本发明属于化工技术领域,特别涉及一种高性能润滑油。包括以下组份:中性基础油,甲基硅油,烷基二甲苯磺酸,纳米氧化铝,纳米石墨,硫磷双辛基锌盐,聚烷撑乙二醇,三辛酸甘油酯,苯并三氮唑,双烯基丁二酰亚胺,月桂酸异丙酯,失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯,2,6‑二叔丁基混合酚,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺。本发明分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,既增大了高性能润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、强度、使用寿命,同时增大了高性能润滑油的化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了高性能润滑油品质。

(一)技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,特别涉及一种高性能润滑油。
(二)背景技术
润滑油是一种重要的、技术含量很高的石油产品,与汽油、煤油、柴油、燃料重油等石油产品相比,它虽然数量较少,但是品种、规格却非常多。
润滑油主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。现有的润滑油寿命低,无法长期循环使用,无法满足许多场合的需求,导致设备耗损大。

本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种高性能润滑油。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种高性能润滑油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组份:中性基础油80-120份,甲基硅油6-8份,烷基二甲苯磺酸3-7份,纳米氧化铝1-3份,纳米石墨1-3份,硫磷双辛基锌盐2-6份,聚烷撑乙二醇5-8份,三辛酸甘油酯5-8份,苯并三氮唑1-3份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺2-6份,月桂酸异丙酯5-8份,失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯2-6份,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚2-6份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺2-6份。
进一步,包括以下重量份数的组份:中性基础油100-110份,甲基硅油6-7份,烷基二甲苯磺酸5-7份,纳米氧化铝1-2份,纳米石墨1-2份,硫磷双辛基锌盐2-5份,聚烷撑乙二醇7-8份,三辛酸甘油酯7-8份,苯并三氮唑1-2份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺3-6份,月桂酸异丙酯6-8份,失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯4-6份,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚3-6份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺3-6份。
进一步,包括以下重量份数的组份:中性基础油108份,甲基硅油6.8份,烷基二甲苯磺酸5.8份,纳米氧化铝1.5份,纳米石墨1.5份,硫磷双辛基锌盐4.5份,聚烷撑乙二醇7份,三辛酸甘油酯7份,苯并三氮唑2份,双烯基丁二酰亚胺5份,月桂酸异丙酯7份,失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯5份,2,6-二叔丁基混合酚5份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,既增大了高性能润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、强度、使用寿命,同时增大了高性能润滑油的化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了高性能润滑油品质。
