技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域，具体涉及一种低泡洗手液。
背景技术
洗手液主要的功能是起到清洁护肤的作用，有些特定的成分可以起到消毒、杀菌的作用，比如大肠杆菌等，另外特殊一类属于重油污洗手液。前者起到清洁去污的作用，后者才含有抗菌、抑菌或杀菌的有效成分。重油污洗手液则多用于工业类油污(例如机油、汽油、黄油、柴油等)和顽固污渍的清洗。不同洗手液在外包装上有分别，普通洗手液一般为“准字号”，消毒洗手液则多为“消字号”。洗手液一般无磷、铝、碱、烷基苯磺酸钠等成分，采用温和去污的原理，容易被皮肤接受。洗手液对手会有一点的伤害，洗手液中的化学物质可能会刺激手部皮肤对皮肤容易过敏的人不适合使用，需要洗完后然后涂上护手霜。因此，提供一种低泡洗手液成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的主要目的是：提供一种低泡洗手液，成本低廉、杀菌去污效果好、且对皮肤无刺激作用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：提供一种低泡洗手液，所述包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酸、表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、山梨酸钾和去离子水，其中，椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的重量百分比为10～20％，硬脂酸的重量百分比为15～25％，表面活性剂的重量百分比为25～35％，羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10～15％，除螨剂的重量百分比为8～15％，山梨酸钾的重量百分比为15～20％，去离子水的重量百分比为20～35％。
优选的，所述低泡洗手液薄荷和地肤子，所述薄荷的质量份数为5-10％，地肤子的质量份数为5-10％。
优选的，所述表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种。
优选的，所述除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
优选的，所述低泡洗手液的PH值为11-13。
优选的，所述低泡洗手液使用温度为0-45℃。
本发明的低泡洗手液配方合理、成本低廉，杀菌去污效果明显、且对皮肤无刺激性。

本发明提供一种低泡洗手液，包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酸、表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、山梨酸钾和去离子水，其中，椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的重量百分比为20％，硬脂酸的重量百分比为25％，表面活性剂的重量百分比为25％，羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10％，除螨剂的重量百分比为15％，山梨酸钾的重量百分比为15％，去离子水的重量百分比为20％。
具体的，本实施例中，低泡洗手液薄荷和地肤子，所述薄荷的质量份数为5-10％，地肤子的质量份数为5-10％。
其中，表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种；除螨剂为N,N-二乙基-2-苯基乙酰胺、嘧螨胺和乙螨唑中的一种或其混合物。
本实施例中的，低泡洗手液的PH值为11-13，低泡洗手液使用温度为0-45℃。

具体的，本实施例中，低泡洗手液薄荷和地肤子，所述薄荷的质量份数为5-10％，地肤子的质量份数为5-10％。

1.一种低泡洗手液，其特征在于，所述包括椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、硬脂酸、表面活性剂、羧甲基纤维素、除螨剂、山梨酸钾和去离子水，其中，椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱的重量百分比为10～20％，硬脂酸的重量百分比为15～25％，表面活性剂的重量百分比为25～35％，羧甲基纤维素的重量百分比为10～15％，除螨剂的重量百分比为8～15％，山梨酸钾的重量百分比为15～20％，去离子水的重量百分比为20～35％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗手液，其特征在于，所述低泡洗手液薄荷和地肤子，所述薄荷的质量份数为5-10％，地肤子的质量份数为5-10％。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低泡洗手液，其特征在于，所述表面活性剂选自辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、高碳脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、失水山梨醇酯的一种或多种。
