本发明属于食品领域,尤其是一种促进进食的保健食品配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人的工作繁忙、进餐时间不定时、多吃快餐等问题都会引起肠胃不好,然而人体需要的营养几乎都需要经过肠胃;肠胃成为消化最重要的器官,胃肠道功能紊乱临床表现主要在胃肠道涉及进食和排泄等方面的不正常,也常伴有失眠、焦虑、注意力涣散,健忘、神经过敏、头痛等其他功能性症状,胃肠道功能紊乱相当常见,目前国内尚缺乏有关发病率的精确统计。在各种脏器的神经官能症中,胃肠道的发病数最高,多见于青壮年。
发明内容
为了解决现代人的肠胃功能紊乱的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种促进进食的保健食品配方及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取以下技术方案:
一种促进进食的保健食品配方及其制备方法,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料所组成:大豆粉20,玉米粉25份,山药粉10份,奶粉20份,乳清蛋白粉20份,维生素A0.3份,维生素B0. 3份,维生素C0.4份,葡萄糖2份,山楂提取素1份,枸杞提取素1份。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将上述的食品原料、功能添加剂、植物提取素进行和混合;(2)将上一步的混合物进行干燥,制粒,干燥后的混合物过50目筛;(3)将上述的颗粒在30OC进行分100g小袋包装。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:制备方法制作方便,工艺流程简单,而且营养丰富,无添加剂,能够迅速补充人体所需营养,调节人体肠胃功能。
