Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
基于复合材料的这种类型的物品作为举例是一种软管形状的结构,具体地软管和空气弹簧气囊、传动皮带、运输带、以及挠性容器。在这组物品之中,可以特别提及的是软管,其中这些由一个内层和外层以及由嵌入的单或多帘布层强化物,并且还任选地由多个另外的层,例如由一种扩散阻挡层来组成。在这一点上,具体参照以下专利文献:DE 42 32946 C2、DE 10 2004 051 073 A1、DE 10 2008 014 988 A1、EP 0 567 115 B1、EP 0 848794 B1、EP 0 895 015 B1、EP 1 396 670 B1、EP 1 941 150 B1、以及US 2009/0236004A1。
在实际应用中,所属类型的物品使用了不同类型的增强物,这些增强物在必需的使用寿命上可靠经受住了与压力和/或温度和/或动态应力和/或溶剂相关的相对应的要求。关于织物强化物可以提及的材料作为举例是聚酰胺、芳族聚酰胺、以及聚酯。粘合到该聚合物基体,例如到一种尚未固化的橡胶混合物(用于生产基于弹性体或热塑性弹性体的物品),或粘合到一种熔融的塑料(用于生产热塑性物品)的强化物,是在很多种实施方案中实现的,所处的形式例如为:纤维、纱线、帘线、以及长丝,或另外所处的形式为:片状结构,这进而作为举例可以是针织的纺织品、非纺织物、织物、或者编结的纺织品。最终,该强化物通过固化法或者另一种硬化法而粘合到该材料中。
具体地说,这些软管被暴露于涉及不同要求的宽范围的应用中,并且在此使用任何具体增强物的决定总体是在评估适合性和成本之后才做出的。
特别是,在增压内燃发动机的空气进气区域中使用的软管上有着严厉的要求(EP1 396 670 B1),并且因此在这些软管的强化物上有着严厉的要求。下文中给出了在此相关联的现有技术的另外的细节。
增压发动机在市场上受欢迎度不断地增加,因为这种技术可以不仅在燃料经济性上而且还在依照EU标准的排气品质上实现显著的改进。这种技术原则可以按其最简单的形式进行说明,如下:燃烧过程所需的空气通过一个增压器进行压缩以便增加氧气的绝对含量,氧气构成了大气的仅约21%。然后将该压缩空气通过一个增压空气冷却器进行冷却并且然后强制进入该燃烧室中。增压空气冷却器的安装是在该车身上,与发动机分离,并且将该增压空气冷却器连接到该系统上的这些增压充气软管因此必须经受高压和热应力。在运行条件下,此外,在发动机与车身之间的实质性动力差异还使它们经受一个永久的动态应力,这是由于在所有可能方向上多种多样的空间偏转。在该实际的增压空气系统中发生的过程不仅是空气的压缩和传输,而且还是燃料残余物和润滑剂混合物在管路中的沉积,并且该聚合物材料在汽车的寿命上必须经受这些。
原则上,待使用的材料可以是根据使用条件的要求而变化的,但是确切地对强化物来说,对于高温与高压结合在一起而言迄今为止仅一种限定的选择是可能的。这种类型的应用总体上使用基于间芳族聚酰胺的纱线/捻纱线。
发明内容
本发明现在是基于提供所属类型的物品的目的,具体地说一种软管,并且具体地说进而是一种增压充气软管,这在高温和高压下经受了高的动态应力并且还具有高的寿命。
实现所述目的在于
在一种第一强化物变体的情况下,该织物材料专门由聚噁二唑(POD)和/或由一种POD衍生物和/或由一种POD共聚物组成,或者
在一种第二强化物变体的情况下,该织物材料是由POD和/或由一种POD衍生物和/或由一种POD共聚物并且还有由至少一种另外的、不是衍生自上述POD基团的织物材料来组成的一种织物材料组合,或者
在一种第三强化物变体的情况下,该织物材料包括由POD和/或由一种POD衍生物和/或由一种POD共聚物并且还有由至少一种另外的、不是衍生自一种织物组的材料来组成的一种材料组合。
这三种基于POD的强化物变体在下文中参照有利的设计可能性而更详细地进行说明。
第一强化物变体
为了这个强化物变体的目的,使用的是仅POD或仅一种POD衍生物,例如一种磺化的POD、或者仅一种POD共聚物,或者上述POD组内的一种组合。特别的重要性在此是依附于POD的唯一使用。
与该POD材料的细节,具体地与化学性质相关联,特别提及以下专利文献:US 7528 217 B2、RU 2213814 C2、以及RU 2213815 C2。
第二强化物变体
在这种强化物变体的情况下,该织物材料是由POD和/或由一种POD衍生物和/或由一种POD共聚物并且还有由至少一种另外的、不是衍生自上述POD组的织物材料来组成的一种材料组合(混杂物)。在此特别的重要性是依附于POD与至少一种其他织物材料的混杂形成。

第三强化物变体

-该强化物可以已经被制备为来促进粘附性,例如,通过使用间苯二酚-甲醛胶乳(RFL)的涂覆过程。

-聚合物变体B
该聚合物材料是一种热塑性固化橡胶(热塑性弹性体,缩写为TPE),包括至少一种热塑性组分、至少一种橡胶组分,它已经至少部分地被交联了,以及还有常规的混合物成分。
这些优选的热塑性组分是:
聚烯烃,具体地是聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)

聚酯(PES)。
可以提及的具体的橡胶组分是EPM、EPDM、SBR、CR、NR、NBR、FKM、ACM、或AEM,这些具体地并没有与任何另外的橡胶组分进行共混。

这两种聚合物变体A和B对于软管而言是特别重要的。
在以下物品中具体地使用了更详细说明的三种强化物变体中新颖的强化物:
-软管
在软管中,强化物已经几乎完全嵌入在一种聚合物材料中,具体地是在聚合物变体A或B的情况下,并且确切是通过形成一个内层和外层以及还有任选地一个或多个中间层。该强化物具体采取了长丝形式,例如,帘线或捻线的形式。这些线在该软管的纵向方向上以一定的角度,例如54度、并且确切是通过形成一个交叉铺设安排而延伸(run)。在增压充气软管的背景下更详细说明的这种拉环针织(drawn-loop-knitted)的结构也是重要的。
在一些软管中,例如在化学品软管中,有可能的是不仅使用如在三种强化物变体之一的情况下的强化物而且还使用由钢制成的并且大对数是在另外的中间层的区域中延伸的螺旋强化物(DE 10 2008 014 988 A1,US 2009/0236004 A1)。
还有可能使用一种另外的处于箔形式的衬里,例如PA箔或者PTFE箔(DE 10 2008014 988 A1)。
软管具有宽范围的应用。在此可以提及的实例是:水软管、高压供应软管、压缩空气软管、压缩机软管、气焊用软管、万用可燃气体软管、氮气软管、丙烷气体软管、冷却剂软管、灭火器软管、燃料软管、化学工业用软管、药物行业用软管、食品行业用软管、蒸汽软管、混凝土和砂浆运输软管、挖泥机软管、浮式软管、以及车辆软管。
可以提及的一种特殊的车辆软管是增压充气软管。
-空气弹簧气囊和补偿器
空气弹簧气囊和补偿器不仅使用了交叉铺设的概念,这可以在软管中找到,而且还使用了一种轴向安排的增强长丝,确切是在汽车振动控制技术中、以及还有在扭转补偿器中的轴向气囊中。这种强化物已经几乎完全嵌入在一种聚合物材料中,具体地是在聚合物变体A的情况下,并且确切是同样地通过形成一个内层和外层以及还有任选地一个或多个中间层。
-传动皮带
传动皮带(并且在此可以提及的是:扁平带、V形带、V形带肋的带、以及带齿的带)使用了张力-构件系统,这些系统在运转方向上是长丝并且具体地采取了帘线的形式,这些是完全嵌入在一种聚合物材料中的,具体地如在聚合物变体A的情况下,并且确切是一个带背衬形成为一个外帘布层以及一个带有力传输区域的结构。该力传输区域在此几乎具有一个另外的织物覆盖物(纺织品,针织的纺织品)用于免受磨损的磨损保护。嵌入所述织物覆盖物而形成一个表面。该织物覆盖物还可以具有一个由聚合物材料(例如,PTFE)制成的表面涂层用于耐油。
传动皮带可以使用该强化物(如在这三种强化物变体之一中)不仅用于张力构件而且还用于织物覆盖物。然而,由于迄今为止在传动皮带领域中进行的广泛而成功的开发工作,因而对于使用新颖设计的织物覆盖物不存在需要。
-运输带
在织物运输带中,经纱线和纬纱线形成一种完全嵌入在聚合物材料中的纺织品,具体地如在聚合物变体A的情况下,并且确切是在该承载的一侧上并且在运转的一侧上形成了一个外部层。
-多层薄片
在多层薄片中,例如用于饮用水容器,保护性服装、以及车辆中的连接器气囊,经线和纬线形成了一种纺织品。这种纺织品可以完全嵌入到一种聚合物材料中,具体地如在聚合物变体A和B的情况下。一些应用,例如保护性服装,同样使用了单侧的嵌入以便形成表面。
该新颖的强化物,如在该第一、第二、或第三强化物变体的情况下,具体地用于软管并且进而具体地用于增压充气软管。

具体实施方式
基于增压充气软管的对比实验现在将用于展示新颖的强化物的重要性,并且确切是更详细地研究了该第一强化物变体。这些相关的试验结果包含在下表1和2中,并且确切是与以下各项相关:
-使用以下测试指标来将由POD纱线和间芳族聚酰胺纱线制成的强化物进行对比:伸长率、线圈强度、断裂伸长率、以及最大工作温度(表1),以及还有
-在控制的温度和湿度条件下大气老化24小时(表2)之后将由POD纱线和间芳族聚酰胺纱线制成的强化物的残余强度(以%计)进行对比(表2)。
在此在内层与外层之间嵌入的强化物在各自的情况下采取了拉环纺织品的形式。

当将POD纱线与间芳族聚酰胺在相同的条件下进行对比,它们的特征是:某一程度上更低的伸长率,显著更高的线圈强度,特别显著更低的断裂伸长率、以及还有显著更高的耐热性。

此外另外的实验给出了以下结果:
-POD纱线还显示出,在初始延伸的区域中,弹性模量,该弹性模量对于功能要求而言是很低的并且它确保了在由聚合物帘布层制成的各向异性复合材料,具体地弹性体帘布层,以及拉环针织的插入件中,所有这些复合材料的伸长率彼此靠近,因此抑制了过度内部应力和所生成裂纹的出现,这在其他方面是平常的。
-当将POD纱线比间芳族聚酰胺纱线进行比较时,它们在相同的强度下显著是更薄的,并且不像间芳族聚酰胺纱线它们可以在高分特范围内成功地进行针织。
-POD纱线显示出在与硅橡胶相接触的相同条件下与间芳族聚酰胺纱线相比显著更好地粘附到该聚合物基质上并且作为举例实现高出约8%的分离负载(separationload)。
-POD纱线与间芳族聚酰胺纱线相比还是更不昂贵的,由于相对简单的生产过程的缘故。
总之,以下实质性的优点可以在将POD纱线用于软管,具体地用于增压充气软管的方面来进行确定:
-它们展现出关于适合性的非常良好的特性。
-它们的特征是优异的加工特性。
-它们具有超越m-芳族聚酰胺纱线的显著的成本优点。
-当将上述优点结合在试验中时,这些软管(具体地增压充气软管)的寿命,是高出了约30%。
在图1的情况下,软管1由一个内层2和外层4组成,在各自的情况下是由具有弹性特性的聚合物材料制成的,例如在聚合物变体A的情况下。在该内层与外层之间嵌入了一个织物强化物3。
在增压充气软管中,POD制成的织物强化物采取拉环针织的插入件的形式,该插入件被嵌入在由固化橡胶混合物制成的内层2与外层4之间,这种混合物是按温度和其他要求来要求的,是基于CR、HNBR、FKM、AEM、ACM、或者硅橡胶。该软管如果需要的话具有除了拉环针织的帘布层和邻接的弹性体帘布层之外的由多种多样的聚合物材料制成的另外的层内和外层。
一种增压充气软管是由以下的常规方法生产的,其中将这些单独的帘布层在一个结合了针织机的挤出生产线上顺序挤出,并且将该针织的插入件引入在至今仍是未固化的橡胶帘布层之间的预期位置处。
然后该固化过程在与温度和时间相关联的要求条件下进行。用于该过程的材料可以用助黏附剂进行处理以便改进这些单独的层之间的结合。
图2显示了一根捻线5,它是由一种第一织物材料7制成的一个第一线6和一种第二织物材料9制成的一个第二线8形成的。这种捻搓结构的两个实施方案在以下呈现。
-该第一织物材料7和该第二织物材料9在各自的情况下由POD组成。该捻线5因此唯一地由POD组成。
-该第一织物材料7由POD组成而该第二织物材料9由PA组成,例如PA6.6。该捻线5在此因而采取的形式为捻搓的混杂纱线,由POD制成的第一线6和PA制成的第二线8形成。
Claims (16)

-在一种第三强化物变体的情况下,该织物材料包括由POD和/或由一种POD衍生物和/或由一种POD共聚物并且还有由至少一种另外的、不是衍生自一种织物组的材料来组成的一种材料组合。

10.如权利要求9所述的物品,其特征在于,该长丝形式是单丝、长丝纱线、弹力断裂的纱线、帘线、或者捻线(5),或者已经由短纤维、由短的剁碎的纤维、或者由纸浆形成。
11.如权利要求10所述的物品,其特征在于,当一种捻的或者其他纱线存在时,其线密度是从1000到12000分特。
12.如权利要求1到11中的任一项所述的物品,其特征在于,在该第一和/或第二和/或第三强化物变体中,该强化物材料采用了片状结构的形式。
13.如权利要求12所述的物品,其特征在于,该片状结构是纺织品、纺织帘布、带状物、针织品、铺设的粗麻布、编结的纺织品、非纺织物、或毡,或者已经由平行排列的长丝形成。
14.如权利要求1到13中的任一项所述的物品,其特征在于,这是软管(1)、空气弹簧气囊、补偿器、传动皮带、运输带、或者多层薄片。
15.如权利要求14所述的物品,其特征在于,这是一种用于压力和/或动态应力和/或热应力的软管。
16.如权利要求15所述的物品,其特征在于,这是一种增压充气软管。
