本发明公开了一种共轨电磁阀,其特征在于包括有钢套、铁芯、磁粉芯、线圈及阀芯,所述铁芯和磁粉芯均为环形柱体,所述磁粉芯与铁芯贴合且同心设置,所述铁芯和磁粉芯套设在阀芯外,所述钢套套设在铁芯外,所述铁芯开设有一道缝隙,所述缝隙沿母线轴向设置,所述铁芯的表面开设有环形凹槽,所述线圈绕设在线圈架上,所述线圈架安装在环形凹槽内。发明与现有技术相比,加工简便,生产效率高、生产成本低,而且开有缝隙的铁芯结合磁粉芯,不仅电磁力强,而且产生的热量少,电磁阀启动、关闭稳定,速度快,实现燃油的精确喷射。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种汽车电磁阀的改进发明,特别涉及的是一种共轨电磁阀。
背景技术
共轨电磁喷油器通过ECM(Engine Control Module引擎控制模块)接收发动机各种传感器的信号,经过分析、计算、比较后向控制器发出脉冲指令,控制电磁阀线圈通电与断电时刻精确地实现燃油喷射。电磁阀能否快速响应控制器发出的脉冲指令,铁芯起到了很重要的作用。申请人于2014年向国家知识产权局申请了发明名称为《电磁阀的硅钢片卷制铁芯总成》的发明专利,专利号为201410230032.0,上述专利采用的铁芯采用片状硅钢片排列而成,具有电磁力高,电磁阀的可靠性强的优点,但是存在加工难度大、生产效率低,生产成本高的问题。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种加工简易、生产成本低,且电磁力高,使用稳定、可靠的共轨电磁阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种共轨电磁阀,其特征在于包括有钢套、铁芯、磁粉芯、线圈及阀芯,所述铁芯和磁粉芯均为环形柱体,所述磁粉芯与铁芯贴合且同心设置,所述铁芯和磁粉芯套设在阀芯外,所述钢套套设在铁芯外,所述铁芯开设有一道缝隙,所述缝隙沿母线轴向设置,所述铁芯的表面开设有环形凹槽,所述线圈绕设在线圈架上,所述线圈架安装在环形凹槽内。
所述缝隙的宽度为8-10MM。
所述铁芯采用硅铁制成。
本发明的铁芯为整体式,加工简便,在铁芯上开设缝隙以使得涡流场不连续,如此减少高频涡流损耗,减少热量产生,增加电磁阀的可靠性,所述铁芯的缝隙宽度为8-10MM最佳,产生的热量最少;本发明还增加了磁粉芯,铁芯与磁粉芯结合增强通电时的电磁力。与现有技术相比,本发明不仅加工简易、生产效率高、生产成本低,而且电磁力大,电磁阀使用灵敏、稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的工作原理及其有关细节,参照附图,该种共轨电磁阀,包括有钢套5、铁芯2、线圈3、阀芯及磁粉芯1,所述磁粉芯1和铁芯2均为环形柱体,即中空的的圆柱体,其横截面为环形,所述铁芯2采用硅铁压制而成,加工十分简便,加工速度快,成本低;所述磁粉芯1与铁芯2贴合且同心设置,所述磁粉芯1和铁芯2套设在阀芯外,所述钢套5套设在铁芯2和磁粉芯1外,所述铁芯2开设有一道缝隙6,所述缝隙6沿母线轴向设置,所述缝隙6以使得涡流场不连续,如此减少高频涡流损耗,减少热量产生,增加电磁阀的可靠性,所述缝隙的宽度为8-10MM最佳;所述铁芯2的表面开设有环形凹槽7,所述线圈3绕设在线圈架4上,所述线圈架4安装在环形凹槽7内,线圈通电后,线圈3与铁芯2、磁粉芯1产生相应的电磁力并发生电磁感应,使阀芯的阀杆轴向移动,实现电磁阀精确喷射燃油。
本发明与现有技术相比,加工简便,生产效率高、生产成本低,而且开有缝隙的铁芯结合磁粉芯,不仅电磁力强,而且产生的热量少,电磁阀启动、关闭稳定,速度快,实现燃油的精确喷射。

1.一种共轨电磁阀,其特征在于包括有钢套、铁芯、磁粉芯、线圈及阀芯,所述铁芯和磁粉芯均为环形柱体,所述磁粉芯与铁芯贴合且同心设置,所述铁芯和磁粉芯套设在阀芯外,所述钢套套设在铁芯外,所述铁芯开设有一道缝隙,所述缝隙沿母线轴向设置,所述铁芯的表面开设有环形凹槽,所述线圈绕设在线圈架上,所述线圈架安装在环形凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共轨电磁阀,其特征在于所述缝隙的宽度为8-10MM。
3.根据权利要求1所述的共轨电磁阀,其特征在于所述铁芯采用硅铁制成。
