发明内容

如本描述中使用,术语“矫形插入件”意味着对足部前足、足弓区和/或后足提供支撑的非处方足部插入件和/或矫形器。根据本发明的各种实施例,如图1中所示的呈拖鞋150的形式的改型鞋类包括鞋垫1、上部7以及可再定位的足弓容座2。进一步提供开放式脚跟容座5,其具有朝向鞋垫1的中底定向的开口,脚跟插入件6可以插入到所述容座中。在此实施例中,改型的鞋类系统并入到拖鞋中,例如家用或卧室拖鞋。当容座2和5牢固地定位于鞋垫的表面上且附着到所述表面时,它们将插入的矫形器保持于适当位置,因此它们在用户的足部插入时无法四处移动,即使拖鞋的后部开放也是如此(图2)。脚跟容座可以例如通过缝纫或与鞋垫一体式模制而固定于适当位置,或者其可以是完全可拆卸的且可再定位的。图1和2的实施例可例如为适合于家用穿戴的布拖鞋。它们是由一种或多种织物制成,且重量轻、容易洗涤和干燥且可打包,同时具有容纳、支撑和固定地保持插入到其中的容座中的鞋垫的能力。以此方式,通常不提供缓解且甚至由于其传统缺乏支撑而加剧足部状况的家用拖鞋可以用新颖方式进行增强以提供支撑和疼痛缓解。本发明关于拖鞋和凉鞋的又一个优点在于,可再定位的容座可以容易地插入和移除,因为那些鞋类特征在于开放的鞋面。在此方面,定制容座的位置是较容易的。
在图3的实施例中,可再定位的容座2通过可移除式附接构件3a和3b紧固到鞋垫的表面。在优选实施例中,所述附接构件是可再封闭的钩环带的条带,例如以商标名VELCROTM售卖的条带。在替代实施例中,例如由3M Innovative Properties Company以商标名COMMANDTM出售的拉伸释放粘合条带或其它清洁释放粘合剂等粘合条带可以用以紧固足弓和/或脚跟容座。替代地,脚跟容座可以缝纫或模制到鞋垫1的脚跟区域的表面上。
图3进一步提供实施例的组合件的分解图,其中可以将包括可再定位的容座的拖鞋或软底鞋类附接到可拆卸的鞋底11。在此方面,下部附接衬套8在鞋垫1的前部或前足区附接到鞋垫1的下侧,从而提供朝向鞋底的中段定向的衬套开口。类似地,下部附接衬套9附接于鞋垫1的脚跟或后足区域处。应注意,虽然在图中附接衬套附接到鞋垫的下侧,但它们可以类似地在鞋垫与鞋底之间附接到中底层18,如图4中描绘。而且如图9中所示,每一附接衬套可以在两端开放且在其中段附接到中底(或在其它实施例中,附接到鞋垫)。在某些实施例中,附接衬套可以是开放式的(图示为元件16、17)以允许从一个方向或另一方向插入穿过衬套的外底的附接。
下部附接衬套8和9(或16、17)可以协作方式附接到可拆卸的外底11(图3、4)。举例来说,所述外底可以是硬底,例如凉鞋或鞋的硬底。此类型的鞋底可以由适合于保护足部的脚底免受外部伤害或冲击且适合于维持鞋的结构完整性的任何合适的材料制成,包含(不限于)橡胶、软木、皮革、热塑性塑料或其它合成材料。外底可以是防水的。可拆卸外底11可以是扁平风格,即大体上水平的配置,或者是高跟风格,且其优选适合于户外穿戴。外底11也可以是运动鞋底或者可能针对专业鞋类选择的任何其它形式的鞋底。可拆卸外底11分别在其前足和后足(脚跟)区中包括插入狭槽12和13。通过分别将下部附接衬套8和9插入到插入狭槽12和13中而将上部、鞋垫和中底附接到外底11。通过如所描述附接到外底,本发明的含有具有可再定位容座的鞋垫的例如卧室拖鞋等软底鞋类可以附接到较硬的更耐久的外底,例如用于室外穿戴。如果外底由防水材料制成,那么其可以在需要时进行洗涤或用软管冲洗并风干。以此方式,本发明的单个鞋类系统可以经改型以提供用于不同目的的鞋类,而用户不需要针对每一类型的鞋购买和安装单独的矫形鞋类系统。另外,当例如家用布拖鞋等软底鞋类变为磨损时,可以将其丢弃而不必丢弃整个鞋。可以保留所述鞋底以与另一双布拖鞋一起使用。这消除了固体废料且允许某一百分比的鞋部分的再循环。
容座2和5可以由与鞋垫或上部相同的材料构造,或者它们可以由织物材料制成,例如透气或吸湿排汗的织物,例如棉或毛巾布。替代地,容座可以由可热成形材料或由橡胶形成。在优选实施例中,鞋垫和上部是由可生物降解的织物制成。足弓容座2是可再定位的,而开放式脚跟容座5可以可再定位或者在各种实施例中其可以永久附着到鞋垫的表面。如图8A和8B中所示,本发明的又一实施例包括一种鞋垫,其在足床区中包含额外的可拆卸且可再定位的跖骨容座以容纳插入件,例如为足部的跖球进行减震的跖骨垫。
如图5中描绘,如图1或2中所示的本发明的软底实施例100可插入到例如木屐或裸跟鞋等常规鞋200中。以此方式,通过本发明的新颖且发明性方面提供的矫形支撑可以例如包含于无背鞋中。类似地,软底实施例可以插入到封闭的鞋、靴或运动鞋中。应理解,本发明的拖鞋或可插入的鞋类实施例不限于软底,例如织物鞋底,而插入到另一鞋中的鞋类的鞋底也可以是柔性较低的材料和构造。
本发明也可作为单独的鞋垫来制造和出售,其可如图6中插入到根据所述鞋垫的大小的任何鞋中。所述一个或多个可再定位的容座可用以在鞋垫插入于鞋中时根据顾客足部的轮廓准确地定位足弓、跖骨(图8A、8B中所示)和脚跟容座。
图7A和7B示出了本发明的袜类实施例,其中容座2、5附接于袜类服装300、301内,例如短袜或长筒袜。所述织物可以是薄的或透明的,例如用于长筒袜或连裤袜的长筒袜薄材料,或者其可以由编织或机织材料制成,前提是所述织物充分耐久以允许容座的附接而不损坏织物。在这些实施例中,容座可以例如通过融入或织入而交替地固定于长筒袜中。本发明的袜类可以由用户与开放式鞋一起穿戴,同时仍提供来自矫形插入件的足部支撑益处。
本发明的鞋配置的上部可以改变形状,且可以由例如织物、皮革、机织天然材料或合成材料等材料构造。图10A和10B描绘本发明的实施例,其中所述上部是由两个片段构成的鞋面,所述两个片段可以折叠且例如通过纽扣、搭扣或可再封闭的钩环扣件带而附接在一起。分段的鞋面允许可再定位容座容易放置在鞋垫的上表面上,且还允许矫形插入件容易插入到可再定位容座以及任选地可再定位脚跟容座中。一个或多个可再定位的容座可以装配有矫形插入件,如图示。每一双的右足部示出了插入的矫形器。
本发明的产品,即鞋垫、拖鞋、鞋或袜类,可以带有或不带有矫形插入件进行出售。在此方面,用户可以改变或更换矫形器而不必丢弃整个鞋垫或再订购整个鞋。本发明的鞋类允许传统粘合剂背衬的插入件甚至在粘合剂已磨损掉之后仍继续使用,因为所述插入件当根据本发明的方法插入到容座中时可保持于所需的固定位置中。
应理解,本文描述且在图中描绘的容座的形状和尺寸不受当前描述或所述图的限制。
在使用方法中,根据本发明的实施例购买的鞋类或鞋垫可以首先通过调整可再定位容座在足弓区和在脚跟处的放置而定制。随后,通过改变矫形插入件的大小、形状和功能可以实现进一步定制的配合。在其它使用应用中,可再定位容座可以附接且再定位于本发明的袜类的鞋垫或鞋底部分上。
工业适用性
根据本文描述的本发明的各种实施例以及本领域的普通技术人员将容易设想的表示本文陈述的发明性概念的其它实施例,可以产生或改型各种类型的鞋类。本发明的改型的鞋类可以在许多应用中使用,包含(但不限于)休闲鞋类、卧室拖鞋、袜类、薄鞋衬鞋类,以及用于插入到鞋、凉鞋或靴中的鞋垫。军事应用是可能的,例如允许在标准配置军事鞋类中提供定制足部支撑以校正可能妨碍身体表现的例如过前趾等整形问题。类似地,需要长时间站立、行走或跑步的专业人士,例如护士、医生和工厂工人、休闲远足者和跑步者,可以得益于本发明的各种应用。
本发明的鞋类系统通过减少可丢弃的废料而进一步具有环境效益。
Claims (14)
1.一种鞋类系统,其特征在于:
a.鞋垫,其具有上表面和下表面,所述鞋垫包含
i.至少一个可拆卸的可再定位容座,其用于容纳矫形插入件;其中每一所述至少一个容座包括上表面和下表面,且进一步其中每一所述至少一个容座可由用户牢固地附接、再定位到所述鞋垫的所述上表面以及从所述鞋垫的所述上表面拆卸;
ii.上部;以及
iii.鞋底。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋类系统,其进一步特征在于用于容纳脚跟支撑插入件的脚跟容座,其与所述鞋垫的所述上表面永久附着、一体式形成或可从所述鞋垫的所述上表面拆卸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鞋类系统,其进一步特征在于所述至少一个可拆卸的可再定位容座通过附接构件附接到所述鞋垫,所述附接构件选自附着到所述第一容座的所述下表面的可再封闭的钩环扣件带、搭扣或粘合条带。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋类系统,其进一步特征在于所述鞋底为可拆卸的外底。
5.根据权利要求4所述的鞋类系统,其进一步特征在于分别在所述鞋垫的脚趾端和脚跟端处的相对定位的下外部附接衬套,用于接纳可拆卸的外底的脚趾端和脚跟端的可插入的臂元件。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋类系统,其中所述容座是从选自天然纤维材料、合成材料和光滑或纹理表面材料的相同或不同材料制造,且所述附接衬套是从织物、橡胶、塑料或其它合成材料制造。
7.一种袜类制品,其特征在于包含根据权利要求1所述的鞋类系统,其中所述上部和所述鞋垫由薄的柔性材料形成,例如透气织物、天然纤维材料或长筒袜薄材料。
8.一种鞋,其特征在于根据权利要求1所述的鞋类系统。
9.一种拖鞋,其特征在于根据权利要求1所述的鞋类系统。
10.一种鞋垫,用于与背部封闭或开放式鞋一起使用,其特征在于具有平面表面的平面元件,所述平面表面被配置成容纳用户足部的长度和宽度,所述平面元件被划分为脚趾区、足弓区和脚跟区;至少一个可再定位容座,其可附接到所述平面表面且可从所述平面表面拆卸以用于接纳鞋插入件;以及附接构件,其用于将所述至少一个可再定位容座附接于所述平面元件的所述足弓区中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的鞋垫,其进一步特征在于脚跟容座,所述脚跟容座被形成为所述平面元件的所述脚跟区处的口袋。
12.一种袜类,其特征在于根据权利要求10或11所述的鞋类系统。
13.一种对用户提供整形足部支撑的方法,其特征在于将根据权利要求10所述的鞋垫插入到将由所述用户穿戴的鞋中。
14.一种对用户提供整形足部支撑的方法,其特征在于将根据权利要求1、2或4所述的鞋类系统插入到将由所述用户穿戴的鞋中。
