Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the conveyor belt width limiting component includes a belt groove vertical plate 23 that is transversely disposed along the length direction of the conveyor belt 21 and whose bottom is not in contact with the conveyor belt 21, a plurality of first clamping assemblies 24 that clamp a first connecting rod 25 are fixedly connected to two side walls of the conveyor belt bracket 22, and the first clamping assemblies 24 and the belt groove vertical plate 23 are connected through the first connecting rod 25 and a clamping groove on the belt groove vertical plate 23; the box body limiting part comprises a groove vertical plate 23 which is transversely arranged along the width direction of the conveyor belt 21 and the bottom of which is not contacted with the conveyor belt 21, a plurality of second clamping assemblies 27 for clamping second connecting rods 26 are fixedly connected to the end part of the downstream of the conveyor belt bracket 22, and the second clamping assemblies 27 are connected with the groove vertical plate 23 through the second connecting rods 26 and clamping grooves on the groove vertical plate 23; a cassette number counter 281 is provided at the downstream end portion of the vertical plate 23 with a groove provided transversely in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt 21, and a cassette layer number counter 282 is provided at the center portion of the vertical plate 23 with a groove provided transversely in the width direction of the conveyor belt 21. The width of the box conveyed by the conveyor belt 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the first clamping assembly 24, so that the matching of the boxing equipment and other production lines is improved. According to the size and position of the empty box, the second clamping assembly 27 is adjusted to adjust the stacking position of the box-in box body so as to adapt to the size and position of the empty box. The number of cartridges per layer can be controlled by the number of cartridges counter 281, and the number of cartridge layers can be controlled by the number of cartridge layers counter 282. The upper stacking cylinder 344 extends to lift the stacking plate 348, and the lower stacking cylinder 345 extends to simultaneously lift the upper stacking cylinder 344 and the stacking plate 348 to be flush with the conveyor belt 21, at which time the stacking plate 348 is lifted to the initial position of the box stacking member 34. When the packaging box bodies are conveyed to the designated position by the conveyor belt 21 and the single-layer box bodies reach the required number, the box number counter 281 controls the box arranging cylinder 132 to push the single-layer box bodies to the box stacking plate 348, the upper-range laminating cylinder 344 pulls the box stacking plate 348 back to lower the height of the single-layer box bodies, when the second-layer box bodies reach the required number, the box number counter 281 controls the box arranging cylinder 132 to push the second-layer box bodies to the position above the first-layer box bodies on the box stacking plate 348, and so on, when the box bodies reach the required number of layers, the box number counter 282 controls the upper-range laminating cylinder 344 and the lower-range laminating cylinder 345 to move, drives the box stacking plate 348 to descend to be level with the bottom surface of the flat empty box, the horizontal box pushing cylinder 122 pushes the multi-layer box bodies to enter the empty box, and meanwhile, the left and right box supporting leaf plates 3314 and the upper and lower box supporting leaf plates 3323 of the box opening part 33 push the multi-layer box bodies to support the empty box, so that the multi-layer box bodies can conveniently enter the empty box under the push of the box body by the box pushing cylinder 122.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a row box guide rod 133 is transversely fixed to a side surface of the row box connecting plate 135, and the row box guide rod 133 is movably connected to a row box supporting seat 134 through a linear bearing. A box pushing guide rod 123 is transversely and fixedly connected to the side of the box pushing connecting plate 125, and the box pushing guide rod 123 is movably connected to the box pushing support seat 124 through a linear bearing. The row box push plate 136 comprises a left row box push plate 1362 and a right row box push plate 1361 which are movable and fixed, strip-shaped through holes are formed in the left row box push plate 1362 and the right row box push plate 1361 along the length direction of the left row box push plate 1362 and the right row box push plate 1361, and the left row box push plate 1362 and the right row box push plate 1361 are connected with the row box connecting plate 135 through the strip-shaped through holes, fastening bolts and nuts. A row box inserting plate 1363 is inserted between the left row box pushing plate 1362 and the right row box pushing plate 1361. The push box push plate 126 comprises a movable and fixed left push box push plate 1262 and a right push box push plate 1261, a strip-shaped through hole is formed in the left push box push plate 1262 and the right push box push plate 1261 along the length direction of the left push box push plate 1262, and the left push box push plate 1262 and the right push box push plate 1261 are connected with the push box connecting plate 125 through the strip-shaped through hole, the fastening bolt and the nut. A box pushing inserting plate 1263 is inserted between the left box pushing plate 1262 and the right box pushing plate 1261. The length of the box arranging push plate 136 and the box pushing push plate 126 is adjusted by adjusting the fastening bolts and nuts so as to adapt to the number of single-layer box bodies.
Referring to fig. 3, an electric control cabinet 113 is arranged below the protective cover 11; the side of the protective cover 11 is provided with an access window not shown.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a box entering sensor 32 is provided on the top of the box supporting bracket 31. The in-box sensor 32 can control the next operation to open after the box to be packaged is pushed into the empty box.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the bottom of the protective cover 11, the belt support 22 and the brace support 31 is provided with the support legs 4 and the rollers 5. The arrangement of the supporting feet 4 and the rollers 5 can facilitate the flexible movement of the whole boxing equipment to a specified position.

1. the box arranging and pushing device (1) comprises a protective cover (11) which is fixedly connected with a conveyor belt bracket (22) and is provided with an electric control operating platform (114), an upper-layer clapboard (111) and a lower-layer bracket (112) are sequentially and transversely arranged in the protective cover (11) from top to bottom, a box arranging component (13) is arranged on the upper-layer clapboard (111), and a box pushing component (12) is arranged on the lower-layer bracket (112); the adjacent sides of the protective cover (11) and the conveyor belt bracket (22) are open;
the box arranging component (13) comprises a box arranging cylinder (132) which is transversely arranged, a box arranging fixing seat (131) is fixedly connected to the tail of a cylinder barrel of the box arranging cylinder (132), a box arranging supporting seat (134) is fixedly connected to the head end of the cylinder barrel of the box arranging cylinder (132), a piston rod of the box arranging cylinder (132) penetrates through the box arranging supporting seat (134), a box arranging connecting plate (135) is longitudinally and fixedly connected to the end of the piston rod, and a box arranging push plate (136) is arranged on the other side surface of the box arranging connecting plate (135) in parallel; the box pushing component (12) comprises a box pushing cylinder (122) which is transversely arranged, a box pushing fixing seat (121) is fixedly connected to the tail of a cylinder barrel of the box pushing cylinder (122), a box pushing supporting seat (124) is fixedly connected to the head end of the cylinder barrel of the box pushing cylinder (122), a piston rod of the box pushing cylinder (122) penetrates through the box pushing supporting seat (124), a box pushing connecting plate (125) is longitudinally and fixedly connected to the end of the piston rod, and a box pushing plate (126) is arranged on the other side face of the box pushing connecting plate (125) in parallel; the row box fixing seat (131) and the row box supporting seat (134) are fixedly connected with the upper layer partition plate (111), and the push box fixing seat (121) and the push box supporting seat (124) are fixedly connected with the lower layer bracket (112);

the left and right box supporting assemblies (331) comprise box supporting connecting plates (3311) which are transversely and fixedly connected above and below the side surfaces of the box supporting brackets (31), and two ends of each box supporting connecting plate (3311) are provided with first strip-shaped through holes (3312) along the length direction; two left and right supporting box rods (3314) are longitudinally arranged between the two supporting box connecting plates (3311), first bearings (3313) are sleeved at the two end parts of the left and right supporting box rods (3314), and the first bearings (3313) are movably and fixedly connected with the supporting box connecting plates (3311) through fastening bolts, nuts and first strip-shaped through holes (3312); left and right box supporting plates (3315) are longitudinally and fixedly connected to the left and right box supporting rods (3314); the upper and lower supporting box assembly (332) comprises upper and lower supporting box rods (3322) which are transversely arranged above and below the side surface of the supporting box bracket (31), and two end parts of the upper and lower supporting box rods (3322) are sleeved with second bearings (3321); second strip-shaped through holes (311) are longitudinally formed in the middle upper parts of the left side wall and the right side wall of the box supporting bracket (31), and a second bearing (3321) above the box supporting bracket (31) is movably and fixedly connected with the box supporting bracket (31) through fastening bolts, nuts and the second strip-shaped through holes (311); the second bearing (3321) positioned below the box supporting bracket (31) is fixedly connected with the box supporting bracket (31) through a fastening bolt and a nut; upper and lower box supporting leaf plates (3323) are transversely and fixedly connected to the upper and lower box supporting rods (3322);
the box body baffles (35) are longitudinally arranged at the head end and the tail end of the box body laminated part (34), and the bottoms of the box body baffles (35) are fixedly connected with the box supporting brackets (31);
a box stacking plate guide rod (346) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the box stacking plate (348) in the longitudinal direction, and the box stacking plate guide rod (346) is movably connected with the upper cylinder connecting plate (347) through a linear bearing; the bottoms of the two floating joints (342) are transversely and fixedly connected with a bracket connecting plate (341), and the bracket connecting plate (341) is fixedly connected with the box supporting bracket (31) through fastening bolts and nuts;
