The large-scale online gas analysis instrument is an indispensable monitoring device in the fields of chemical production, environmental protection and the like, and is a fundamental task of process analysis, wherein the method is used for rapidly, accurately and stably analyzing the component parameters of the industrial process for a long period. However, since the technology in this field is relatively weak in China, most of such products are imported and are relatively expensive. And the product has very strict requirements on the conditions of temperature, pressure, dust amount, corrosiveness, water content and the like of a sample entering the instrument. Once the index exceeds the performance requirement of the instrument, the instrument is stopped when the index is light, the monitoring is stopped, the instrument is damaged when the index is heavy, and hidden danger is brought to the production and the environment.
At present, in order to ensure the normal operation of the analysis instrument, many instrument manufacturers are provided with pretreatment facilities, but most of the pretreatment facilities are between manual operation and semiautomatic operation, and the pretreatment facilities have more manual intervention factors, so that the abnormal working condition of the analysis instrument is inevitably caused due to different technical levels and responsibility of each person. Because the existing pretreatment is mostly manually adjusted, if the system parameters are not timely adjusted when changed, the medium index entering the analysis instrument exceeds the bearable range, and the instrument is abnormal or even damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention designs an online analysis instrument pretreatment and protection system aiming at the defects of the prior art, and realizes automation of filtration, dust removal, temperature reduction, pressure reduction, dehumidification, corrosion prevention, calibration and the like by automatically detecting and controlling various indexes before the sampled gas enters the meter, and realizes emergency protection treatment on the analyzer by an interlocking protection system.

the pretreatment functional module comprises a pre-filter and a pressure, temperature and flow parameter detection device which are arranged on a process gas pipeline, wherein the pre-filter is respectively connected with the pretreatment functional module and the back flushing functional module through pipelines, and the pressure, temperature and flow parameter detection device is electrically connected with the automatic control and protection functional module;
the pretreatment functional module comprises a water removal device and a pumping device, and the air inlet end of the pretreatment functional module is connected with a front filter in the pretreatment functional module through a pipeline;
one end of the back flushing functional module is connected with an instrument wind, and the other end of the back flushing functional module is connected with the front filter;
the calibration functional module comprises a measuring range calibration device and a zero point calibration device, one end of the calibration functional module is connected with the air outlet end of the pretreatment functional module, and the other end of the calibration functional module is connected with an analyzer;
the automatic control and protection function module monitors parameters of the whole system and controls on-off of each module;
and the later recovery functional module is connected with the gas outlet end of the analyzer and is used for recovering the detected sample gas.
Furthermore, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are further arranged between the preprocessing functional module and the calibration functional module, and the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with the automatic control and protection functional module.

Detailed Description
As shown in FIG. 1, the system comprises six modules, namely a pretreatment function module, a back flushing function module, a calibration function module, an automatic control and protection function module and a later recovery function module.
The pretreatment functional module comprises a pre-filter 101 and a pressure, temperature and flow parameter detection device which are arranged on a process gas pipeline, wherein the pre-filter 101 collects a gas sample and performs preliminary filtration, the pre-filter 101 is respectively connected with the pretreatment functional module and the back flushing functional module through pipelines, and the pressure, temperature and flow parameter detection device is electrically connected with the automatic control and protection functional module;
the pretreatment functional module comprises a water removal device and a pumping device, and the air inlet end of the pretreatment functional module is connected with a pre-filter 101 in the pretreatment functional module through a pipeline;
one end of the back flushing functional module is connected with an instrument wind, and the other end of the back flushing functional module is connected with the front filter 101;
the calibration functional module comprises a measuring range calibration device 201 and a zero point calibration device 202, one end of the calibration functional module is connected with the air outlet end of the pretreatment functional module, and the other end of the calibration functional module is connected with an analyzer 3;
the automatic control and protection function module monitors parameters of the whole system and controls on-off of each module;
the later recovery functional module is connected with the air outlet end of the analyzer 3 and is used for recovering the detected sample gas and avoiding secondary pollution to the environment caused by random discharge.
And a pressure sensor 401, a temperature sensor 402 and a humidity sensor 403 are further arranged between the preprocessing functional module and the calibration functional module, and the pressure sensor 401, the temperature sensor 402 and the temperature sensor 403 are electrically connected with the automatic control and protection functional module.
The automatic control and protection function module adopts a Siemens PLC 200SMART system as a controller, and also comprises an alarm device, a display screen and a memory. The upper computer selects Siemens 7 inch screen, and displays alarm and interlocking control for flow, pressure, temperature and other parameters, and makes history trend record. The upper computer is provided with a data uploading function interface.
The pipeline between the pretreatment function module, the pretreatment function module and the back flushing function module is provided with an electric tracing band 102. For the requirement of the pretreatment medium temperature condition, the system monitors the temperature of the sampling pipeline through a display screen, and realizes manual and automatic control of the electric tracing band 102 by setting high and low limits, so that the sampling pipeline is ensured not to generate effusion and the intake temperature of an analysis instrument meets the working requirement of the instrument.
The pretreatment function module is also provided with a vent solenoid valve 501 connected with a pipeline. And a toxic and harmful gas alarm instrument is further arranged in the pretreatment functional module, and the toxic and harmful gas alarm instrument is electrically connected with the automatic control and protection functional module.
The water removal device comprises a precise filter 502 arranged at the air inlet end of the pretreatment functional module and a cyclone condenser 503 arranged at the air outlet end of the pretreatment functional module, wherein the cyclone condenser 503 is connected with instrument wind. A liquid level switch 504 is arranged on the liquid collector at the lower part of the cyclone condenser 503. When the liquid level is high, the switch acts to cut off the sampling electromagnetic valve of the instrument and the air inlet electromagnetic valve of the analysis instrument, open the emptying electromagnetic valve 501 and output an alarm to ensure that the liquid does not enter the analysis instrument 3.
The automatic control and protection function module is a main module for improving the functions of the system, is matched with other modules of the system, improves the preprocessing capacity of the system by adopting a high-sensitivity detection element, an execution element and data processing software, and simultaneously controls and blocks some factors possibly causing damage to an analysis instrument. Firstly, the module is provided with pressure, temperature and flow monitoring on an analysis instrument measurement access pipeline, and when the pressure, temperature and humidity indexes of the analyzer exceed alarm values, an alarm lamp is lightened and flashes. When the index continues to increase beyond the work allowable value of the instrument, the instrument sampling electromagnetic valve and the analysis instrument air inlet electromagnetic valve are cut off, the system air outlet electromagnetic valve is opened, sampling is stopped, meanwhile, the instrument is set according to the production process, and the output value is kept or is returned to zero when the instrument sampling is stopped. The inside toxic and harmful gas alarm instrument that is equipped with of pretreatment systems, when pipeline and joint sealing department exist the leak source, when probably causing analysis instrument outside corruption or potential safety hazard, automatic cutout instrument sampling solenoid valve, analysis instrument solenoid valve that admits air open the system solenoid valve to output warning, protect analysis instrument effectively not corroded, and protect maintainer effectively not to hurt.
For the condition that the sampling link is easy to block, the system is provided with a back flushing functional module, when the manual switch of the operation screen is set to be in a purging state, a sampling electromagnetic valve (namely an electromagnetic valve arranged at the inlet of the front filter) is closed, an air inlet electromagnetic valve (an electromagnetic valve arranged at the front end of the analyzer) of the analysis instrument is closed, and an emptying electromagnetic valve 501 is opened. And the purging electromagnetic valve is opened after 5 seconds, and the sampling pipeline is purged through the instrument wind gas regulated by the filtering pressure reducing valve. The system can also start and stop the gas delivery pump through the system control screen (when the electromagnetic valve of the sampling system is closed due to any reasons, the air pump is automatically stopped), and when the air pump is accidentally stopped, the air inlet electromagnetic valve of the analysis instrument is closed and an alarm is output.
