本发明公开了一种纸品收卷辊装置，包括辊体、限位装置、和电阻加热器，所述辊体内部设有电阻加热器，所述电阻加热器外部设有鼓风机，所述辊体表面设有通气孔，所述辊体上方设有限位装置，所述限位装置一侧设有计米刻度，所述限位装置内部设有通风管道，所述通风管道通过通气孔与辊体内部相通，所述辊体两侧均连接转动轴承。该种纸品收卷辊装置设计合理，操作方便，可在收卷纸品的同时对纸品进行烘干，可以根据纸品尺寸大小进行收卷，可以观察纸品收卷的长度，适合广泛推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种收卷辊装置，特别涉及一种纸品收卷辊装置。
背景技术
纸张在生产出来的时候类似于布匹，是连续的长条状，需要绕卷成一卷，方便存储和切割，根据客户需求分切成相应规格的成品，现有一般采用分切机对纸张进行裁剪，纸张绕卷在滚筒上，滚筒套接在放卷辊上，通过传动辊运输至切割装置下方，切割装置以一定的切割频率对纸张进行切割，切割频率根据产品规格来确定。
纸张绕卷的时候通过绕卷机绕卷在纸筒上，纸筒套设在收卷辊上，由于未设置有限位装置，因此，纸张在绕卷的时候会发生轴向偏移从而导致纸张褶皱，并且随着绕卷厚度越来越大，这种现象更加明显。有的时候，纸张在绕卷时并没有完全烘干，纸张会粘在一起，影响产品质量等问题，因此我们提出种新型纸品收卷辊装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种纸品收卷辊装置，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种纸品收卷辊装置，包括辊体、限位装置、和电阻加热器，所述辊体内部设有电阻加热器，所述电阻加热器外部设有鼓风机，所述辊体表面设有通气孔，所述辊体上方设有限位装置，所述限位装置一侧设有计米刻度，所述限位装置内部设有通风管道，所述通风管道通过通气孔与辊体内部相通，所述辊体两侧均连接转动轴。
进一步地，所述电阻加热器内部设有电阻线圈。
进一步地，所述电阻加热器下方设有蓄电池，电阻加热器与蓄电池电性相连。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：该纸品收卷辊功能齐全，操作简便，通过限位装置，可以根据纸品的大小进行收卷，防止在纸品收卷时出现褶皱，通过限位装置上的计米刻度来计算纸品已经绕卷的长度，通过电阻加热器可以产生热量，鼓风机将热量通过通气孔吹向纸品，通气管道可以将热量更加均匀分布给纸品，通过蓄电池，可以给电阻加热器和鼓风机供电，节能环保，适合广泛推广。

如图1所示，一种纸品收卷辊装置，包括辊体1、限位装置2、和电阻加热器3，所述辊体1内部设有电阻加热器3，所述电阻加热器3外部设有鼓风机5，所述辊体1表面设有通气孔4，所述辊体1上方设有限位装置2，所述限位装置2一侧设有计米刻度7，所述限位装置2内部设有通风管道6，所述通风管道6通过通气孔4与辊体1内部相通，所述辊体1两侧均连接转动轴10。
其中，所述电阻加热器3内部设有电阻线圈8。
其中，所述电阻加热器3下方设有蓄电池9，电阻加热器3与蓄电池9电性相连。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种纸品收卷辊装置，工作时，通过转动轴10使辊体1进行转动，通过限位装置2来固定纸品，限位装置2上的计米刻度7可以反映已经收卷纸品的长度，避免出现纸品收卷过多或过少的情况，防止纸品卷绕时出现褶皱，电阻加热器3散发的热量被鼓风机5通过通气孔4和通气管道6吹给纸品的各层，对纸品进行烘干，效果显著，蓄电池9给电阻加热器3和鼓风机5供电，蓄电池9安装在辊体1的内部，便于携带。

1.一种纸品收卷辊装置，包括辊体（1）、限位装置（2）、和电阻加热器（3），其特征在于：所述辊体（1）内部设有电阻加热器（3），所述电阻加热器（3）外部设有鼓风机（5），所述辊体（1）表面设有通气孔（4），所述辊体（1）上方设有限位装置（2），所述限位装置（2）一侧设有计米刻度（7），所述限位装置（2）内部设有通风管道（6），所述通风管道（6）通过通气孔（4）与辊体（1）内部相通，所述辊体（1）两侧均连接转动轴（10），所述电阻加热器（3）内部设有电阻线圈（8），所述电阻加热器（3）下方设有蓄电池（9），电阻加热器（3）与蓄电池（9）电性相连。
