背景技术
目前,对用于机动车辆的显示装置感兴趣,这些显示装置被实施为平视显示装置。这样的显示装置通常包括可以发射光的图像生成设备。此外,显示装置包括可以包括例如一个或多个镜的光学设备。通过该光学设备,由图像生成设备发射的光可以投射到显示元件上。显示元件具有半透明镜面。该半透明镜面可以例如通过机动车辆的风挡的区域被弄成是可用的。此外,已知显示装置具有单独的显示元件。这样的显示元件也可以被称为组合器,组合器镜或组合器屏幕。虚拟图像或虚拟显示可以通过将投影到显示元件上并从而被反射的信息与从显示元件后面的周围环境穿过显示元件发光的信息进行叠加被弄成是可用的。

在这方面,US 7 978 414B2描述了用于平视显示器的组合器的定位系统。定位系统布置在具有基板的框架上。此外,在框架内设置用于保持组合器的可移动的载体。载体可以在框架的第一端和框架的第二端之间移动,在所述第一端处所述组合器布置在存储位置中,在所述第二端处所述组合器布置在完全延伸的位置。
此外,EP 2 479 598 A1描述了一种用于平视显示器的定位系统,其包括可以通过移动机构在存储位置或使用位置之间移动的载体。此外,组合器布置在载体上。可以使用角度调节机构来设定组合器的倾斜角度。组合器的移动或组合器的倾斜角度可以通过驱动机构可选地设定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要指出如何更可靠地操作开始时提到的类型的显示装置特别是平视显示装置的解决方案。
根据本发明,该目的借助于显示装置,借助于机动车辆,并借助具有根据相应独立权利要求的特征的方法实现。本发明的有利实施例是从属权利要求、说明书和附图的主题。
根据本发明的用于机动车辆的显示装置包括镜设备,其具有带半透明镜面的显示元件。此外,显示装置包括驱动设备,通过该驱动设备,镜设备可以在存储位置和使用位置之间移动。此外,镜设备包括传感器设备,其被构造为在使用镜设备的位置检测施加到显示元件的力。
显示装置特别实施为所谓的平视显示装置。显示装置可以具有能够发光的图像生成设备。特别地,图像可以通过图像生成设备被弄成是可用的。由图像生成设备发出的光可以使用光学设备投射到镜设备的显示元件上。显示元件具有半透明镜面。显示元件可以例如由玻璃或塑料制成。显示元件也可以被称为组合器镜,组合器屏幕或组合器。因此,投射到显示元件上的光被反射到机动车辆的驾驶员的眼睛。此外,通过显示元件从显示元件后面的周围区域照射到驾驶员的光到达驾驶员的眼睛。虚拟图像或虚拟显示通过将穿过显示元件的光叠加在由显示元件反射的光上而对驾驶员是可用的。

此外,有利的是,如果传感器设备被构造为如果检测到的力超过预定阈值则输出控制信号。传感器设备可以具有例如其中存储用于力的阈值的存储元件。如果施加到显示元件的力超过该阈值,则可以由传感器设备输出相应的控制信号。由于控制信号,例如可以输出警告信号。在这种情况下,可以想到,声学的、光学的和/或触觉的警告信号被输出到机动车辆的驾驶员。因此,可以警告司机正在不正确地操作显示装置的事实。

在另一个实施例中,传感器设备被构造为检测在镜设备从存储位置移动到使用位置期间施加到显示元件的力。此外,传感器设备可以被构造为在检测镜设备从使用位置移动到存储位置期间施加到显示元件的力。因此,例如,可以检测在从存储位置移动到使用位置期间镜设备粘附。此外,存储在显示装置上的物体可以防止镜设备能够从存储位置移动到使用位置。可以使用传感器设备可靠地检测这种状态。
在一个实施例中,镜设备具有用于保持显示元件的保持元件,并且传感器设备至少部分地布置在显示元件和保持元件之间的中间空间中。在这种情况下,传感器设备可以布置在显示元件上。传感器设备也可以布置在保持元件上。保持元件可以至少部分地围绕显示元件。因此,可以用传感器设备检测保持元件的保持区域中的力。施加到显示元件的力可以通过由显示元件生成的较大的杠杆而被特别可靠地检测,由于在显示元件上的力的作用。
在另一改进中,镜设备具有连接到驱动设备并且耦连到保持元件的冲压元件,其中传感器设备至少部分地布置在保持元件和载体元件之间的中间空间中。在这种情况下,特别地,载体元件被固定地连接到驱动设备。驱动设备可以被实施为例如主轴驱动机构,其中驱动设备的主轴机械连接到载体元件。保持元件可以机械地连接到显示元件或组合器镜。传感器设备可以布置在保持元件和/或载体元件上。因此,可以检测到与保持元件机械耦连的显示元件上的力的作用。
在另一实施例中,镜设备具有弹簧元件,其中保持元件通过预应力弹簧元件相对于承载元件被安装。为了补偿部件公差和/或安装公差,镜设备具有弹簧元件。通过弹簧元件,可以消除机构中的任何游隙,从而防止在显示装置的操作期间生成任何噪音。通过使用传感器设备,也可以检测或导出通过弹簧元件可用的弹簧应力。
在另一改进中,显示装置具有壳体,其中在存储位置中,镜设备被布置在壳体内部,并且在使用位置,它至少部分地布置在壳体外部。在使用位置,镜设备位于显示装置的壳体内部。在使用位置,镜设备可以使用驱动设备移出壳体,结果是在使用位置,显示元件至少部分地布置在壳体的外部。此外,壳体可以具有盖元件,该盖元件在关闭位置处于镜设备的存储位置并且在打开位置位于镜设备的使用位置。因此,当镜设备位于存储位置时,壳体可以用盖元件关闭。如果镜设备从存储位置移动到使用位置,则盖元件可以从关闭位置移动到打开位置。通过驱动设备经由相应的动力件,可以将盖元件从关闭位置移动到打开位置,反之亦然。壳体保护所述镜设备,特别是显示元件防止污染和外部影响。
在另一个实施例中,镜设备具有一个支承元件,并且该壳体元件具有对应于该支承元件的对应支承元件,其中在镜设备的使用位置,该支承元件相对于该对应支承元件可旋转地安装。当镜设备从存储位置移动到使用位置时,镜设备的支承元件向上移动到壳体的对应支承元件上。镜设备的支承元件和壳体的相应的对应支承元件一起形成旋转支承元件。由此,在使用位置,镜设备可以旋转或倾斜。因此,布置在机动车辆中的显示装置中的镜设备可以设定到机动车辆的驾驶员的眼睛位置。
在另一改进中,驱动设备被构造成使镜设备在使用位置旋转。因此,在镜设备的使用位置,支承元件和相应的对应支承元件因此使旋转支承是可用的。如果在所述镜设备达到使用位置之后所述镜设备进一步通过驱动设备移动,则镜设备相对于壳体的旋转移动是可能的。因此,仅使用单个驱动设备,存储位置和使用位置之间的镜设备的移动和镜设备在使用位置的旋转成为可能。在这种情况下,支承元件,对应支承元件和/或驱动设备可以以这样的方式实施以使得在使用位置中,所述镜设备可以沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向通过驱动设备旋转。这允许用于镜设备的两个延伸方向具有不同的倾斜度。因此,驱动设备可以通过支承元件、对应支承元件和/或驱动设备的构造在技术和机械上适应不同的安装空间条件。
显示装置优选地具有用于发光的图像生成设备和用于将由图像生成设备发射的光投射到显示元件上的光学设备。图像生成设备可以包括例如可以生成图像的相应屏幕。光学设备可以包括一个或多个镜,通过该镜可以将光投射到显示元件上。
在另一个实施例中,传感器设备包括压电传感器、压阻传感器、电容传感器和/或应变计。如果向所述传感器施加力,则可以用压电传感器获得电压。在压阻式传感器的情况下,传感器的电阻作为力的函数变化。此外,传感器设备可以包括例如由于力的作用而经历电容变化的电容传感器。使用应变计,例如可以检测施加到显示元件或组合器镜的张力和/或压力。
根据本发明的机动车辆包括根据本发明的显示装置。显示装置以这样的方式特别地布置在机动车辆中或机动车辆上,使得可以机动车辆的驾驶员通过显示装置获得虚拟图像或虚拟显示。机动车辆特别地实施为乘用车。

图1示出了根据本发明的实施例的机动车辆1的截面图。机动车辆在本示例性实施例中被实施为乘用车。机动车辆1包括显示装置1。显示装置2在本示例性实施例中被实施为平视显示装置或平视显示器。
显示装置2包括图像生成设备3。可以通过图像生成设备3发射光。特别地,图像可以通过图像生成设备3被弄成可用的。图像生成设备3可以具有相应屏幕,图像通过该相应屏幕例如可以是可用的或者通过该相应屏幕可以发射光4。此外,显示装置2具有光学设备5。光学设备5在这里包括镜6。由图像生成设备3发射的光4最初入射在镜6上,随后在显示元件7上。图像生成设备3和光学设备5在此布置在机动车辆1的仪表板内。

此外,镜设备13具有弹簧元件21。弹簧元件21布置在保持元件8和载体元件14之间。因此,一方面,可以确保所述载体元件通过驱动设备15的平移移位导致显示元件7或组合器镜的旋转移动。保持元件8和承载元件14通过弹簧元件21相对于彼此施加预应力。因此,能够消除承载元件14和保持元件8之间的游隙。因此可以防止在机动车辆1的操作期间的咔嗒噪声。
图5示出了显示装置2的截面图,其中示出了保持元件8和载体元件14。此外,应该检测布置在保持元件8和载体元件14之间的弹簧元件21。在本示例性实施例中,传感器设备22也布置在保持元件8和载体元件14之间。传感器设备22特别实施为力传感器。传感器设备22可以例如实施为压电传感器,实施为压阻传感器,实施为电容式传感器或应变仪。
如果向显示元件7施加力,则其从显示元件7传递到保持元件8。因此,保持元件8相对于承载元件14移动。这导致力施加到传感器设备22。该力可以由传感器设备22检测到。一旦力超过预定阈值,则控制信号可以通过传感器设备22输出并被传送到驱动设备15。因此,例如,可以通过驱动设备15使镜设备13从使用位置移动到存储位置。
弹簧元件21在此用作预应力元件和调节元件,以便相对于载体元件14使显示元件7抵靠其布置的保持元件8移位。例如,如果镜设备13位于在使用位置且镜设备13以这样的方式旋转以使得它被设定到驾驶员的眼睛9的位置,那么保持元件8和载体元件14之间的距离由弹簧元件21的弹簧应力固定。在该参考位置由传感器设备22输出的电压或电阻值可以用作参考电压或作为参考电阻。如果现在对显示元件7施加压力,则传感器设备22处的电压和/或电阻发生变化。
此外,传感器设备22可以用于检测在从存储位置移动到使用位置期间所述镜设备13的移动的干扰,反之亦然。因此,例如,可以检测在从存储位置移动到使用位置期间施加到传感器设备22的力是否恒定。如果力在移动期间增加,则可以假设存在故障。在这种情况下,例如,如果没有达到使用位置,并且因此在镜设备13的粘附和/或阻塞的情况下产生力的增加。
图6示出了另一实施例中的驱动设备2的截面图。这里,传感器设备22布置在保持元件8和显示元件7之间的中间空间中。因此,传感器设备22直接附接到用于显示元件7或组合器镜的安装件。由于显示元件7相对于保持元件7的保持区域具有相对较大的杠杆的结果,因此可以可靠地检测作用在显示元件上的力。

1.一种用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),具有镜设备(13)和驱动设备(15),其中所述镜设备具有带半透明镜面的显示元件(7),通过所述驱动设备(15)所述镜设备(13)能够在存储位置和使用位置之间移动,
其特征在于,所述镜设备(13)具有传感器设备(22),该传感器设备被构造为检测在所述镜设备(13)的使用位置施加到显示元件(7)的力,以便控制所述驱动设备,
所述镜设备(13)具有用于保持所述显示元件(7)的保持元件(8),以及所述传感器设备(22)至少部分地布置在所述显示元件(7)和保持元件(8)之间的中间空间中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述传感器设备(22)被构造为如果检测到的力超过预定的阈值则输出控制信号。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述传感器设备(22)被构造为将所述控制信号传送到所述驱动设备(15),以及所述驱动设备被构造为在接收到所述控制信号之后将所述镜设备(13)从使用位置移动到所述存储位置。
4.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述传感器设备(22)被构造为检测在所述镜设备(13)从存储位置移动到使用位置期间施加到显示元件(7)的力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述镜设备(13)具有连接到所述驱动设备(15)并连接到所述保持元件(8)的载体元件(14),其中所述传感器设备(22)至少部分地布置在所述保持元件(8)和载体元件(14)之间的中间空间中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述镜设备(13)具有预应力的弹簧元件(21),其中通过预应力的弹簧元件(21)相对于所述载体元件(14)安装所述保持元件(8)。
7.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述显示装置(2)具有壳体(12),其中在所述存储位置,所述镜设备(13)布置在所述壳体(12)的内部,并且在使用位置它至少部分地布置在所述壳体(12)的外部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述镜设备(13)具有支承元件(19),并且壳体(12)具有对应于所述支承元件(19)的对应支承元件(20),其中在所述镜设备(13)的使用位置,所述支承元件(19)相对于所述对应支承元件(20)可旋转地安装。
9.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述驱动设备(15)被构造成使所述镜设备(13)在所述使用位置旋转。
10.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述显示装置(2)具有用于发射光(4)的图像生成设备(3)和用于将由该图像生成设备(3)发射的光(4)投射到所述显示元件(7)上的光学设备(5)。
11.根据前述权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2),其特征在于,所述传感器设备(22)包括压电传感器、压阻传感器、电容传感器和/或应变计。
12.一种机动车辆(1),具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2)。
13.一种用来操作用于机动车辆(1)的显示装置(2)的方法,其中具有带半透明镜面的显示元件(7)的镜设备(13)通过驱动设备(15)在存储位置和使用位置之间移动,其特征在于,在所述镜设备(13)的使用位置,通过传感器设备(22)检测施加到所述显示元件(7)的力。
