Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:300mg/L、KH2PO4:180mg/L、KNO3:150mg/L、NH4NO3:95mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:110mg/L;FeSO4·7H2O:14mg/L、CuSO4·5H2O:0.02mg/L、KI::0.8mg/L、H3BO3:0.5mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.4mg/L、ZnCl2:0.25mg/L、KMnO4:0.5mg/L。
4.一种配制如权利要求1所述的黄花鸢尾水培营养液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:26g溶于3L蒸馏水中得母液a;
B称取KH2PO4:14g、KNO3:13g、NH4NO4:7g、MgSO4·7H2O:8.5g、FeSO4·7H2O:1.1g溶于3L蒸馏水中得母液b;
C称取CuSO4·5H2O:0.001g、KI::0.055g、H3BO3:0.035g、MnSO4·H2O:0.02g、ZnCl2:0.015g、KMnO4:0.03g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;
D首先向水培营养液容器中加入50L的蒸馏水,将母液a加入容器中,搅拌均匀,再加入母液b、母液c,搅拌;
E加入蒸馏水,至总量的5/6时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节pH值为7.5,定容至100L。
