本发明涉及一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备与工艺。一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备,其特征是过滤总成中轴垂直固定在圆形底座的圆心,圆筒状机壳的下端面开口,圆筒状机壳垂直套在圆形底座上,轴流风机固定在圆筒状机壳內部上端面上,圆筒状机壳上端面开有出气口,圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口,进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网;过滤总成由框架,中轴,经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板构成;空气净化工艺如下述:空气穿过过滤网笫一次被过滤,空气再穿过光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板第二次被过滤,开启紫外光LED灯到设定时间关闭,光催化活性炭纤维板重新进入过滤状态。

本发明属环保领域,特别涉及一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备与工艺。
背景技术
活性炭纤维有良好吸附性,发明专利“一种可在线热处理的空气过滤设备与工艺”(201310052556.0)提供了一种吸附后脱附方法;为了进一步改善空气净化设备性能,本发明提出了一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备与工艺。
发明内容
一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备,由过滤总成,轴流风机,机壳,底座,紫外光LED灯柱构成,其特征是过滤总成中轴垂直固定在圆形底座的圆心,圆筒状机壳的下端面开口,圆筒状机壳垂直套在圆形底座上,轴流风机固定在圆筒状机壳內部上端面上,圆筒状机壳上端面开有出气口,圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口,进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网;过滤总成由框架,中轴,经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板构成,框架由16块带网孔的矩形框板围成截面为正8角星的柱状体,框架的正8角星状下截面封闭,框架的正8角星状上截面开有通气孔,框架的正8角星状上截面与轴流风机进气面连接,过滤总成中轴穿过正8角星状下截面中心与正8角星状上截面中心锁紧固定框架,过滤总成中轴下端垂直固定在圆形底座的圆心上,使框架垂直安装在圆形底座上,矩形经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板贴在带网孔的矩形框板上;8根紫外光LED灯柱均匀分佈在过滤总成正8角星的柱状体外,每兩角之间的空间1根紫外光LED灯柱,紫外光LED灯柱垂直固定在底座上。
利用带光催化功能的空气净化设备进行空气净化工艺如下述:
开动轴流风机,空气从圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口进入,穿过进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网笫一次被过滤,空气再穿过光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板第二次被过滤,最后空气经轴流风机从圆筒状机壳上端面开有出气口排出;根据需要定时开启紫外光LED灯柱,紫外光激发活性炭纤维板上光催化功能,净化活性炭纤维板,开启紫外光LED灯到设定时间关闭,活性炭纤维板重新进入过滤状态;安装在进气口外面可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网,也应定时卸下清洗。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,但不是对本发明的一种限制。
一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备,由过滤总成(1),轴流风机(2),机壳(3),底座(4),紫外光LED灯柱(5)构成,其特征是过滤总成(1)中轴(1-6)垂直固定在圆形底座(4)的圆心,圆筒状机壳(3)的下端面开口,圆筒状机壳(3)垂直套在圆形底座(4)上,轴流风机(2)固定在圆筒状机壳(3)內部上端面上,圆筒状机壳(3)上端面开有出气口(3-2),圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口(3-3),进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1);过滤总成(1)由框架(1-1),中轴(1-6),经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)构成,框架(1-1)由16块带网孔的矩形框板(1-2)围成截面为正8角星的柱状体,框架的正8角星状下截面(1-5)封闭,框架的正8角星状上截面(1-4)开有通气孔,框架的正8角星状上截面(1-4)与轴流风机(2)进气面连接,过滤总成中轴(1-6)穿过正8角星状下截面(1-5)中心与正8角星状上截面(1-4)中心锁紧固定框架(1-1),过滤总成中轴(1-6)下端垂直固定在圆形底座(4)的圆心上,使框架(1-1)垂直安装在圆形底座(4)上,矩形经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)贴在带网孔的矩形框板(1-2)上;8根紫外光LED灯柱(5)均匀分佈在过滤总成(1)正8角星的柱状体外,每兩角之间的空间1根紫外光LED灯柱(5),紫外光LED灯柱(5)垂直固定在底座(4)上;
利用带光催化功能的空气净化设备进行空气净化工艺如下述:
开动轴流风机(2),空气从圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口(3-3)进入,穿过进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1)笫一次被过滤,空气再穿过光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)第二次被过滤,最后空气经轴流风机(2)从圆筒状机壳上端面开有出气口(3-2)排出;根据需要定时开启紫外光LED灯柱(5),紫外光激发活性炭纤维板(1-3)上光催化功能,净化活性炭纤维板(1-3),开启紫外光LED灯(5)到设定时间关闭,活性炭纤维板(1-3)重新进入过滤状态;安装在进气口(3-3)外面可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1),也应定时卸下清洗。

1.一种带光催化功能的空气净化设备,由过滤总成(1),轴流风机(2),机壳(3),底座(4),紫外光LED灯柱(5)构成,其特征是过滤总成(1)中轴(1-6)垂直固定在圆形底座(4)的圆心,圆筒状机壳(3)的下端面开口,圆筒状机壳(3)垂直套在圆形底座(4)上,轴流风机(2)固定在圆筒状机壳(3)內部上端面上,圆筒状机壳(3)上端面开有出气口(3-2),圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口(3-3),进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1);过滤总成(1)由框架(1-1),中轴(1-6),经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)构成,框架(1-1)由16块带网孔的矩形框板(1-2)围成截面为正8角星的柱状体,框架的正8角星状下截面(1-5)封闭,框架的正8角星状上截面(1-4)开有通气孔,框架的正8角星状上截面(1-4)与轴流风机(2)进气面连接,过滤总成中轴(1-6)穿过正8角星状下截面(1-5)中心与正8角星状上截面(1-4)中心锁紧固定框架(1-1),过滤总成中轴(1-6)下端垂直固定在圆形底座(4)的圆心上,使框架(1-1)垂直安装在圆形底座(4)上,矩形经光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)贴在带网孔的矩形框板(1-2)上;8根紫外光LED灯柱(5)均匀分佈在过滤总成(1)正8角星的柱状体外,每兩角之间的空间1根紫外光LED灯柱(5),紫外光LED灯柱(5)垂直固定在底座(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1,利用带光催化功能的空气净化设备进行空气净化工艺如下述:开动轴流风机(2),空气从圆筒状机壳侧面开有进气口(3-3)进入,穿过进气口外面装有可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1)笫一次被过滤,空气再穿过光催化表面攺性的活性炭纤维板(1-3)第二次被过滤,最后空气经轴流风机(2)从圆筒状机壳上端面开有出气口(3-2)排出;根据需要定时开启紫外光LED灯柱(5),紫外光激发活性炭纤维板(1-3)上光催化功能,净化活性炭纤维板(1-3),开启紫外光LED灯(5)到设定时间关闭,活性炭纤维板(1-3)重新进入过滤状态;安装在进气口(3-3)外面可方便拆卸清洗的空气过滤网(3-1),也应定时卸下清洗。
