本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种磁性保暖针织面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的织物材料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,而针织面料就是其中的一种,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。
当前使用的针织面料大多都仅仅是面料本身舒适性的功能性面料,对人体具有有益效果的面料还没有在市场上得到广泛应用;针织面料作为新一代环保材料,具有成本低廉,柔韧性佳,透气性好,不助燃,无毒无刺激,容易分解等优点,进而有着广阔的应用前景,针织面料产品衍生出多种种类应用于多种不同的领域;保暖针织面料就是其中的一种,现在的保暖面料一般为纯棉面料,但是为了提高纯棉面料的保暖效果,现在一般需要将纯棉面料增厚,导致纯棉的保暖面料变得非常厚重,进而导致舒适性不理想,同时,现有的保暖面料性能较单一,使用范围受到限制。
针对以上技术问题,故需要对其进行改进。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、使用方便,保暖效果好且舒适性好,具有保健理疗功能的磁性保暖针织面料。
为了达到以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种磁性保暖针织面料,包括保暖防护面料层、磁性保健纤维织物层、纤维网层和外层耐磨层,所述保暖防护面料层包括簇绒部和按摩部;簇绒部与按摩部等距交错布设于磁性保健纤维织物层上;所述磁性保健纤维织物层,包括横向磁纱纤维和纵向磁纱纤维,横向磁纱纤维和纵向磁纱纤维混纺交织而成;所述按摩部上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔,透气孔相抵于横向磁纱纤维或纵向磁纱纤维上。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述纤维网层由若干横向纤维网和纵向纤维网交织而成,纤维网层上的横向纤维网和纵向纤维网与磁性保健纤维织物层上的横向磁纱纤维和纵向磁纱纤维相互交错布设。

本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的结构简单、设置若干按摩部和簇绒部,与磁性保健纤维织物层相互结合,在保证磁疗效果的前提下,提高了按摩作用,增加了保暖度;
2.设置了外层耐磨层能够有效地减少复合面料的磨损,从而提高布料的实用性能,在保证了磁疗理疗的同时,也起到耐磨的作用;
3.通过横向纤维网和纵向纤维网交织而成,横向磁纱纤维和纵向磁纱纤维相互交错布设,进行双重储热,使得纤维网层与磁性保健纤维织物层能够在储热保暖的同时,将外界较冷的气候与网格层隔离,进一步提高保暖效果。

按摩凸起2-2-1的高度为2mm~3 mm,本发明的按摩凸起2-2-1的高度为3mm;在通过磁性保健纤维织物层1保健理疗的同时,还可以通过按摩凸起2-2-1具有自身按摩功能。
横向磁纱纤维1-1和纵向磁纱纤维1-2之间交错布设,横向磁纱纤维1-1与纵向磁纱纤维1-2之间形成有若干呈菱形的磁力线网8,该磁力线网8与按摩部2-2位置相对应;采用上述技术方案,能够在不增加保暖防护面料层2厚度的同时进一步提高保暖效果;同时,设置簇绒部,通过毛绒线2-1-1接触皮肤;从而不仅提高了保暖效果,而且还提高了舒适性。此外,本发明磁力线网8与按摩部2-2位置相对应,按摩部2-2上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔3,磁力线网8上产生的许多N、S磁回路及发射出去的磁力线通过透气孔3对贴近的肌肤进行全方位的立体刺激和按摩,使得肌肤表面处于微运动状态,而且,按摩凸起2-2-1的高度为2mm,在保健理疗的同时,还具有按摩功能,进一步提高了舒适性。
纤维网层7由若干横向纤维网7-1和纵向纤维网7-2交织而成,纤维网层7上的横向纤维网7-1和纵向纤维网7-2与磁性保健纤维织物层1上的横向磁纱纤维1-1和纵向磁纱纤维1-2相互交错布设;横向磁纱纤维1-1和纵向磁纱纤维1-2中均匀排列着含有永久磁铁的微粒材料;采用上述技术方案, 通过横向纤维网7-1和纵向纤维网7-2交织而成,横向磁纱纤维1-1和纵向磁纱纤维1-2相互交错布设,进行双重储热,使得纤维网层7与磁性保健纤维织物层1能够在储热保暖的同时,将外界较冷的气候与网格层隔离,进一步提高保暖效果。
外层耐磨层4包括表层6和耐磨涂层5,所述表层6由锦纶经纱和氨纶纬纱缎纹组织而成,耐磨性极好的锦纶和具有优良弹性的氨纶交叉编织的表层6具有优良的耐磨性和弹性,使得表层6不易被磨坏;且一般表层6的经纬密度较高,于是选用缎纹组织的方式,缎纹组织指经线(或纬线)浮线较长,交织点较少,它们虽形成斜线,但不是连续的,相互间隔距离有规律而均匀,在经纬密度较高的织物中,纤维在织物中附着的相当牢固,纤维破坏的主要方式是纤维产生应力集中,被切割断裂,这时,若织物浮线较长,纤维在纱中可作适当移动,有利于织物耐磨性,从而从结构上增强了表层6的耐磨性能;耐磨涂层5设置在表层6的外侧,为TPU层,TPU具有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,是一种成熟的环保材料,在防水的同时能够有效的起到耐磨作用。

尽管本文较多地使用了图中附图标记:磁性保健纤维织物层1,横向磁纱纤维1-1,纵向磁纱纤维1-2,保暖防护面料层2,簇绒部2-1,毛绒线2-1-1,按摩部2-2,按摩凸起2-2-1,透气孔3,外层耐磨层4,耐磨涂层5,表层6,纤维网层7,横向纤维网7-1,纵向纤维网7-2,磁力线网8等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。
Claims (10)
1.一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:包括保暖防护面料层(2)、磁性保健纤维织物层(1)、纤维网层(7)和外层耐磨层(4),所述保暖防护面料层(2)包括簇绒部(2-1)和按摩部(2-2);簇绒部(2-1)与按摩部(2-2)等距交错布设于磁性保健纤维织物层(1)上;所述磁性保健纤维织物层(1),包括横向磁纱纤维(1-1)和纵向磁纱纤维(1-2),横向磁纱纤维(1-1)和纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)混纺交织而成;所述按摩部(2-2)上形成有若干呈蜂窝状的透气孔(3),透气孔(3)相抵于横向磁纱纤维(1-1)或纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述纤维网层(7)由若干横向纤维网(7-1)和纵向纤维网(7-2)交织而成,纤维网层(7)上的横向纤维网(7-1)和纵向纤维网(7-2)与磁性保健纤维织物层(1)上的横向磁纱纤维(1-1)和纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)相互交错布设。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述横向磁纱纤维(1-1)和纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)中均匀排列着含有永久磁铁的微粒材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述横向磁纱纤维(1-1)和纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)之间交错布设,横向磁纱纤维(1-1)与纵向磁纱纤维(1-2)之间形成有若干呈菱形的磁力线网(8),该磁力线网(8)与按摩部(2-2)位置相对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述簇绒部(2-1)由若干毛绒线(2-1-1)组成;毛绒线(2-1-1)采用包芯纱制成,所述按摩部(2-2)由若干按摩凸起(2-2-1)组成;按摩凸起(2-2-1)等距布设于磁性保健纤维织物层(1)上,毛绒线(2-1-1)布设于相邻的按摩凸起(2-2-1)的中间位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述包芯纱的芯纱为负离子纤维。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述按摩凸起(2-2-1)的高度为2mm~3 mm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述簇绒部(2-1)采用苎麻纤维制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述外层耐磨层(4)包括表层(6)和耐磨涂层(5),所述表层(6)由锦纶经纱和氨纶纬纱缎纹组织而成,所述涂层涂设于表层(6)外侧。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种磁性保暖针织面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨涂层(5)为TPU层。
