Abstract

本发明属于精油牙膏，一种洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏。现有牙膏缺点是仅有清洁护理功能，无杀灭口腔致病细菌效果。本发明牙膏由洗必泰、芍药精油、洋甘菊精油、薄荷精油、咪唑啉、丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、二氧化硅、去离子水制成。先将芍药、洋甘菊、薄荷精油、咪唑啉乳化剂搅拌混合制成乳化精油；再将聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚等物质混合；将上述两产物混合，加入去离子水，用均质机二次均质；抽真空、灌装入牙膏袋内。本发明的优点是:有效杀灭并抑制口腔微生物繁殖；具有镇痛、消除口臭作用；各类人群都可使用，尤其适用住院和术后预防感染人群。

技术领域
本发明属于精油牙膏，具体地说是一种洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏。
背景技术
口腔是人面部的重要器官,它具有咀嚼、吞咽、言语、感觉四大功能。口腔中微生物存在于牙菌斑、口腔粘膜、牙结石、龈袋、唾液、术后的牙髓中，特别是牙菌斑具有独特的生物膜结构，而牙髓也处于相对封闭的腔隙中，因此口腔护理十分重要。植物精油是从植物中萃取的特有芳香物质，精油中含有的多种物质具有促进粘膜细胞新陈代谢，促进唾液腺分泌，激发自身免疫功能，创建口腔优质微生态环境，抑制口腔有害微生物繁殖的作用。我国每年医疗卫生机构住院人数达上亿人次以上，上述潜在感病者按住院护理规范都需要进行口腔护理。现有精油牙膏的缺点是仅有清洁护理功能，但对杀灭、抑制口腔致病细菌效果不理想。
洗必泰是一种低水平杀菌却是有持久效果作用的消毒剂，它能与唾液糖蛋白结合，更重要的使牙面吸附蛋白减少，干扰菌斑形成。洗必泰还可与细菌细胞外多糖结合，使细菌不易吸附到获得膜上，达到预防和减少牙周病和龋病的目的。牙膏是人们每天都必须使用的口腔卫生护理用品，具有清洁口腔的功能。发明一种具有杀灭和抑制口腔有害微生物繁殖功能，又具有口腔护理功能的洗必泰混合精油口腔护理膏是十分有意义的。
本发明首次将洗必泰和芍药、洋甘菊、薄荷混合精油制备牙膏，利用人们刷牙对口腔进行杀灭口腔细菌和护理。本发明具有使用方便、成本低、口腔预防护理效果好、应用广泛的优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有杀灭和抑制口腔有害微生物繁殖功能，又具有口腔护理功能的洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏,由下列重量比物质组成:
洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)混合精油制备:按权利要求1所述的重量份准确称取芍药精油、洋甘菊精油、薄荷精油，置入同一容器，加入咪唑啉乳化剂1～3重量份，充分搅拌混合，制成乳化精油备用；
(2)分别按权利要求1所述重量份称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰、丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、二氧化硅置入同一容器，充分搅拌混合；
(3)将步骤(1)产物加入步骤(2)产物中；
(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水，至100重量份；
(5)将步骤(4)产物充分搅拌混合，用均质机二次均质；
(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入牙膏袋内。
本发明的特点是：
将洗必泰和芍药、洋甘菊、薄荷精油加入牙膏中,利用洗必泰与唾液糖蛋白结合，使牙面吸附的蛋白减少，洗必泰与细菌细胞外多糖结合，从而干扰菌斑的形成并可吸附在细菌胞浆膜的渗透屏障，使细胞内容物漏出，低浓度时呈抑菌作用，高浓度时则呈杀菌作用；而芍药精油中含有的芍药甙促进人体粘膜细胞新陈代谢，激发粘膜细胞自身免疫作用，有效护理口腔；利用洋甘菊精油独有的水果香气,调节牙膏口感，恢复痛、调节人的情绪。利用薄荷精油清咽润喉、消除口臭。
本发明使用的原料丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、二氧化硅为已有技术，是现有牙膏公开使用的原料。
本发明的优点是:
1.有效杀灭口腔细菌。
2.激发人体自身免疫力，调整口腔微生态，抑制口腔微生物繁殖，减少住院病人和手术病人术后感染的发生。
3.具有镇痛、调节患者情绪的作用。
4.清咽润喉、消除口臭。
5.应用广泛，适用于各种人群。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1：
(1)混合精油制备:准确称取芍药精油0.85公斤，洋甘菊精油1公斤，薄荷精油1公斤，置入同一容器，加入咪唑啉乳化剂10公斤，充分搅拌混合，制成乳化精油备用；
(2)准确称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.01公斤、丙三醇4公斤、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1公斤、山梨醇1公斤、二氧化硅1公斤，置入同一容器，充分搅拌混合；
(3)将步骤(1)制备的乳化精油加入步骤(2)产物中；
(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水，至100公斤；
(5)将步骤(4)产物充分搅拌混合，用均质机二次均质；
(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入牙膏袋内。
洗必泰混合精油口腔护理膏制成。
实施例2：
(1)混合精油制备:准确称取芍药精油0.9公斤，洋甘菊精油1.5公斤，薄荷精油1.5公斤，置入同一容器，加入咪唑啉乳化剂10公斤，充分搅拌混合，制成乳化精油备用；
(2)准确称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.12公斤、丙三醇40公斤、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚10公斤、山梨醇10公斤、二氧化硅20公斤，置入同一容器，充分搅拌混合；
(3)将步骤(1)制备的乳化精油加入步骤(2)产物中；
(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水，至1000公斤；
(5)将步骤(4)产物充分搅拌混合，用均质机二次均质；
(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入牙膏袋内。
洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏制成。
实施例3：
口腔溃疡患者取本实施例1制备的洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏，每次刷牙使用1.5克，一日两次，连续使用5天，杀灭口腔细菌，口腔溃疡完全康复。
实施例4：
患者拔牙后取本实施例2制备的洗必泰混合精油口腔护理牙膏，每次刷牙使用1.5克，一日两次，连续使用7天，杀灭口腔细菌，牙龈无感染。
上述实施例仅为本发明的优选例，并不用来限制本发明，凡在本发明的原则之内，所做的任何修改和变化，均在本发明的保护范围之内。

(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水，至100重量份；

(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入牙膏袋内。
