当前使用的针织面料大多都仅仅是面料本身舒适性的功能性面料,对人体具有有益效果的面料还没有在市场上得到广泛应用;针织面料作为新一代环保材料,具有成本低廉,柔韧性佳,透气性好,不助燃,无毒无刺激,容易分解等优点,进而有着广阔的应用前景,针织面料产品衍生出多种种类应用于多种不同的领域;当前社会的竞争压力大,人们在工作环境和生活环境中往往会产生各种身体不适问题,而需要通过特殊途径进行治疗,如按摩。针对一般的按摩装置,对人体上的穴位不能够精确的定位,使得作用效果大打折扣,而且使用按摩装置往往需要花费一笔不小的金额,经济费用较大,
中国专利其公开号204914736U公开了一种磁性按摩面料,是由多层面料复合而成的,包括:内层保健层、中间保暖层和外层耐磨层,所述外层耐磨层和内层保健层分别连接在所述中间保暖层的上下两面,所述内层保健层包括磁纱纤维和竹纤维,混纺交织而成,所述中间保暖层为棉絮纤维织物;所述外层耐磨层为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成;该多层面料绗缝缝接,并在该面料上形成若干大小一致的凸起部;该磁性按摩面料的磁纱纤维为全覆盖式设计,导致透气性较差,影响了磁性按摩面料的效果。
针对以上技术问题,故需要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,透气性好,保暖舒适,具有全方位微按摩、保健理疗,在保证磁疗效果的前提下,使面料的便携性达到了充分地提升的磁性按摩针织面料。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种磁性按摩针织面料,包括从上至下依次布设的上基布层、导磁层、下基布层和外层耐磨层;所述上基布层与导磁层之间设置有磁性颗粒;所述上基布层呈波浪状体,该波浪状体沿导磁层的长度方向均匀布设,并在导磁层上形成若干大小一致呈圆弧状的凸起部;所述磁性颗粒粘合在凸起部内;所述上基布层上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述下基布层与导磁层和外层耐磨层之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网和下纤维网,所述下基布层与上纤维网之间以及导磁层与下纤维网之间均通过胶水粘接。

1.本发明的结构简单、使用方便快捷,设置呈蜂窝状透气孔的上基布层,在保证磁疗效果的前提下,提高了磁性按摩面料的透气性,增加了舒适度。
2.通过设置若干呈圆弧状的凸起部,在保健理疗的同时,还具有自身按摩功能,其上基布层自身也具有松软的机械性能,有助于提升各种卧姿下的体感,增加了舒适度。
3.通过设置磁性涂层与磁性颗粒相贴合,能够产生具有足够磁场强度和空间覆盖的磁场,保证磁疗效果更好。
4.通过上纤维网和下纤维网将和导磁层压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了磁场效率;从而避免了因其相对较厚而对磁性颗粒磁场强度带来不必要的削弱。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作详细说明。
实施例:如图1-2所示,一种磁性按摩针织面料,包括从上至下依次布设的上基布层1、导磁层4、下基布层2和外层耐磨层3;所述上基布层1与导磁层4之间设置有磁性颗粒5;所述上基布层1呈波浪状体,该波浪状体沿导磁层4的长度方向均匀布设,并在导磁层4上形成若干大小一致呈圆弧状的凸起部10;所述磁性颗粒5粘合在凸起部10内;通过设置若干呈圆弧状的凸起部10,在保健理疗的同时,还具有自身按摩功能,其上基布层1自身也具有松软的机械性能,有助于提升各种卧姿下的体感,增加了舒适度。
上基布层1上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔6;在针织面料平铺于床铺之上后,上基布层1位于最上方,将直接与人体皮肤相接触,因而可以采用纯棉、麻、绒等常规材料制作;外层耐磨层3也可以采用上述常规材料制作,并且其与上基布层1可用相同或不相的材料;上基布层1还可以采用尼龙化纤等更耐磨损或具有隔水等性能的材质;该透气孔6贯穿于整个上基布层1,磁性颗粒5位于透气孔6底部,磁性颗粒5与透气孔6交错分布,磁性颗粒5的外径大于透气孔6内径;这样使得磁性颗粒5不会从针织面料内部脱落,而且设置呈蜂窝状透气孔的上基布层1,在保证磁疗效果的前提下,提高了磁性按摩面料的透气性,增加了舒适度。
下基布层2与导磁层4和外层耐磨层3之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网7和下纤维网8,所述下基布层2与上纤维网7之间以及导磁层4与下纤维网8之间均通过胶水粘接;通过上纤维网7和下纤维网8将和导磁层4压在中间,然后再粘合即可,提高了磁场效率;从而避免了因其相对较厚而对磁性颗粒磁场强度带来不必要的削弱。
透气孔6大小一致,等距布设于上基布层1上,透气孔6的形状为圆形,方形或多边形,透气孔6的形状可以根据实际需要进行选择,本实施例优选为正六边形,透气性和按摩性能优良。
上基布层1为弹性布料,上基布层1采用氨纶丝线经纬编织而成;首先,其上基布层1性能强韧且具有弹性,使得针织面料产品的耐用性极佳,体感也更为舒适,其次,在上基布层1上设置呈蜂窝状的透气孔6结构,利于实现磁性颗粒5状料的浸润,增大了吸附面积,从而在涂覆磁性涂料形成磁性涂层1-1后可产生更强的磁场强度,如果涂覆浆料形成导磁层4也能够强化导磁性能;第三,蜂窝状结构自身也降低了磁性颗粒5磁场通过的损耗,提高了通透性;在采用高分子层状结构的情况下,对磁性涂料及浆料的涂覆一般要采用喷涂法和浸润法。
凸起部10内部均匀粘结有若干个磁性颗粒5,磁性颗粒5贴合于透气孔6上,两个相邻凸起部10的高度相一致,且凸起部10的高度为上基布层1高度的2倍;则是为了在使用过程中,增加该凸起部10的高度落差,并且从舒适度美观度和理疗效果的角度考虑,凸起部10的高度为上基布层1高度的2倍为比较合理方案。
外层耐磨层3的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜9;使得该针织面料的表面更平整、更光亮,大大提高了产品的质量和档次;另外,由于使用了PET聚酯薄膜9,上基布层1中磁性颗粒5与透气孔6交错分布即使呈纵横交错排列,也不会影响产品的平整度,进一步提高了产品的强度;外层耐磨层3为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成;增加了表面耐磨性和内里的防污性,清洁方便,耐用性好。
导磁层4具有磁场传导性能,其贴附于上基布层1的内侧,且位于磁性颗粒5和下基布层2之间,所述上基布层1是高分子层状结构,并且与磁性颗粒5连接的表面涂覆形成磁性涂层1-1;通过设置磁性涂层与磁性颗粒相贴合,能够产生具有足够磁场强度和空间覆盖的磁场,保证磁疗效果更好。
导磁层4由表面包覆含导磁材料聚合物的织物纤维以一定比例混入棉、麻或竹纤维织物层后形成。

尽管本文较多地使用了图中附图标记:上基布层1,下基布层2,磁性涂层1-1,外层耐磨层3,导磁层4,磁性颗粒5,透气孔6,上纤维网7,下纤维网8,PET聚酯薄膜9,凸起部10等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

1.一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次布设的上基布层(1)、导磁层(4)、下基布层(2)和外层耐磨层(3);所述上基布层(1)与导磁层(4)之间设置有磁性颗粒(5);所述上基布层(1)呈波浪状体,该波浪状体沿导磁层(4)的长度方向均匀布设,并在导磁层(4)上形成若干大小一致呈圆弧状的凸起部(10);所述磁性颗粒(5)粘合在凸起部(10)内;所述上基布层(1)上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述下基布层(2)与导磁层(4)和外层耐磨层(3)之间分别设有呈网格状的上纤维网(7)和下纤维网(8),所述下基布层(2)与上纤维网(7)之间以及导磁层(4)与下纤维网(8)之间均通过胶水粘接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述磁性颗粒(5)与透气孔(6)交错分布,磁性颗粒(5)的外径大于透气孔(6)内径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述透气孔(6)大小一致,等距布设于上基布层(1)上,透气孔(6)的形状为圆形,方形或多边形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述上基布层(1)为弹性布料,上基布层(1)采用氨纶丝线经纬编织而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述两个相邻凸起部(10)的高度相一致,且凸起部(10)的高度为上基布层(1)高度的2倍。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述外层耐磨层(3)的外表面黏附有PET聚酯薄膜(9);外层耐磨层(3)为聚酯纤维和聚酰胺纤维混纺织成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述导磁层(4)具有磁场传导性能,其贴附于上基布层(1)的内侧,且位于磁性颗粒(5)和下基布层(2)之间,所述上基布层(1)是高分子层状结构,并且与磁性颗粒(5)连接的表面涂覆形成磁性涂层(1-1)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述导磁层(4)由表面包覆含导磁材料聚合物的织物纤维以一定比例混入棉、麻或竹纤维织物层后形成。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种磁性按摩针织面料,其特征在于:所述凸起部(10)内部均匀粘结有若干个磁性颗粒(5),磁性颗粒(5)贴合于透气孔(6)上。
