Abstract
The invention relates to a wall-type folding chair for a cylindrical wall manned container, which comprises a chair back, wherein the upper end of the chair back is connected with the cylindrical wall through a first rotating part, the lower end of the chair back is connected with a chair surface through a second rotating part, a supporting part is arranged between the chair back and the cylindrical wall, the supporting part comprises a supporting rod and a guide rod, one end of the supporting rod is rotatably connected to the cylindrical wall, the other end of the supporting rod can slide along the guide rod, and the guide rod is fixed on two side surfaces of the chair back; when the chair back slides up and down along the chair back, the chair back is far away from or close to the cylinder wall by taking the first rotating part shaft of the chair back and the cylinder wall as the shaft, and the chair surface is far away from or close to the chair back by taking the second rotating part shaft as the shaft; the cylinder wall, the supporting rod and the chair back form a triangle; the lower end of the chair back is provided with a support seat which limits the chair surface. The arrangement of the first blade and the second blade increases the stability of connection, and can play a supporting role when the chair surface and the chair back form a certain angle.
In order to facilitate rapid storage after use, a first limiting protrusion is arranged in the first pipe part, and a second limiting protrusion is arranged in the second pipe part; a torsion spring is arranged between the rotating shaft and the first and second pipe parts, two movable ends of the torsion spring are fixed on the adjacent first and second limit protrusions, and the torsion spring is in a non-deformation state when the chair surface is attached to the chair back.
When the chair surface is opened relative to the chair back, the torsion spring is stressed to deform, and after the chair surface is used, the torsion spring drives the chair surface and the chair back to be closed again for recovering the deformation, so that the chair surface is rapidly stored.
The support comprises a vertical plate connected with the chair back and a transverse plate transversely connected to the lower end of the vertical plate, so that the support forms an L-shaped plate.
The angle between the vertical plate and the transverse plate can be 90 degrees, 120 degrees, 150 degrees and the like, and the angle between the supporting chair back and the cylinder wall needs to be determined according to the supporting rod, so that the level of the chair surface is ensured, and the comfort level of a user is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, this support may be replaced by a first rotation blocking piece disposed outside the first pipe portion, a second rotation blocking piece disposed outside the second pipe portion, and the two rotation blocking pieces are attached to prevent the rotation from continuing when the first pipe portion and the second pipe portion rotate with each other, and the weight borne by the seat surface is supported by the rotating shaft, and the angle between the two rotation blocking pieces is set according to the actual need, which is not limited herein.

In order to further increase the angular adjustment range of the chair back: the support rod comprises a plurality of sliding rods which are in sliding connection, the sliding rod at the front is sleeved in the sliding rod at the rear, the rear end of the sliding rod at the front is provided with a spring pin, and the spring pin is inserted into a pin hole at the front end of the sliding rod at the rear.

The design improves the comfort level of the user, and is more comfortable compared with the structure taking the cabin container wall as the chair back in the prior art.
