A system for monitoring and using a network of imaging devices according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of image forming apparatuses installed at an arbitrary place so as to perform at least one of printing, copying, scanning, and facsimile functions; a management server capable of transmitting and receiving data; and an intelligent terminal installed with an application program for monitoring the image forming apparatus, wherein the image forming apparatus transmits its location information and status information to the management server in real time, the management server collects and stores the location information and the status information in real time and provides the location information and the status information to the intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal executes the application program, and the intelligent terminal displays the location information and the status information provided by the management server.

an intelligent terminal installed with an application program for monitoring an image forming apparatus, wherein the image forming apparatus transmits its location information and status information to the management server in real time, the management server collects and stores the location information and the status information in real time and provides the location information and the status information to the intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal executes the application program, the intelligent terminal displays the location information and the status information provided by the management server;
