Claims (9)
1.一种用于锻炼肌肉的器械,包括一个动力臂(2),所述动力臂能够在一个端区域(3)处配备有致动元件,并且所述动力臂能够通过另一个端区域(4)绕一个枢转轴(5)枢转,所述枢转轴被布置在一个保持元件(6)上,一个压缩弹簧元件(9)的一个端区域(8)在第一铰接点(7)处铰接到所述动力臂(2),所述第一铰接点(7)能够沿着所述动力臂(2)调整,而所述压缩弹簧元件(9)的另一个端区域(11)在第二铰接点(12)处铰接在所述保持元件(6)上,其特征在于,所述压缩弹簧元件(9)的端区域(8)被设置有第一连结表面(14),所述第一连结表面具有第一曲率(15),并且沿着所述动力臂(2)在一个调整区(10)上布置一系列第二连结表面(16),所述第二连结表面每个具有第二曲率(17),所述第二曲率被设计成与所述第一曲率(15)互补,从而使所述压缩弹簧元件(9)的具有所述第一连结表面(14)的端区域(8)能够操作性地连接到所述第二连结表面(16)中的一个,并且所述动力臂(2)能够经由被设计为拉力弹簧(18)的又一个弹簧元件被按压朝向所述压缩弹簧元件(9)的端区域(8),使得处于操作性地连接的两个连结表面(14,16)保持接触,其中所述拉力弹簧(18)是弹性带,所述弹性带具有第一端(23)和第二端(24),所述第一端在第二铰接点的区域中附接在所述保持元件(6)上,所述第二端在不同于所述第一铰接点(7)的位置处附接到所述动力臂(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述第一连结表面(14)的所述第一曲率(15)被设计成凹形的,并且所述第二连结表面(16)的所述第二曲率(17)被设计成凸形的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述第一连结表面(14)和所述第二连结表面(16)被设计成圆柱形,并且相应的圆柱轴线平行于所述枢转轴(5)对准。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述第二连结表面(16)由圆柱形销钉(19)形成,所述圆柱形销钉(19)串联地并且彼此间隔开地布置在所述动力臂(2)上的所述调整区(10)上,并且所述第一连结表面(14)被形成在一个叉形物(21)的底部内,所述叉形物被放置在所述压缩弹簧元件(9)的端区域(8)处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述圆柱形销钉(19)被放置在彼此相对并且沿着所述动力臂(2)的所述调整区(10)布置的两个横档(27)中。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述压缩弹簧元件(9)是气体压力弹簧(13)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,具有所述第一曲率(15)的第一连结表面(14)和相应的具有所述第二曲率(17)的第二连结表面(16)仅被引导到彼此之内。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,沿着所述调整区(10)在所述动力臂(2)上设置刻度(29)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于锻炼肌肉的器械,其特征在于,所述保持元件(6)能够附接到一个支撑框架。
