本发明公开了一种振弦式血压测量仪,其包括:气袖带,压力传感器,放大器,隔直电路,电动气泵,泄气阀,报警提示电路,控制器,键盘,LCD显示器。气袖带经压力传感器、放大器后,一路直接送控制器A/D转换通道1,另一路经隔直后送控制器A/D转换通道2;控制器分别通过电动气泵和泄气阀连接气袖带;控制器还与报警提示电路、键盘和LCD显示器相连。测量仪以振弦式压力传感器来敏感袖带压力及血压振动波,血压测量时控制器采集并存储脉博跳动波及其对应的袖带压力,并由此计算出收缩压和舒张压,当高低血压超限时给出相应报警提示。该测量仪具有测量精度高,响应速度快,使用方便等优点。

一种振弦式血压测量仪
技术领域
本发明涉及单片机控制技术,传感器原理及应用,仪器仪表等技术领域,特别涉及一种振弦式血压测量仪。
背景技术
血压是反映心血管系统状态的重要的生理参数,对血压进行监测临床工作中变得越来越重要。血压的传统测量是采用水银血压计,手工操作,人眼观察,需要专业医务人员操作, 很不方便, 测量精度不高, 误差较大。现有的电子血压计常用的传感器是压电式压力传感器,测有心血管病的病人血压或测低压信号时性能稍差,故利用振弦式传感器原理,设计了一种新型的振弦式血压测量仪,内含单片机控制器,有液晶显示装置, 可以显示出收缩压和舒张压的大小,灵敏度高, 另外,还有血压超限报警。
发明内容
考虑到人们对低成本、高精度血压测量仪的需要,设计了一种振弦式血压测量仪。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种振弦式血压测量仪,其包括:气袖带,压力传感器,放大器,隔直电路,电动气泵,泄气阀,报警提示电路,控制器,键盘,LCD显示器;气袖带经压力传感器、放大器后,一路直接送控制器A/D转换通道1,另一路经隔直后送控制器A/D转换通道2;控制器分别通过电动气泵和泄气阀连接气袖带;控制器还与报警提示电路、键盘和LCD显示器相连。
优选的,测量仪以振弦式压力传感器来敏感袖带压力及血压振动波,血压测量时控制器采集并存储脉博跳动波及其对应的袖带压力,并由此计算出收缩压和舒张压,当高低血压超限时给出相应报警提示。
优选的,所述控制器为单片机芯片,具体型号选择AVR单片机ATmega16。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细介绍。
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种振弦式血压测量仪,其包括:1 气袖带,2 压力传感器,3 放大器,4 隔直电路,5 电动气泵,6 泄气阀,7 报警提示电路,8 控制器,9 键盘,10LCD显示器。气袖带经压力传感器、放大器后,一路直接送控制器A/D转换通道1,另一路经隔直后送控制器A/D转换通道2;控制器分别通过电动气泵和泄气阀连接气袖带;控制器还与报警提示电路、键盘和LCD显示器相连。测量仪以振弦式压力传感器来敏感袖带压力及血压振动波,血压测量时控制器采集并存储脉博跳动波及其对应的袖带压力,并由此计算出收缩压和舒张压,当高低血压超限时给出相应报警提示。该测量仪具有测量精度高,响应速度快,使用方便等优点。
主控制器模块———微控制器采用ATmega16为控制芯片,信号处理模块主要功能是脉搏波的判断和检测,主要分两步:第一步,对A/D采样的脉搏波信号进行低通滤波处理,排除因外界干扰造成的信号读数的误差;第二步,采用相关运算,最大程度地排除因手臂的运动造成的误差。在这基础上分析信号,得到波形的峰-峰值(判断收缩压,舒张压和平均压),得到每个脉搏波的时间(供心率的计算)。
袖带压力控制模块———由气袖带,电动气泵,电磁泄气阀构成。
键盘处理模块———判断键盘的当前状态(开/关电源、起动/停止测量、校准状态、记忆状态)执行相应的操作,如对血压计进行初始值的设定,主要包括起始加压值、每次的压力递增值和最高压力限制值。另外通过键盘设定血压计的工作参数,如输入标准血压值进行校准。
压力传感器模块———采用振弦式压力传感器,用来测量脉搏波的振幅及静态压力值。
数据采集模块———振动波和袖带静态压力分两路 A/D输入,其中振动波是袖带静态压力值(实际上是静态压力值与脉搏波的叠加)经隔直放大得到。所采集信号经放大后送 A/D1,作为静态血压信号;隔直后经再次放大后送 A/D2,作为振动波信号。采样后的信号经信号处理模块的处理,最终计算得到收缩压、舒张压和心率。
显示模块———通过接口驱动 14×4 段液晶显示器。显示模块显示3种信息:测量过程显示当前压力值、漏气速率;测量结束后分别以 mm Hg 和 Kpa 方式滚动显示收缩压、舒张压及心率;校准状态下显示当前压力值、漏气速率。

1.一种振弦式血压测量仪,其包括:气袖带,压力传感器,放大器,隔直电路,电动气泵,泄气阀,报警提示电路,控制器,键盘,LCD显示器;气袖带经压力传感器、放大器后,一路直接送控制器A/D转换通道1,另一路经隔直后送控制器A/D转换通道2;控制器分别通过电动气泵和泄气阀连接气袖带;控制器还与报警提示电路、键盘和LCD显示器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振弦式血压测量仪,其特征在于,测量仪以振弦式压力传感器来敏感袖带压力及血压振动波,血压测量时控制器采集并存储脉博跳动波及其对应的袖带压力,并由此计算出收缩压和舒张压,当高低血压超限时给出相应报警提示。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种振弦式血压测量仪,其特征在于,所述控制器为单片机芯片,具体型号选择AVR单片机ATmega16。
