本发明公开了一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机，包括基座，述基座的顶端固定连接有涂胶机机体，所述涂胶机机体的底部内壁上安装有第一电机和第二电机，所述涂胶机机体的顶端安装有保护箱，且保护箱的内部设有空腔，所述保护箱的底端安装有刮刀，且刮刀呈倾斜状，所述保护箱的内部两端安装有两个相对的转轮，且转轮位于空腔内，所述转轮上套有用于带动地毯转动的导辊，所述涂胶机机体的一侧固定连接有固定架，所述固定架的上端固定安装涂胶辊。本发明在对地毯进行涂胶后，可以实现快速凝固，凝固效果更好，另外，支撑架底部的刮刀可以将多余的胶体从地毯上分离出来，可以进行回收利用。

一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机
技术领域
本发明涉及涂胶机技术领域，尤其涉及一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机。
背景技术
涂胶机又称为涂覆机，刮胶机、自动喷胶机等，主要用以将液态胶水涂在纺织品、纸盒或者皮革表面上的一种机械设备，现有的涂胶机有很多种款式，如：鼓式涂胶机、双作用涂胶机、双工位升降涂胶机等，涂覆机是通过气压将胶水或者油漆之类的液体喷涂到所需要的产品上，设备采用了三轴联动，自动化操作，同时配有电脑编程控制路径喷涂，喷涂厚度和时间均可设定，简单易操作。当前人工涂胶机的涂胶效果差，多余的胶体没有进行适当的回收利用造成浪费，地摊上的胶体在空气中自行凝固，凝固效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机，包括基座，所述基座的顶端固定连接有涂胶机机体，所述涂胶机机体的底部内壁上安装有第一电机和第二电机，所述涂胶机机体的顶端安装有保护箱，且保护箱的内部设有空腔，，所述保护箱的底端安装有刮刀，且刮刀呈倾斜状，所述保护箱的内部两端安装有两个相对的转轮，且转轮位于空腔内，所述转轮上套有用于带动地毯转动的导辊，所述涂胶机机体的一侧固定连接有固定架，且固定架部分向外延伸，所述固定架的上端固定安装涂胶辊，且涂胶辊和导辊上地毯的上端面设有间隙，所述涂胶机机体的一端两侧均固定连接有支撑架，所述支撑架的顶端安装有烘干装置，且烘干装置和涂胶辊水平平行设置，所述涂胶机机体的底部一侧内壁上固定连接有料箱，所述料箱的顶端设有开口，且刮刀的底端位于料箱顶端的开口处上方。
优选的，所述第二电机的传动杆通过皮带和涂胶辊滚动连接。
优选的，所述料箱的一侧开设有用于取料的开口，且开口外安装有盖板。
优选的，所述固定架的底部通过螺栓和涂胶机机体的一侧连接。
优选的，所述涂胶辊的外侧开等距离设有100个用于喷胶的细小通孔。
优选的，所述烘干装置包括烘干风机、风管，且风管上开设有排气孔。
本发明的有益效果为：地毯随着转轮上的导辊转动进行自动涂料，地毯上的胶体在烘干装置的作用下实现快速凝固，凝固效果更好，另外，支撑架底部的刮刀可以将多余的胶体从地毯上分离出来，然后再重力的作用下流进料箱内，可以进行回收利用，不浪费材料。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2，一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机，包括基座1，基座1的顶端固定连接有涂胶机机体12，涂胶机机体12的底部内壁上安装有第一电机2和第二电机13，涂胶机机体12的顶端安装有保护箱5，且保护箱5的内部设有空腔，，保护箱5的底端安装有刮刀10，且刮刀10呈倾斜状，保护箱5的内部两端安装有两个相对的转轮4，且转轮4位于空腔内，转轮4上套有用于带动地毯转动的导辊3，涂胶机机体12的一侧固定连接有固定架6，且固定架6部分向外延伸，固定架6的上端固定安装涂胶辊7，且涂胶辊7和导辊3上地毯的上端面设有间隙，涂胶机机体12的一端两侧均固定连接有支撑架9，支撑架9的顶端安装有烘干装置8，且烘干装置8和涂胶辊7水平平行设置，涂胶机机体12的底部一侧内壁上固定连接有料箱11，料箱11的顶端设有开口，且刮刀10的底端位于料箱11顶端的开口处上方。
本发明中，第二电机13的传动杆通过皮带和涂胶辊7滚动连接，料箱11的一侧开设有用于取料的开口，且开口外安装有盖板，固定架6的底部通过螺栓和涂胶机机体12的一侧连接，涂胶辊7的外侧开等距离设有100个用于喷胶的细小通孔，烘干装置8包括烘干风机、风管，且风管上开设有排气孔。
工作原理：在第一电机2的驱动下，转轮4带动导辊3上的地毯同时转动，在第二电机13的作用下，驱动涂胶辊7转动进行喷胶，被喷胶后的地毯先经过烘干装置8的下方，使得地毯上的胶体烘干不易变形，快速凝固成型，再经过刮刀10的作用将多余的胶体清除，多余的胶体留至料箱11内收集。

1.一种改进型的用于地毯制造的自动涂胶机，包括基座（1），其特征在于，所述基座（1）的顶端固定连接有涂胶机机体（12），所述涂胶机机体（12）的底部内壁上安装有第一电机（2）和第二电机（13），所述涂胶机机体（12）的顶端安装有保护箱（5），且保护箱（5）的内部设有空腔，，所述保护箱（5）的底端安装有刮刀（10），且刮刀（10）呈倾斜状，所述保护箱（5）的内部两端安装有两个相对的转轮（4），且转轮（4）位于空腔内，所述转轮（4）上套有用于带动地毯转动的导辊（3），所述涂胶机机体（12）的一侧固定连接有固定架（6），且固定架（6）部分向外延伸，所述固定架（6）的上端固定安装涂胶辊（7），且涂胶辊（7）和导辊（3）上地毯的上端面设有间隙，所述涂胶机机体（12）的一端两侧均固定连接有支撑架（9），所述支撑架（9）的顶端安装有烘干装置（8），且烘干装置（8）和涂胶辊（7）水平平行设置，所述涂胶机机体（12）的底部一侧内壁上固定连接有料箱（11），所述料箱（11）的顶端设有开口，且刮刀（10）的底端位于料箱（11）顶端的开口处上方。
