Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机电装置的波纹管,属于机电装置技术领域,所述波纹管包括沿波纹管径向从内向外依次层叠的内耐候层、复合主体层、金属箔层以及外耐候层,所述内耐候层的内表面上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用多层复合结构,利用不同功能的材料复合形成本发明的波纹管,使得其具有多功能性的特点,以满足不同的使用环境。

背景技术
现有的波纹管主要包括金属波纹管、波纹膨胀节、波纹换热管、膜片膜盒和金属软管等。金属波纹管主要应用于补偿管线热变形、减震、吸收管线沉降变形等作用,广泛应用于石化、仪表、航天、化工、电力、水泥、冶金等行业,塑料等其他材质波纹管在介质输送、电力穿线、机床、家电等领域有着不可替代的作用。如何设计一种综合性能优异的用于机电装置的塑料波纹管,是业界亟待解决的问题。

本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种用于机电装置的波纹管。

所述复合主体层由按照重量百分比计算由以下组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份;硅橡胶20-50份;聚丙烯20-30份;聚乙烯10-20份;氧化铝纳米颗粒5-30份;氧化镁纳米颗粒5-20份;黑磷烯5-10份;Cu9S5微粒2-10份;无碱玻璃纤维2-8份;碳纤维5-10份;紫外线吸收剂0.5-3份;抗氧剂0.5-1.5份;交联剂 1-2份;硅烷偶联剂1-5份;

作为优选,所述耐腐蚀涂层为硅酸乙酯系涂料或环氧树脂复合材料涂料。
作为优选,所述金属箔层的材质为铝、铜、银以及不锈钢中的一种。
作为优选,所述内耐候层和所述外耐候层中的所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物以及聚氟乙烯中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述内耐候层和所述外耐候层中的所述氮化硼纳米颗粒和所述氮化铝纳米颗粒的粒径为500-900纳米。
作为优选,所述氧化铝纳米颗粒和所述氧化镁纳米颗粒的粒径为700-1000纳米,所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述Cu9S5微粒的粒径为0.5-3微米。
作为优选,所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述紫外线吸收剂为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2'-羟基-5'-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-3'-叔丁基-5'-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二戊基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑中的一种或几种。

作为优选,所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β -甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的用于机电装置的波纹管通过在内耐候层的内表面上喷涂耐腐蚀涂层,使得该波纹管具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,可用于腐蚀性物质的输送。
通过在内耐候层和外耐候层中添加氮化硼纳米颗粒和氮化铝纳米颗粒,通过两者的配合作用,有效提高其导热性能,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的稳定性。
通过在主体复合层中添加氧化铝纳米颗粒和氧化镁纳米颗粒过两者的配合作用,有效提高其导热性能,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的稳定性。
波纹管中黑磷烯和Cu9S5微粒的存在,通过二者的配合作用,可以快速传导静电,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的抗静电性能,同时进一步提高波纹管的导热性能。
通过优化波纹管的各层的具体材质,形成的新型的波纹管,综合性能优异,稳定性强,且具有多功能性的特点,可以满足在不同的环境中使用。

所述外耐候层4由按照重量百分比计算由以下组分组成:氟树脂100份;乙烯-烯烃共聚物40份;氮化硼纳米颗粒20份;氮化铝纳米颗粒15份;黑磷烯9份;Cu9S5微粒8份;无碱玻璃纤维5份;碳纤维7份;紫外线吸收剂2份;抗氧剂1.5份;交联剂 2份;硅烷偶联剂4份。
其中,所述耐腐蚀涂层为环氧树脂复合材料涂料。所述金属箔层3的材质为铜。所述内耐候层1的所述氟树脂为聚偏氟乙烯,所述外耐候层4中的所述氟树脂为乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物。所述内耐候层1和所述外耐候层4中的所述氮化硼纳米颗粒和所述氮化铝纳米颗粒的粒径为800纳米。所述氧化铝纳米颗粒和所述氧化镁纳米颗粒的粒径为900纳米,所述内耐候层1、所述复合主体层2和所述外耐候层4中的所述Cu9S5微粒的粒径为2.5微米。所述内耐候层1、所述复合主体层2和所述外耐候层4中的所述紫外线吸收剂为2-(2'-羟基-3'-叔丁基-5'-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑。所述内耐候层1、所述复合主体层2和所述外耐候层4中的所述抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。所述内耐候层1、所述复合主体层2和所述外耐候层4中的所述交联剂为1,1-(双过氧化叔丁基)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷。所述内耐候层1、所述复合主体层2和所述外耐候层4中的所述硅烷偶联剂为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
本发明的用于机电装置的波纹管通过在内耐候层的内表面上喷涂耐腐蚀涂层,使得该波纹管具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,可用于腐蚀性物质的输送。通过在内耐候层和外耐候层中添加氮化硼纳米颗粒和氮化铝纳米颗粒,通过两者的配合作用,有效提高其导热性能,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的稳定性。通过在主体复合层中添加氧化铝纳米颗粒和氧化镁纳米颗粒过两者的配合作用,有效提高其导热性能,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的稳定性。波纹管中黑磷烯和Cu9S5微粒的存在,通过二者的配合作用,可以快速传导静电,进而使得该波纹管具有优异的抗静电性能,同时进一步提高波纹管的导热性能。通过优化波纹管的各层的具体材质,形成的新型的波纹管,综合性能优异,稳定性强,且具有多功能性的特点,可以满足在不同的环境中使用。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述波纹管包括沿波纹管径向从内向外依次层叠的内耐候层、复合主体层、金属箔层以及外耐候层,所述内耐候层的内表面上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层;
所述内耐候层由按照重量百分比计算由以下组分组成:氟树脂100份;乙烯-不饱和酯共聚物20-50份;氮化硼纳米颗粒5-30份;氮化铝纳米颗粒5-20份;黑磷烯5-10份;Cu9S5微粒2-10份;无碱玻璃纤维2-8份;碳纤维5-10份;紫外线吸收剂0.5-3份;抗氧剂0.5-1.5份;交联剂 1-2份;硅烷偶联剂1-5份;
所述复合主体层由按照重量百分比计算由以下组分组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份;硅橡胶20-50份;聚丙烯20-30份;聚乙烯10-20份;氧化铝纳米颗粒5-30份;氧化镁纳米颗粒5-20份;黑磷烯5-10份;Cu9S5微粒2-10份;无碱玻璃纤维2-8份;碳纤维5-10份;紫外线吸收剂0.5-3份;抗氧剂0.5-1.5份;交联剂 1-2份;硅烷偶联剂1-5份;
所述外耐候层由按照重量百分比计算由以下组分组成:氟树脂100份;乙烯-烯烃共聚物20-50份;氮化硼纳米颗粒5-30份;氮化铝纳米颗粒5-20份;黑磷烯5-10份;Cu9S5微粒2-10份;无碱玻璃纤维2-8份;碳纤维5-10份;紫外线吸收剂0.5-3份;抗氧剂0.5-1.5份;交联剂 1-2份;硅烷偶联剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀涂层为硅酸乙酯系涂料或环氧树脂复合材料涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述金属箔层的材质为铝、铜、银以及不锈钢中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层和所述外耐候层中的所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物以及聚氟乙烯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层和所述外耐候层中的所述氮化硼纳米颗粒和所述氮化铝纳米颗粒的粒径为500-900纳米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述氧化铝纳米颗粒和所述氧化镁纳米颗粒的粒径为700-1000纳米,所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述Cu9S5微粒的粒径为0.5-3微米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述紫外线吸收剂为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-(2'-羟基-5'-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-3'-叔丁基-5'-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-3',5'-二戊基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三壬基苯酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、二亚磷酸季戊四醇二硬脂醇酯中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述交联剂为过氧化-3,5,5-三甲基己酸叔丁酯、1,1-(双过氧化叔丁基)-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷、过氧化-2-乙基己基碳酸叔戊酯、过氧化-2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷、过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯、过氧化特戊酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于机电装置的波纹管,其特征在于:所述内耐候层、所述复合主体层和所述外耐候层中的所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三过氧化叔丁基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β -甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、辛基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
